the VMAs last night I'm a little under the weather so excuse my voice and my look right now but let's get into it starting out with the host of the evening Megan the stallion wearing Nicole and Felicia stopped by archal absolutely kiled it this is a 10 out of 10 for me this is also an unconventional look like this is very unexpected it's like just enough for the VMAs meaning that it's very glamorous but it's also very runchy very daring at it up Taylor Swift and Dior Resort 2025 stopped by Joseph fauler um this is a chop for me it just she's not carrying the look I actually don't even like the look and I to be very very honest and it's doing nothing for me like even and she moved on the red carpet I was like girl this is giving me like Middle School Dance I I'm just it's a child Sabrina Carpenter decided to pay homage to old Hollywood glamour wearing a bob Macky gown that was designed for Madonna in 1991 for the Oscars and she looks okay I will say I'm tired of the archive pools especially if you can't carry the look or make the look more extravagant than it was originally and you're just not topping Madonna in this look like you should have did the real lip you should have did the exact same hair that Madonna did and maybe we would have got somewhere but it's not a chop but for what Tyler and area I'm not like wow by the look at all she doesn't look a mess like she looks gray I just I don't know the look is just a bit boring like it falls flat for me usually for what she gives it's a bit safe but she looks great it's not a child Hoy and Giani for sa 96 stopped by Lana lyson and this look is a great look but I just feel like it ages her a bit so I'mma chop it because it's just not it doesn't go with the aura of who I know howy to be so I don't know let me know what y'all think in the comments about this one I'm kind of on the fence like she doesn't look terrible but she doesn't look Fab like she usually looks either I feel like maybe if the red hair was a pixie cut we would be getting somewhere but as of now and how I feel it's a chop again pulling the archival look and just not making it a moment it's just going to be a chop for me Anita and do Cabana automatic chop money long I'm not sure who she wearing but it's a chop like I don't know what's going on with with her stylist and her team but it's always Overkill it's always too much like this look is already given a lot and then you want to put on all those layers with the necklace and then a thaa boo and then a bang and then bundles in the bag too much Addison Ray and custom Miss CH Sullivan sty by D and I'm on the fence about this look too like I love how fun and daring it is I just don't know that Addison Ray is is really doing anything for me with the look um I don't know like it's giving t-shirt in my panties on but not in a way that I like I think it's more so Addison and less D because D did her job the look it's faou but Addison is just not carrying it for me gorilla and baby fat when I first saw this look I thought it was Helia Amil and my favorite part about the look is that she's paying homage to the iconic Lisa left ey Los from the group TLC and a lot of the girls get a lot of swag in just a lot of Aura from left eye but they don't ever pay homage so I'm glad that glorilla took it straight to the source and for baby fat to slowly but surely being inching their way back into the fashion space I'm here for it glorilla looks great quo and lacoin Smith and lacoin Smith suiting I love it's usually a bit off with the tailoring but all in all I think this is a great look for quo I wish it was just pulled in just a bit more to give a bit more of his silhouette but it's loose it looks comfortable he looks comfortable in it so it's not a chop for me one of my favorite looks if not my favorite look of the night cuz from chaperon and Y project this is Fresh Off The Runway but the way she took it to this whole Gladiator medeval time space chefs kiss and I also love the cake that she wore on top of it before she took it off this is just a 10 out of 10 for me her performance look was great every look that she wore was a 10 out of 10 Chapel stay on the girl nexts flow Millie I'm not sure who she's wearing but this entire look is just a chop for me it just doesn't give the essence of who FL Millie is is it's giving trying too hard and I don't like that FL it's just it's a chop for me it's also very boring like this is the VM like come give the girl something to talk about and another one bites s does take mcra and Roberto kavali paying homage to the iconic Britney Spears and her doab look from the 2001 VMAs again girls if you're not going to outdo the original M it's just going to be a child Britney is killing you hoes and will forever kill you hoes and this look like it's just it's not Computing it's just not doing nothing for T and I also feel like T you're a new artist who hasn't really established their own personal style so for you to pay homage to somebody else's style is a bit out of place and she has the same stylus now as DOA cat and it's just not giv like Brett it's not giv DOI and Tom Brown I like this look DOI looks great but this is a bit formal for the VMAs I feel like DOI is daring and she really could have like took it there for the VMAs she really could have dug deep into that swamp bag and brought us a whole different look I'm just this is not anything to talk about she looks good though I'm really happy for do and that everybody is finally paying attention to the artist and the talent that she has t you know you're my girl but I'm going have to chop this you're just not carrying this Rick Owens in a way that it should be carried and I feel like your stylish puts you in things that really doesn't elevate your personal style so I would like for you to try a new stylish you know maybe me maybe somebody else but this is just not giving the girl anything to talk about Coco Jones and Le a Couture this is a Fab dress but wrong even Coco where is to the grammies put this back in the closet and I guess in February March when it's time for the Grammys pull her right back on out with a different shoe and slay the girls again little n's ex I'm not sure who he's wearing I'm glad he brought some fun to the red carpet but I want him to like jump over the bridge of bit cuz I know he wants everyone to get back into him and back into his Artistry a bit so you know gag the girls a bit let's bring some looks that are going to keep the girls talking this is a bit silent for me and what I know you have the ability to bring but I don't know he looks great I'll give him that hi Bailey and Sophia Couture Style by Nikki good this is a great look for hie like it's very much giv that old vintage Glamour and it's just enough sexy and play for the VMAs I could do a different hairstyle like maybe a Bobby sh mam to match that red lip and like just the whole neck showing that would have been extra cute but she looks great I'm getting back in the bed to deal with this flu the stomach virus whatever it is it is [ __ ] me up right now so let me know what you think in the comments
