[Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] hi everyone this is the tutorial for busy woman my name is Billy from piano and pies let's get stuck straight in okay so we're in standard tuning for this and there are just a handful of cards that we need now the start of the song and the first first verse kind of chugs away on this one chord of E minor an E minor is an open E string two on the a string two on the D and then open strings on the remainings and basically we're just going to just chug away at those now if you want to try and mimic the track cuz there's no real guitar you want to try and um par mute which means this part of your hand just touch in this side of the strings and what you can do is do something like this however if you just want to maybe strum along a generic strum pattern like this would [Applause] work that would make it quite interesting to play along or maybe sing along too and what I was doing there is playing down down down down up up up down down and you could even add a little bit extra on the top of that down down down down down up up up down up down now we're going to use that pattern throughout the verse it happens basically eight bars in a row um for the first verse we then get to the chorus where we have a bit of a brighter part and we have more than just one chord H we start off with an air minor chord which is an open a string two two on the d and g strings one on the B and an open E string that's our first chord of the chorus I'll talk over the rest of them and then the strumming and whatnot afterwards we go to D major which is an open D string two on the G three on the B two on the high e we then have a G major chord which is three on the E string two on the a 0 0 Z and then a three on the high e and then the last chord of the chorus is E minor which we've already talked about and what we're going to do is have four counts on each 1 2 3 4 1 2 3 4 1 2 3 4 1 2 3 4 now just before I talk about the strumming pattern if you're interested in getting the chord chart for this which is all the cords in the correct order with the full structure as well as a PDF of the chords and the charts all combined together then head on over to patreon there is a link in the description for the cost of a coffee you can get not only those sheets but access to over 300 other songs including a bunch of other Sabrina Carpenter songs off her brand new album so feel free to check that out so for the chorus I'm going to be strumming like this on each [Music] [Applause] chord basically what I did in the verse so for the first chord I've got down down down down then when I go to the second chord up up up down up down so we've got down down down down up up up down up down and then we go to and repeat it on the G and the E minor down down down down down up up up down up down up so here's a playr where I don't say anything I'm just playing the chords in order for that chorus this is a big part of the [Music] [Applause] song now we're going to play that through four times for the first chus and looking over to my note there is then a kind of guitar solo of sorts which changes things ever s slightly now I'm not going to demonstrate the guitar solo I'm going to focus on the chords cuz more than likely that's what you're looking for in this video the chords are a minor d g and St on [Applause] G and we play through that once to get through the guitar solo okay so we then have a bunch of repetition going on we have a second verse where we go back to that E minor where you could either strum or you could have the P muted part it's basically the same idea as what you did at the start of the song for the first verse at that point we have a chorus which is the same as the previous chorus so a minor to d g to E minor and we do that four times round before there is a bridge which is just the same four chords A minor D G and E minor play those four four times and you've got yourself the bridge and then there is the final part of the song which is another chorus we play that four times and you've got to the end of the song and there we go we've got to the end of the song So if you found that interesting please do like and subscribe it really helps out the channel I'm very close to 4,000 subscribers so hopefully this video will tip me over um if you are interested in getting that extra content over on patreon like I said go check it out with the link in the description uh it's only a couple of dollars and everything's were out professionally so thanks to the people on the screen those are my active Pat on so they'll get that content straight away the moment this video goes live so thanks to them for their support thanks you for watching and I'll catch you in the next one
