group home thing my family was and uh and they they uh we had the Cubs on WGN black and white TV and uh and kicking yeah that's my um but I remember we had this record player in the basement and I had these Foster Brothers they were all a bit older than me and and their record collections were you know mine was just Jackson Five and only Jackson Five but they had SL in the Family Stone and James Brown and um and and they also what I remember the most about 7273 in the Summers was pulling that record player outside of the basement and putting it on the back porch while we played baseball in the alley with a rubber ball like 100 up to hurt you but not hard enough to break a window and uh and just listening to CV Wonder All on all that um echoing off the Halls echoing off buildings and and then cut to cut to a few years ago we had the opportunity to record with st and it didn't seem real much like tonight it didn't seem like it was possible and uh but he's going to be there he's going to be there at 4:00 and and we were going to go at this tun in in the studio and then then 4: 3:30 comes in he's running late so okay no worries how late like maybe 6 okay no worries want do whatever the he wants and 6:00 comes around 5:30 oh he's still running light a bit of an issue at home he's got to take care of it no problem Stevie Wonder Stevie time you can do whatever he wants we will be here we're not going anywhere but now I'm thinking this ain't going to happen this probably ain't going to happen 9:00 still not there 11:30 Stevie shows up place to for in the morning [Applause]
