yeah there's just a lot of growth in those first two seasons and this year I mean I feel like I've taken things to a new level mentally physically um and emotionally so I think if you just consistently do things over a period of time you're going to get better you know and I I watch a ton of film I I I uh do a lot of self scouting so I'm always my biggest critic and I think that's that's driven me the the this far
