and say some prayers her husband and her are going through some very serious health issues right now her husband mostly um he's really in a bad situation right now and I would really appreciate it if the the community together would would be able to just say a little prayer for Molly and her husband um it it's it's not a good situation and it would mean a lot to me as it would her and the rest of the community if we could all keep them in our thoughts and prayers right now please um that would mean a lot to me guys and it's just not it's not a good situation it's very scary for her and it would it would be really grateful I would be really grateful if everybody could do that and if you're not a Praying person just keep her in your thoughts please her and her husband that means the world to me please absolutely does now I I try to do this every year um being you know retired firefighter EMS first responder worker 23 years ago we lost a lot of brothers and sisters and a lot of people lost a lot of their loved ones okay September 11th 2001 was one of the worst days ever recorded in history for the United States in the world okay very sad horrific things happened on that day to a lot of people uh we lost a lot of firefighters police officers as I said a lot of our brothers and sisters worked that worked in the first responder fire and EMS world that day we lost a lot guys and it's a horrible horrible thing that is never going to change it'll never go back never okay and we need to keep all of those people that we lost if we can today in our thoughts and prayers their families anyone the the the the the city of New York everything that went on that day it it was very very horrific and I don't think any of us can ever forget that okay I was very young at the time um I had just gotten involved in the fire service and I was actually put on the list to go to New York to help with that by the time it got to that point they didn't need any of us um but I was going to go I was going to go um to try to help in any way shape or F fashion that I could so today it is again September 11th and we need to remember I know none of us will ever forget but we need to remember every bit of what we can um for that scenario so I'm going to play a little something here just because of that I appreciate you guys checking it out [Music] September 11th 2001 is an important day for the Corpus Christie fire department and for firefighters throughout the country on that day 343 firefighters from the New York fire department entered the World Trade Center and never returned many police officers were also killed that day but one of the important factors that I want you to remember is that over 25,000 lives were saved that day September 11th 2001 is an important day for us today that we'll never forget [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] the question posed to me is why we must remember 911 or why we're obligated to remember 911 we should never forget the sacrifices made by The Honorable men and women who gave their lives in the commission of saving others and we should validate their existence for their family for their loved ones and their communities their sacrifices were not made in vain they brought our country together and those sacrifices Define who we are as a nation on every September 11th we come together to remember and honor the lives that were lost during the terrorist attack and those lives in the effort to rescue victims may we never forget the men the women the firefighters and the officers that lost their lives that day God bless you and may God bless all of them thank you [Music] as a nation every year we come together to remember those that lost their lives in the terrorist attack of 911 you will always be in our hearts and in our minds we also come together to honor those First Responders who gave their lives to protect those that could not protect themselves to save those that could not save themselves they rushed in as one of those things that a lot of us that were in this field line of work it broke a lot of us and it it just really to see The Bravery that has happened and to know that the last bell was rung for many is a is a hard thing to deal with sometimes so I try to moralize it as much as I can and make sure that it's seen and heard any way that I can as well on a regular basis so e e e e [ __ ] [ __ ] for good never forget the evil terrorist organizations that brought these towers down am killing almost 3,000 innocent lives including those at the Pentagon and on the four hijack Plains and to all of Amber Alert was issued Wednesday morning after a 9-month-old boy was abducted by an armed and danger suspect the Huntington Park police said uh Jaden AOS was taken by 18-year-old David AOS according to the alert issued by the California Highway Patrol the relationship between the child and suspect was unclear they have the same last name so there's something there um there's the baby right there says N9 months old height is two foot 20 pounds blonde hair brown eyes David AOS is 18 that's him right here 6 fo2 230 pounds brown hair brown eyes clothing unknown AOS was last seen in hunting in part on Wednesday uh CHP flyer said but post by the highway patrol on X gave the last known location as Normandy Avenue in West 20 228 Street in West Carson David AOS is described as 6'2 inches tall weighing 230 pounds with brown hair brown eyes the missing infant is 2 feet tall weighing 20 pounds with blonde hair and brown eyes a red 2017 Lexus sedan is being sought in connection with the abduction according to the alert uh the car is described as an is 200t with California license plate number 9dz 693 anyone who sees the victim or suspect is asked to call no1 um so there is that they're not giving a the news thing so we need to be on the lookout for this one as well there's a better picture there's the vehicle there and there is the plate number it's been activated by California high Patrol on behalf of the Huntington Park Police Department if seen please call 911 try do not try to approach so on and so forth I'm not sure Alicia they're saying that they don't know what the relation is between the victim and the suspect they have the same name it looks like he very well could be the father probably that's my opinion um such a sweet little looking guy he's so cute um hope to God that this works itself out quickly and it's just a misunderstanding possibly and this baby is brought back soon and this whole situations dealt with so again there's that one there about taking the child and was told he would return here at 7:30 on September 8th grber has no custodial rights Lenny Landry's mother nor law enforcement has been able to locate them grber was last seen in a white 2010 Ford Escape with Idaho plate number there he's 55 59 200 pounds with brown hair green eyes if you have any information well we know now he has been returned or she has been neighbor um he lives in a very very rural country part of North Carolina there's no service none of that if anyone's familiar with North Carolina I'm not I'm not from North Carolina so um a lot of things that are coming out happening are really not making sense to me um so basically he's 81 years old uh he lives alone no cognitive or mental issues okay he he's um he he walks with a cane everywhere he goes so when the shes and detectives went there they found his Cane they found his front door open TV still on and he was nowhere to be found so they said it looked like he was ready to come right back as how it looked um they used drones K9 and the his scent led him to the led him to the front of the the road or the house and that was it his cell phone was turned off at 5:30 P.M um and the his last known call was to my mom which is she's in New York so she wouldn't be in the area and after that it's just black like there's nothing nothing else neighbors everything is like a dead end we like no we have no answers was there ever any um you said it's a rural area what about the neighbors like are you from with any of the neighbors or is anybody familiar with any of the neighbors go ahead so I'm not familiar with the neighbors my brother lived with him for a few years down there okay and um so he's familiar with the neighbors and he says everybody is pretty much um you know Shady kind of sketchy people like I don't want to like judge anybody but you know you're okay that's how that's how it is so um and pretty much there is like a lot of drug use in the area and my grandfather has struggle with a lot of drug addiction in the past so I'm not everything is on the table so we're not like taking anything and be like oh he's this is not this couldn't have happened literally everything is on the table so um the neighbors a lady he talks to every day I don't remember her name talks to them every day they're like best friends she didn't speak to them for a few days went over there saw how he left the house and then waited a little bit and then reported him missing and then I I was coming back from from New York back to California and I got the call that that um that same day that that Tuesday and went from there trying to figure out everything it's just my grandfather's a very routine guy yeah you know he's a veteran so he's like very everything is routine absolutely he calls someone every single day even if it's just to annoy them and just talk he tells you his daily routine like he'll tell you I'm going to the store right now I'm getting a ride from so and so and that's what I'm doing and you'll know that's what he did even if you talk to him in a few hours you know like he's he he tells everyone where he's going and what he's doing and on top of that he he can't walk without that cane or any cane and all the canes were there so it's just very weird very weird so I'm just want to have his face out there if anybody sees and hears anything name just contact the Bladen County and let him know I mean he's 81 you know 100% And it's been a long time now no food no medication or whatever I don't know you know does he have a vehicle he doesn't have a vehicle okay okay and so that was why I asked you about the neighbor the neighborhood it's kind of a sketchy neighborhood I understand um is it a high cram yeah high crime area that you know of um from what I saw just looking at some of the research that I've been doing pretty much yeah and where are we at North Carolina it's um fa well it's fville but it's blading County oh my God okay one second sorry about that uh one second my so sorry about that as my wife um so so we're okay fville North Carolina Miss Sherry this is kind of your neck of the woods isn't it or are you in the other end of it um western eastern central New York can okay so so uh I'll say more closer to Raleigh Raleigh Raleigh okay but uh but Raley's like a maybe an hour hour and a half away from fville absolutely like I said I'm not really uh familiar with North Carolina so no I got you that's why I was asking Miss Sherry wisdom speaks she's from this area um and it kind of helps to have somebody within our team that knows the areas of what to look for and what not to look for she said she's close enough so there we go I appreciate absolutely absolutely okay so um other than like walking with a cane or any of that you said there was no cognitive issues whatsoever that you guys knew of no none no Alzheimer's dementia anything like that okay yeah nothing like that uh he still has all all of I mean he lives alone and does everything on his own um so okay and he I mean he saw his doctor I mean when he was supposed to at the VA so they would have you know put all this stuff down if it was some type of cognitive or yeah going on um another thing is that they they still haven't found a cell phone so have they been tracking that no no luck yeah yeah so they got warrants for the house the bank and the cell phone and okay good yeah all three I mean the house they said was damn near pristine it looked like he was coming back uh cell phone we know his last call was to my mother and the bank hasn't been touched as of the last time I talked to the detective so since the 24th no Bank no Bank Act activity or nothing okay well yeah they well they sat out in front of the bank on the 1st of September because you know my grandfather he gets a check in the so they waited to see if any type of you know people or he would show up to the bank with anybody but nothing nothing that's good point that was good that they did that um yeah they're actually doing I mean I'm I'm gonna give it to the blading County Sheriff Department because they're they're they're being very transparent and uh doing the best they can that's good to hear yeah um do you know if he had been put on any kind of any new type of uh medications recently or anything that's that he hadn't been on before no I don't know that yet all right and I there's a couple people that are asking questions that they they sound kind of rude but they are good questions to know what this do you have anything like really super valuable that you know of did he have good money that he sat on that people may have known about or anything like that that you would make somebody interested in him possibly yeah there's um some some people that my brother and I are uh suspicious of the cop spoke to that person um I I can't well the cops spoke to that person and today they actually spoke to them again and the story is kind of jumping like they don't this it's a lady and she's she's not really a good person she's someone who actually stole from my grandfather in the past like a lot and my grandfather he's just a guy with a big heart he'll give whatever you know so yeah she's taking off with thousands of dollars before so you know that was one of the first people we pointed to and of course they spoke to her and then I guess this second time is just it's seeming a little off it's just like one of those things in in the country you know people know but you know you don't talk and it's I get it but it he's 81 I mean he's no harm to nobody no 100% I Absol he's he's probably 130 pounds soaking wet yeah gotcha uh do you know if there were any weapons in his home so uh by chance or anything like that I know he had a I know he has a gun but was it anything he carried regularly nah he wouldn't carry that oh okay yeah just just checking um yeah and have there been uh okay let me double let me make sure um nothing of any extra added value in his home that he may have owned that somebody be super interested in besides money um nothing like that very he wouldn't have he he he's already skeptical of everybody a little bit sometimes so he wouldn't even have anything of value gotcha like like yeah the only the only thing that will be of value is just cash absolutely gotcha gotcha um okay yeah go ahead go ahead that's it that's really all the information I have um okay and which county or which department is handling this mostly uh Bladen uh Bladen County Sheriff's Department so they have uh they have a captain in it and a detective that I've been talking to both of them so one is uh Captain Allan and the other one is detective rer Allen and detective Rainer thank you okay and you've been in contact with them yourself okay oh yeah yeah good stuff good good for you good for you um do you know of any type of medication he may be on or may have been on that somebody might want to steal from him that could do them some good or make money for them or anything like that that's the whole thing um I wouldn't know yeah but that's what that's what is it's kind of sounding like you know like um one we know he didn't get to where he was going by himself or walking sure because it's physically impossible so if somebody did want something that he had then in my mind in my opinion I feel like they took him with from his from the house to the road yeah that's what I'm have they you know the local police have checked into the Pharm locales to see if he showed up with anybody else with him possibly or he showed up to pick up a medication around that period of time no I haven't and that is a good question but I do know that the closest store in that area is about 10 miles away okay gotcha so um what I would do is I would look at or not have anybody there law enforcement whoever look at the medication bottles he he does have in the home find the name of the pharmacy that he goes to and have that checked if they haven't already checked it to see if they have any on camera footage of him coming into the the pharmacy that day or around that day or so and then have if you know if there's anybody with him there's there's a flag right there and if not if he's by himself see how he's acting um you said the front door was left open was It Wide Open or just unlocked uh door was open it was open wide open okay like that's a thing he would do because it's hot there so he would leave the door open for that because he lives in like it's a double wide so and all of those little areas is like like double wies over there um one thing I do want to say I seen uh C asked in the chat if there was any cameras or ring there was nothing like that they didn't pick up no ring cameras or anything like that um okay but it's weird because there is a sheriff that lives right next door and but he's for a different County he's for a Cumberland County sheriff and my brother told me that my grandfather would go over there and um talk to the Sheriff's dad a lot they would hang out you know share beer or whatever yeah right right he would go back so and that part right there is like well a cop would you know have a ring or something on their on their house or something but so I'm a little stuck with that part and I get it not having a cane and the lady so yeah okay so what if I can ask and you don't need to answer this if you don't want to oh my God what is going on here stupid spam calls today sorry um the reason why he walked with a cane was it because of an injury that he may have been taking like a maybe a pain medication for regularly just a thousand years of him riding a bicycle gotcha honestly just just old age no 100% makes sense makes sense just checking he probably been walking with a Kane since I was 14 or 15 years old so yeah yeah Phil he left in a hurry because he left the door open he left his Cane there and he don't go anywhere without the cane so that says either somebody walked him out that door and said we're going now or he walked out and met somebody and then they left um that's my yeah the they mention any any strange Vehicles being seen or any strange people that aren't normally there around the neighborhood at all that you've heard yet or anything like that nope nothing like that nothing like that and it's what my brother would he explained to me is that um because he lived there with him he said sometimes like if you needed a ride or you saw your neighbor you would just wait in in the front of your house and if your neighbor or somebody Rob by give you ride to the store or something like that and then you know find your way back my brother told me like yeah I've done before I've hit shik and my neighbors or know someone close and I'm like that's kind of crazy but I mean that is the country and I get it that's that's the lifestyle down there so um but that's it so it could have been it's like I said nothing's off the table because it's just yeah um did they Cy asked another good question did they happen to find a wallet or keys to the home or anything weing around nothing nothing nothing okay so he had his wallet if he carries one then okay yeah yeah he'll carry his wallet always all right um well shoot mean that's it that's I I wish I had more information if I do then defin no you g actually you're doing really good this is a lot of information um again everybody the gentleman's name is Mr William Lowry's been reported missing as of August 27th the last time he was spoken to or last seen was Saturday August 24th he was walking near his residence and it was on FL McDaniel Road in Aman North Carolina he was last seen wearing blue jean shorts and a white T-shirt on that day uh it's unknown at this if Mr Lowry well KT just said there's no cognitive issues or nothing like that no emotional or mental issues anything like that um Facebook is not having anything in here as far as updates go or anybody thousands of dollars from in the past and they've already talked to her twice that's interesting to me yeah they talked to her twice yeah it's interesting to us too uh it's funny because honestly it's also weird and I don't know it could be my mind just moving how it moves but my brother recently moved from North Carolina to where I'm at in California maybe four weeks maybe maybe about less than three weeks or maybe maybe four weeks I'll say okay and um but there's like my brother has no issues with North Carolina nothing like that he did what he's supposed to do and but I just find it weird that like people know that my my grandfather would sometimes go visit my my brother at his house and stay with him maybe for the weekend or or you know something like that and then you know maybe two weeks after my brother leaves North Carolina and my grandfather happen yeah so that's where I was going as soon as he moves out of the area they know he's gone now and now there's no one there to protect them because they know my my grandfather if if uh there was ever problem you know my brother would go handle it right away like listen of course of course um H so well this is all we can do right now um and like I said I want everybody in here if you will please share this through your social media accounts I'm going to follow up on this as well myself in ways that I can again his name is William Lowry folks yeah they call him Scotty Scotty for short to Scot okay got probably the red hair and red beard I got um William Lowry just writing my notes in here so he's been out there for a [Music] it I'm sure they probably search the general area around the house but I don't know if you if you knew they went through the woods used drones and canines and nothing damn okay so then he's probably with somebody else then obviously this ain't cool at all well just know that we're with you KT you're not alone uh we got your back and we support 100% only around the house okay thank you thank you very much like I said we will keep him in our thoughts prayers you as well and rest your family and hope and pray that this is just a misunderstanding of some sorts and that he found and brought home safe and sound again guys name is William Lowry this is him right here 81 years old was last seen Saturday August 24th walking near his res resid on FL McDaniel RH and Aon North Carolina or Ammon sorry Mr Lowry was last seen wearing blue jean shorts and a white T-shirt it is unknown that at this moment if Mr Lowry has any medical mental health problems which she says he doesn't um there's the two numbers if you have any information on this whatsoever uh 910 862 6960 or 91086 28141 God bless William and pray to God that we can get this man home to his family where he belongs all right and KT said that she would keep us up to date on anything that that comes up so again thanks KT for that for sure we will find him he will come home soon KT please just pray that's all uh let me see here real quick all right guys let's move on to this here um we got some updates on some stuff with uh M tabat and I'm going to play this here from Court well maybe yeah I'll play this here for first there's some conversations in here I'm gonna skip through this we're not going to watch the entire thing in its in its entirety but and then we'll get to the uh for those of you that aren't familiar M went missing her husband has been arrested uh due to evidence found in the home that he did something to her um and he's been being held in custody on with no bond at this moment she hasn't been found yet and that's why we're putting this out there so that she can be found hopefully for the couple and MTA moved out of the house for a short while before returning back home on August 2nd when M did not report to work and no one could contact her cooworker asked for a welfare check to be done police went to the house and spoke with her husband NES then 3 days later he finally reported her missing then Weeks Later investigators raid the house and arrest NES for concealment of a body after finding lots of evidence in the house including blood but MTA still hasn't been found and no other charges have been filed against NES so many questions for the loved ones of MTA nesbot her husband was charged with one felony count of concealing a dead body and this was after law enforcement found evidence of blood in the home that he shared with his wife now at a bond hearing for NES the defense argued that he should be granted Bond because police only had blood and no body they further argued that the amount of blood found in the home at the time amounted to that of a quote nosebleed when it was the Commonwealth's turn prosecutors argued against Rush receiving Bond and they took the time to elaborate on the evidence that they have against him the Commonwealth's presentation convinced the judge that M's husband could be a Flight Risk and a possible threat to the community and ruled that NES would remain in custody without bond so that's where things stand and the search continues for mta's body now there were no cameras permitted inside of that hearing but here at court TV we were able to gather some of what the prosecution presented to the court and that brings us to our first question of the night what exactly is the evidence against NES bot and we have some guests who are going to help us break this all down joining us M cafa bot's former coworker Holly worth and board certified forensic pathologist Dr priia banery thank you both so much for being here with us and Holly you've been seated in these hearings advocating for your friend tell us what the process ution has outlined as their evidence against NES at this point yeah thank you for having me um I have been in court for both the hearing that was on Friday and then again there was a bond hearing on Monday the Commonwealth introduced a significant amount of evidence that really pointed to something rather heinous happening in the bot residence um the Commonwealth Attorney described blood in the house using the terms pool of blood as well as dragging her body which you would have seen written in the indictment um the Commonwealth Attorney spoke about the extensive use of the Blue Star Technology and said things like the whole bathtub lit up using the Blue Star Technology um lots of evidence of Mr bot being caught uh seen on CCTV at Walmart buying knives they cited that they saw him on CCTV buying three knives they have not recovered all three of those knives as well as evidence of him buying cleaning U products and what came into evidence on Monday more than just the cleaning products because we can all buy cleaning products was the fact that those cleaning products had been used almost to where the bottles were empty they cited the evidence that the carpet looked like had been cleaned and when they served the search warrant almost the entire bottle of carpet cleaner was found empty right at the spot of one of those large blood pooling stains um there's a lot of evidence that we can unpack and I'm happy to answer any questions about specific uh things that were testified in both of those hearings Dr priia bannery I want you to weigh in because uh your forensic Pathologists we're thinking ahead and prosecutors we know we thinking ahead though we hope that MTA is found alive but if this becomes a situation where they do have an autopsy this information that you heard Holly describe from the prosecution's evidence outlined for the courtroom how much of that is taken into consideration if an autopsy is being done and and what is it saying to you about potential cause of death right so you have to be you know immediately her death if her body is found is treated as a homicide okay and I think this far out we have to worry about the condition of a body you know is she she's not in the home they didn't see her so now where is the body has it been exposed to elements outside it's still a summer down there although it's cooling down you know insect activity I don't know what condition if her body's full or uh been you know made smaller for you know disposal purposes uh and I just want to come back to the sort of hearing all of this is still preliminary in the sense blue star which um you know I go I used to go to multiple crime scenes anytime there's a suspicious death and blue star is very useful but still presumptive so I think while uh the husband is in jail there needs to be a lot more laboratory forensic work done while we await her body to prove that samples taken from the suspicious areas are her blood obviously if they're her blood were in a whole different level of Suspicion basically I think at that point we're looking for a dead body um that you know further pushes it into a homicide but at this point I do want to be cautious because cleaners can set off blue star quite brightly um and blood would St differently now you know I'm sure the uh people crime scene investigators detectives are quite experienced and they didn't qualify it and a whole tub means it could have been smeared with cleaner on top of one but you just have to be very careful with in samples and I'm hoping you know my forensic laboratory colleagues can expedite DNA testing to really then hold him longer because that's really what you need you need to you know further evidence to up the ante hold him in jail get him to talk um and hopefully lead us to the body if that's unfortunately where we're going Dr bannery a quick followup because we have the defense saying that the amount of blood was just the size of a nose bleed compared to the prosecution saying saying poles of blood bathtubs of blood do you think there will be a way forensically for there to be a determination of that absolutely so you know anybody familiar with blood spatter I'm not certified but I do do interpretation at scenes um sort of to work softly again what are we working with a a nose bleed is going to be sort of high spray droplets it's going to be you know small droplets it's not going to be a big cool collection of blood um again do want to caution that a big blug of cleaner can simulate um you know blue star lighting up but if they're interpreting it as blood then that's totally inconsistent with a cloth or a nose bleed that's not going to yield you don't die from a nose bleed it doesn't fool it sort of sprays very fine Mist you know like when you sneeze so let's use common sense being common that's inconsistent with that pattern yeah still very early in this investigation I do want to highlight another bad fact that was presented against NES bat prosecutors explained that as early as April of 2024 he had used his work laptop to make some peculiar internet searches let's take a look one of those being how long does it take to get married after a spouse dies and what happens to debt died spouse Holly what was your reaction when you saw those details I think that was probably the time in the courtroom where everybody took a collective pause uh the Commonwealth Attorney again brought that into evidence sharing actually those tips that come from the Secret Service that Mr bot had perform those searches on his work laptop knowing that he does have secure clearance it was quite shocking um to read those two lines that came out uh you know I'm not an attorney and I agree with the other guests right this is preliminary in the investigation but I guess as an amateur sleuth to me that might demonstrate some degree of premeditation um I will be interested to see when the Manasses Park police can release what's on his home laptop because I'm under the assumption that if he's doing this at work under security clearance there may be other uh concerning searches on his home laptop so agree we're in the early stages of evidence but what has been shared into the record at this point is certainly concerning for MTA um the Commonwealth made the statement that from their estimation what they saw on the scene at the home showed evidence of wounding that likely MTA was unable to survive and and that is similarly very very hard to hear so difficult to hear this is a mother of a very young child a child that her family and friends say there's no way that she would have missed her child's first first birthday and Holly let me also ask you we mentioned that you worked with Moma but tell me a little bit more about what she was like at work what kind of job she was doing yeah M and I are both nurses uh and I had the pleasure of meeting Mom to very early into her nursing practice in the United States uh so as you can imagine she came in a little bit timid a little bit shy so you can see on the screen there's an army of nurses that are standing together to fight for her um but what I can share with you in my time working with MTA is her sweet and Gentle Spirit u m had a very kind heart kind smile enjoyed learning and really found a lot of pride in the way that she made connections with her patients and made them feel better throughout her shift um being a nurse and and coming to the US and getting her nursing license was something that MTO was very proud of and rightfully so she shared with me she'd like to continue her education U maybe go on to be a nurse practitioner so you know for my recollection mom to had a lot to be proud of not only as a wife and a mother but also as a registered nurse and Dr priia what are you looking for next what do you expect to come out in this case well I think you know there's more investigation not only in the circumstances I'm hoping if she is deceased um we can give you know closure the autopsy and it is really really important and I think it seemed like at least one KNE was still missing so maybe the candidate knife can also be detected um I think that's where I'm looking at it from you know an onop perspective uh I wanted to add something sort of socially which you know I'm also of South Asian descent and a baby's first birthday is like a huge accomplishment because in these you know Nepal India there's always a lot of potential for um complications a baby passing away it's a very Hallmark birthday so knowing her as a young mom you know also she wouldn't miss her child's birthday it's just too much of a big milestone so that in itself you know when you put the sort of circumstantial case together really doesn't bode well I'm just hoping that in the ongoing investigation again we can dig further on uncover more and then really do doop found if found there is more to come we know those investigators are digging Dr PR of vaner thank you so much for your time hly worth is going to stay with us because we're going to keep talking about this case coming up next how will mza be found what makes really your uh you to scratch your head hate is uh previously everybody knew where mamata was including Nares inlaws uh mother brother everybody this time nobody [Music] knows drew me to court TV was this opportunity to combine the two things that I love when I was in college I studied television and radio and then of course went to law school and when I found out that core TV was going to give me the opportunity to express myself and to share my love of the law I was sold immediately the most important issue innocence or guilt started as a production assistant then AP and then went up the journalist Sachi Min describing one of the ways that nesbot told her that he looked for his wife after she was last seen and while we don't know if NES participated much in the search for his missing wife we do know that friends community members and law enforcement have been looking for Mom to around the clock but no one has been able to locate the 28-year-old mother the bot's home where prosecutors say evidence of blood was found is located in a culdesac in a Manasses Park Virginia Community the neighborhood is surrounded by dense wooded areas and a few small bodies of water here and there and if you look further out you can see the homes relation to the patomic river and surrounding cities so no Searchers at this point have been able to find MTA but they are looking but our next question is where will MTA be found and that's what we're going to ask our guests who are with us still with us is MTA Cabot's former coworker Holly worth who has been a friend and Advocate inside of the courtroom for her also private investigator Jason Jensen is joining us uh to lend us his experience as a criminologist uh let me start with you Holly this is a situation where we don't know what to expect from this search but help us understand where the search is going on and is it community members who are still searching is the public involved how widespread is this search there in your area sure um there were communitybased searches in a park that was very close into that neighborhood the name of mta's neighborhood is blooms Crossing and there is a park there named blooms Park um that a wonderful Community member friend of MTA had arranged so that was really Grassroots searching we've been in contact with Chief Lugo of the Manasses Park Police Department and he has really asked the public if possible to pause um you know kind of ground root uh searches and he's assured us when and if the time that they have an idea where MTA is they certainly will mobilize the community but to keep the M Community safe as you showed uh we live in beautiful Northern Virginia it is heavily wooded very dense forested areas U they would like to use the forensics first and then have the community come help as Searchers in the future and I think in full transparency when we get a look at the evidence that the Commonwealth has brought in Mr bot's phone was seen in surrounding counties we live in Prince William County uh Lowden County it's not a close County it's I would say probably 30 miles from us so there's a good possibility that unfortunately searches in the neighborhood are not going to yield what we need and and we need to wait for the forensics or the digital footprint to come in and as we take a look at those counties and just how far apart they are Holly I do want to ask you Jason where do police look in a situation like this where do they start what type of uh processes are they using to try and figure out where this mother is well thanks Julia the the primary thing that they're going to rely upon is the GPS data from either their devices you know like their phones maybe uh laptops or taets they're going to look at the GPS of the Tesla that was recently sold that seems to be a pretty big clue you know it's like if there's nothing going on why would you sell your car why would you to liquidate everything you know have your house set for sale and things of that nature so see things uh things seem to be well in order that the police are headed down the right path so clearly the fance this is going to be the first the most important thing once they figure that out then they can decide where to you know set the search teams yeah Jason a followup we know that there was more than one warrant that they brought to the house of the Bots that they back a second time what does that usually indicate when you have police returning a second time to the house what that usually indicates is that the first search was inconclusive to collect everything that would be relevant so like while they were there they may have noticed like let's say a home computer that was not listed on the previous search warrant so they're going to expand their search dot their eyes cross their tees get a new warrant to cover those other devices or other rooms or you know storage lockers or the attic or whatever they may had not included in the first search they're playing by the book here and making sure that there is no loopholes for a defense team to to Circle back and get evidence excluded um all right we do have Holly I do want to ask you one quick question we are going to have to go to break soon but can you tell us about n's occupation what he did for a living and has any of what he does for a living has it crossed your mind as to what that might indicate about where if prosecutors are correct he would have concealed a body yeah I think we need to acknowledge the fact that nesbot is educated right he served in the Army and and I believe through the Army Reserves he was an IT consultant last uh with General Dynamics so he does have it experience as well as military experience so I think we need to know that we're dealing with a smart man again the Commonwealth has brought in evidence that leads to believe that whatever happened in that house had an unfortunate outcome but when looking at Mr bot's timeline he was trying to get as much time as possible to perhaps you know conceal the body and alter the scene to make sure that he didn't look like a suspect and you know that to me is evidence of someone who is calculating who is smart um I've previously described as cra and I think that's what we are seeing and more will be ahead in this case as investigators search for her body holworth and Jason Jensen thanks so much for being on with us today I'm Julia Jan filling in for vitan here at vitan investigates of a young mother in a Manasses Park Virginia area her name is MTA bot and this is her story 28-year-old mom tbat was a pediatric nurse and new mother she came I think he's trying just so that's a good good point cap but I think one of the things that they were he was his attorney was trying to hurry up and have him charged for this crime the uh that the charge he got already I don't know if they're thinking that he can't be charged again or whatever that's stupid but they're trying to hurry up and get him charged for it this way to get through it fast um because he hasn't been charged with murder or anything else like that because I haven't been able to prove that yet but you know hiding a body whatever is what they're trying to hurry up and be with from what I understand I think that's stupid because I'm I'm pretty sure they can still add charges to this um from my understanding but again I'm not 100% positive onto how this would happen I'm I'm still the charge was weird to me from the beginning you guys to be honest with you um the way he was charged but I don't know what he could get for this to be honest with you I looked it up and I couldn't really find anything on it because it usually parlays with other charges when they have this charge laid out on somebody I I know the defense is pushing to have this trial happen Okay that's how I understood the reading I did on it and hurry up and get this charged and get him sentenced or whatever the hell it was I guess I don't know um so they can basically start in with more I see I'm thinking they should I'm thinking they should be able to I've never seen where they've done this before like this this is weird um that's what I'm thinking too Paula that they just came with that charge to buy time that's my thought to be able to find her they're trying to find her right now actively they've been searching the woods in the area with dogs and so on and so forth but I don't think she's right behind that house I just don't um they just can't do double jeopardy from what I understand so yeah exactly I think they were trying to get him held obviously to be able to build a case and it was moving along quick he was trying to quick sell his house he sold his Tesla he was moving along as fast as he could he had the house packed up he was about to take that baby and run thank God they caught him before that happened but still um just saying and that's why I wanted to bring this to you because once we get through this there are some new leads on this that were interesting to me drun blunt force and then dragged I think she was I think there was a knife involved as well came to the United States from her native country of Nepal and lived in Manasses Park Virginia with her husband NES but the couple had problems when she didn't show up for work on August 27th her co-workers were getting worried a few days went by and police performed a welfare check at her house but her husband declined to report her as a missing person a few days later mta's husband NES did officially report her missing and the search began and is not stopped even after law enforcement found evidence of blood in bot's home home and her husband NES was arrested for concealment of a body a mom Toot's husband nesbot has been charged with one felony count of concealing a dead body after investigators found evidence of blood in their home but his wife MTA is still missing and NES has spoken to investigators and the media several times since her disappearance here's what he told W usa9 in an interview that he says he last Saw MTA Wednesday July 31st 2024 in the evening and that they ate together he called it a normal day like any other regular day he said that they took care of their baby just like normal And the reporter asked him if Moma had mentioned anything about leaving and he said quote no so tonight what we're asking is the story and he told several versions of a story to investigators does this story make sense and we're bringing in our guest for joining us MTA cbots former coworker Holly worth and nationally known psychotherapist and host of The Talking live and bite-size podcast Dr Robbie lugwig is with us as well so good to have you both Holly let's talk about these uh comments from NES he is telling this reporter he knows nothing that he only saw her on that day in July can you talk about some of the discrepancies in when he land saw his wife yeah I'm absolutely happy to highlight that there are a lot of discrepancies in Mr bot's timeline he said having been in the courtroom for the last two hearings each time we gather together the Commonwealth presents more evidence that point well I know his entire family made her life miserable and I I still think I'm gonna be honest with you guys I think his family may be involved in in what happened with her I think they may have helped him per se mother and the rest of his relatives he had relatives from Jersey so on and so forth I'm telling you I think that there's a very possibility that they're involved in what went on with her so again this is my opinion but I just have a feeling that's all I'm saying though legal maneuver to get him healthy yeah 100% chickbait 100 per. sorry to say that she may not be I don't think she is either I think that's why she was taken to the bathroom and put in the bathtub very possibly and why he bought so many knives just saying um I I have my thoughts on this and I'm sure we'll find it out eventually because like I said I'm gonna follow this all the way through the trial and everything but still yeah very strong strong possibility there cap I agree with you on that to discrepancies as you said Mr bot reported to the Detective from the Manasses Park Police Department that he saw Miss bot on 7:31 he went upstairs he went to bed with the baby he heard her kind of clunking around the kitchen and that was the last he saw so we made the inaccurate assumption that she would have ubered to work as you heard previously she did not have her own car so we were thinking she left for work on the second got into an Uber and maybe something happened in the Uber um sitting in the courtroom on Monday the Commonwealth actually reported that mta's phone went silent on the 30th so that's even before Mr bot said he last saw her alive which was July 31st so making the assumption that perhaps whatever happened in the bot home actually happened on the 30th as opposed to the 31st uh and as you spoke you know Mr bot was offered the opportunity to file a missing rep person's report and declined to do so knowing thou that was you know three to four days after probably what happened in that house happened Dr Robbie lugwig what does that say to you when a husband whose wife is missing is willing to speak to investigators speak to the media does that indicate anything to you in this case well I don't think it necessarily means that he's innocent necessarily or guilty although from what I'm hearing um I I I'm not hearing any concern not even any Fain concern which is disturbing and you know a lot of people feel like if they've committed allegedly a crime that they can convince others including investigators or the media of their innocence so um you know we've seen many killers uh very like homicidal husbands talk to the media and thinking they were doing a good job of doing a cover up when in fact that wasn't the case let's look at some more of what investigators prosecutors and the community friends and family like Holly have been just paying attention to as far as what has come from nesbot now prosecutors say as early as April of 2024 he used his work laptop to make some peculiar internet searches like this one how long does it take to get married after a spouse dies and what happen happens to debt if a spouse dies Holly do we know if he had any plans or any relationships that he had outside of his marriage with MTA I mean there's a sufficient amount of rumors all over the internet I I believe two out of three have been recovered yes guys welcome smitten and good to see you today thank you for joining us yeah two out of three had been recovered from my understanding and yes the Google searches were crazy take care Michael thank you for joining us today sir hope you have a wonderful day hope to see you again soon brother certainly can't comment on anything that's come out you know evidentiary um but you know there's a lot of people that have a lot of opinions on social media the fact of the matter that we do know that Commonwealth did introduce into evidence that Manasses Park police were called to the bot home in February of 201 24 for what they described as disorderly conduct uh they reported Miss bot uh said that Mr bot had destroyed her cell phone and wouldn't give her her passport or green card uh so there was clearly a pattern of some friction going on as early as February Dr Robbie way in on that that friction but not only that but these searches that he was making in April and it's the beginning of August that we are now learning about the missing person's report of mom tat well it so there was talk about the searches he was doing in and he's looking at this scenario in April like five months ahead of time so this was a whole this whole thing is premeditated in my opinion um because it he couldn't let her leave him this is my opinion it would have looked bad on him it have been disrespectful and it would have made him look like a failure and that's not something he was ready to handle per se because he's abusive and he's an idiot she wasn't putting up with it anymore and tried to get away she was already gone once and came back I'm sure he guilted her into that somehow and threatened her with the baby uh there was a post I showed you guys before where he threatened to basically give the baby away if she didn't come home right now because he wasn't going to watch the baby it's ridiculous just ignorance agreed chick agreed total in complete motive in my opinion because he didn't want to look like a fool there was no honor in that because you can't you can't make a relationship work come on and here's the thing is the whole marriage was arranged to begin with I I can't see that being successful I'm sorry I don't believe in that kind of stuff at all it all adds up to a very distur iring picture I mean we do know that abusive relationships can become homicidal it does sound like this poor woman was abused and was in a very unhealthy relationship where she had no power or the goal was to take away her power and her husband at the very least liked the idea of her being dead and almost was planning for it so these two realities do not lead up to a good sign for the husband being innocent and of course more information needs to be discovered but it makes sense that he was abusive he wasn't a good husband he was volatile violent wanted to take away her independence and then was curious about what would happen after her death so you know the sign the signs are not what does that tell you about this dynamic in the home when Holly explained that incident that happened but Dr lwig I wanted to ask you about him taking her Green Card taking her passport in this incident and really not letting her use her phone in that situation what does that say to you about the Dynamics in this home well it sounds like she was held captive and also this woman as intelligent as she was probably was a bit naive and and maybe thought she was was you know marrying a good guy he wanted to be a husband and a father and what he turned out to be was something very different and so abusive men like him can turn a household into a dangerous prison and that's not even mentioning the emotional abuse that was probably going on but this woman was imprisoned in her own home and you know it sounds like even if she did report it to certain people there wasn't enough there to probably raise concerns where an intervention could be made but it's just a very very sad situation because this woman was being tortured prior to her death so there's another red flag here for people who are following the story these family members who are concerned and Friends he did not initially call police to say she's missing what happened was her co-workers said she's not showing up for work this is strange so there was a wellness check and another piece of nesa story is what police were told by nes when they knocked on the door to do that wellness check on August 2nd a prosecutors say he told police this that he saw MTA on July 31st that she was visiting family in New York and Texas they were separating and it was not unusual for her to leave the prosecutors also described a previous incident where Manasses Park police officer officers responded to the bot's home and the incident there occurred in February 2024 where MTA told officers that her husband broke her phone and refused to give her her green card and passport we' talked about that one bahali can you react to this wellness check because these were co-workers were you involved in the calling of police or this discussion among co-workers about this being too strange yeah I was not involved with that we worked together in a previous um capacity but I will say that what we did hear from the Commonwealth was that you know Mom had a new job she was very excited for her new job as registered nurse it was uncharacteristic and I can attest to that she really was devoted to her work you she didn't have call out issues so it was very concerning when she didn't show up to work and to your point uh when the police came to the wellness check on August 2nd Mr bot made comments that she's visiting family in New York and Texas the Commonwealth Attorney has gone on to the record saying she doesn't have relatives in New York or Texas you know she is uh the only person from her immediate family in the United States so from that Mr bot was already fabricating this trail of this mixed up timeline to not get police to really start taking a hard look at him uh Dr Love please weigh in on that we've got this wellness check this husband that's saying oh there are these different places that she might be plus we were separating but it seems like not many other people knew about this separation yeah I mean I see you know we see the husband he is lying he is covering up and there doesn't seem to be a concern even if there is a separation you know if a if a wife goes missing you know there's some level of concern or if there's a wellness check oh let me call her let me give you the number of where my wife is staying so that you can know that she's okay or I just heard from her there's none of that and there seems to be an emotional disconnect with this husband it doesn't seem like his emotional regulation is right it seems like he has no emotional empathy and you know there's a coldness there which of course is additionally disturbing but nothing lands right and uh his reaction is also upsetting Holly you mentioned about the family and about or not having family in those locations that NES mentioned but what do we know about her family I know she still has family in Nepal she does she has a very concerned family in Nepal her mother and brother have been really crying out you know through uh social media they did some interviews with Sai that you showed really demanding answers uh it's been reported that the mother uh really was urging nesbot to report her missing you know MTA was very active on social media very active in contact with her mother calling overseas we heard before work and after work really to talk about what was happening with the one-year-old baby so when her mother didn't hear from her that was immediately a change from the pattern of communication from MTA so whenever her phone went silent the family really wanted answers and what we've heard uh is that you know NES said well she's at work she's at work um but now we know she wasn't at work well hollyw worth I'm so thankful that we've had you to share that side of this investigation having an advocate there in the courtroom for her someone who was a friend is really great thank you to both of our guests Dr Robie lwig as well of course our hearts and minds are with that one-year-old in this case but we're going to talk so much more about it because we want to know what's next in this investigation let's take a look back at what we know Larice reported on 5th of August after being pressured by mamta's family and her cousin who lives in New York he didn't report by himself [Music] one of the most successful True Crime TV shows ever this is crazy now has a new home on America's cases victim to verdict even before reporting uh you know uh formally to the police he says no we decided to separate with respect this is a case that has stretched from Nepal to the us back to Nepal and the big question remains where is MTA bot let's take a look back at what we know about the timeline of the investigation into this young mother and nurse's disappearance now on July 27th MTA is last seen at work July 30th her husband arres purchases three knives August 1st MTA fails to show up for work August 1st he purchases cleaning products at Walmart and on August 2nd her co-workers are worried and they request a wellness check then on August 2nd during that check NES declines to report MTA as missing he tells police everything's fine they're separating and that it's not unusual for her to leave he also mentions that she is visiting family in Texas and New York then a few days later August 5th nesbot contacts the authorities to report his wife missing August 6th detectives go to the home they report that clothes passport and green card are missing August 8th police say that MTA is involuntarily missing things are ramping up in the investigation August 19th husband NES sells his Tesla car and on August 21st police search his home he is then arrested Ed the next day not charged with her death but charged with concealing a disappearance and that brings us to our last question tonight what's next in the investigation Into The Disappearance of MTA bot and here to discuss that is retired police commander and host of the profiling evil podcast Mike King and private investigator Jason Jensen thank you both for being on with us Mike King let me start with you what standing out to you about this investigation what's unique about it in the case of this missing mother well I think what we're seeing Julia is now the case is coming full circle we're seeing that there were U misrepresentations by the husband we're seeing a timeline that starts to make a whole lot more sense and then we're seeing collateral evidence come in like you reported on with the knives being purchased the cleaning supplies so the the real tedious work is starting now in my opinion that's uh completing all those witness interviews cross-checking the stories against other forms of evidence the forensic examinations and so much more and then you got to follow up with the lab results and and getting those back even in a serious case often takes longer than any of us can sometimes stand and you know I I kind of got this piece out of the luminol testing that was done that there's some really interesting patterns of blood in the home things to suggest that there was a large amount of blood pooling or this violent event that occurred uh blood spatter and other things to suggest including significant drag marks that really lead us to this idea of why law enforcement is focused on homicide and this endangered soul from my understanding the baby was the mother M's mother and brother are here now on emergency Visa and they both have the baby now that's my understanding we'll see what happens from there um hopefully it stays that way I Jason let's talk about what they're probably looking for because we know of course they're going to be looking for MTA but we don't have murder charges in this case what we have is concealing a death what are police looking for outside of of course looking for MTA herself right what what they're looking for is any way to legally keep him in custody while while they build up this murder case so what they're hoping to do is within this time while he's stuck in jail without bond is that they do happen to have the right pieces of evidence trailing back to where they can find their remains and then you know bring that back to uh something where they can file with the judge on a murder charge Mike do you think that they are looking in certain places based on what his occupation is we understand that he is someone who's in it but also has a background in being a contract worker but also Army Reserve in his history any thoughts as to what may be in the minds of investigators yeah absolutely I mean you've got to go into the personality of the people that you're looking at as possible suspects or responsible parties for this we also know that there's some phone forensics that places her phone near a body of water there in Lowden County they've got to consider the fact that they might need a a a specialty diver team to do some additional work in areas where they think and again pinging a phone in some of these rural areas is really difficult uh and and that's going to be tough to figure out where but bringing cadaver dogs in to do searches but the idea is if there's this massive amount of trauma that occurred inside the home and the possibility that she could have been dissected which is just a terrible thing to think about they've got to look at multiple crime scenes so we not only have the place where this thing occurs the crime scene the murder scene but then we have disposal sites or and those disposal sites could be many when you're talking about a case like this so it really boils down to digital forensics off the vehicle off mobile devices and then any CCTV footage they can pick up or anything along the lines about his background and where he likes to go because sometimes these Predators like to go back and visit and kind of vicariously roll in the dirt again when they when they go back can see a place and Jason Jensen we know that the prosecution says he was at Walmart the day of her disappearance buying carpet cleaner Clorox wipes and tree shaped air fresheners what does that tell you about potentially what happened inside of that home clearly what that indicates to now what I'm curious about is if you're buying air fresheners that means that you're going to be either she was deceased in the home for a period of time or you're going to be transporting her and you don't want that smell in the vehicle or she's being put somewhere where it could cause smell and that's trying to distract from that smell from there that's what the air freshener thing told me that was kind of that was not good I'll just put it that way to me is that he uh you know had a violent act with her basically she she was killed there and most likely dismembered in the tub and now he's got to go through through the painstaking process of restoring the residents in a manner where it doesn't look like there was a violent crime W it's chilling to think about but at the same time investigators have to go there in order to figure out what happened again he's Behind Bars he was denied Bond but we will continue to be following this story Mike King and Jason Jensen thank you so mother MTA kbot wanted to show you video from sky9 it shows police conducting a search about 3 hours ago in a wooded area near Old Manasses Christian School that's just a three-minute drive from mto's home thank you for joining us this afternoon I'm Simone di ala Manasses Park police say they have rescue teams also looking at camp corondelet in a portion of blooms park at the same time M's husband who police believed killed his wife was back in Prince William County court today our rapael Sanchez Cruz is live in Manasses Park and Rafa you were in the courtroom walk us through what happened today and also we are just hearing that more law enforcement has showed up to the scene yes Simone well today a uh chick he sold the Tesla but they did get their hands on the Tesla and they have searched it for my understanding and scanned it for every bit of what they could so hopefully if they found anything in that that'll tell them something I'm just saying I haven't heard anything about that since but we'll see a Prince William County Judge granted a speedy trial for nadesh B which means he needs to be tried within five months but tonight see he's trying to get that defense is trying to get that him charged and and out of there like ASAP which I think is ridiculous because truly I could be wrong I wish somebody could correct me if they can because I didn't get there I looked for but I couldn't find it I think he can still be charged with murder if they figure out how and what and where happened you know what I'm saying I think he still can be so I don't know tonight we still don't have a date for that said trial so today in court nesha's public defender waved his right to a grand jury in an effort to get this case before a jury sooner the 37 yearold is facing a single felony count for concealing a dead body but throughout proceedings the defense has argued that the Prince William County commonwealths Attorney's Office is missing the primary evidence in this case M's body now the defense wants to start the trial sometime in December or early January but prosecutors want more time and have requested a late January or early February date after a long back and forth they failed to come to an agreement which means they'll be back in court with nesbot on September 16th mto's loved ones say searches like the ones being conducted today are giving them hope that they'll get some justice I have no doubt that the Commonwealth is putting together a very strong case I think you know there's a a wealth of evidence that's already been collected by Prince William um you know through the crime lab Manasses Park Police Department they're processing that evidence it's going to take time um you know Mr bot thinks he's smart but I guarantee you the weight of justice is leaning hard on him and we are going to see this come to fruition mom's mother and brother were in court today after arriving from Nepal last week you see her mother there in a burgundy coat her brother in a blue t-shirt it's a first time scene atbot in person since M went missing they did not want to speak on camera but through a spokesperson they told us they're appreciative of the efforts that are being done by prosecutors now Manasses Park police says that these three areas of Interest where they're searching um have been designated just that areas of Interest however no additional evidence has been found I do want to tell you that in the last 15 minutes the prosecutor involved in the case against nesbot did leave the area after being here with police officers now coming up at 5:00 we'll hear more about the community that's rallied behind MTA and how today's efforts are giving them hope that she will be found I'm live in manases Park Rafael screw W us I and Rafa I know Virginia Mother m kbot her husband nesbot faced a judge again today he's charged with concealing a dead body but time is running out for prosecutors to find enough evidence to make that charge stick we saw one of them join investigators in another search for Manta today and tonight we're getting answers about this case from the Manasses Park police chief he spoke exclusively with our Katie lusso today and Katie what is he telling you yeah so I was able to talk to Chief Mario Lugo the Manasses Park police chief L than an hour after the search is wrapped up tonight here's what he told me we conducted um searches today we started Manas Christian we went to blooms Park and went to another wooded area behind their residence they didn't locate any evidence yeah ktie so I think one of the big questions a lot of folks at home are asking tonight why these specific locations so I can tell you at least one of the locations is because of where it is exactly so that one spot is a wooded area directly behind the home that MTA lived in with her husband NES for almost a year now as for the other spots here's what the chief said anything specific that triggered today's locations so we continue to get leads and tips from people but also the records that we requested in subpoena for are starting to come in so now we're you know following those tracks figuring out where to search next if that's possible and when he says records he's talking about things like n's car as well as NES and mta's phones now he told me tonight that we're going to start seeing a lot more of these searches happening especially as they continue to get more of these leaps yeah and we know Friday they were searching another area did they find anything of significance so he said yes to me tonight he wouldn't specify exactly what he said it's all being sent to a lab to verify if it is in fact connected but tonight I also asked him more directly about MTA have you found anything that leads you to believe that MTA may still be alive I don't believe manta's still alive there's no evidence that proves that yet so but obviously we're still searching and you haven't found her we have not located her now we know the community has been so involved through this entire process and the chief says he hopes that continues be patient I understand it's hard um keep her in the Press keep her you know alive you know her the pitches going and the Flyers and letting people know that she matters and we're going to all continue to search for her so as I mentioned before the chief said we're going to see a lot more of these searches happening and of course we'll continue to follow them as we get word that they are in fact happening a lot of folks are waiting for so many answers Katie thank you and know that she's sick she's sife and sound she's been lost since July 31st where how when what cloth has seen worth did you have any information to provide us to the public what's going on M is missing there must be something going on between the husband and wife yeah just thank you for uh you know like a uh what you are doing community and then please keep doing and then just I need like your help he's 28 to 29 the last day MTA was seen alive was July 28th active with her baby on Tik Tok this video is the last time she posts to the platform her last known contact was July 29th July 30th you know I wondered that too did any of the neighbors see or hear anything because the houses are kind of close together did they see something did they see him going in and out of the house carrying bags or any type of a tarp or something you know what I'm saying something had to have been seen or heard I'm just telling you like that's driving me nuts like where the hell could he have put her it's crazy on this day Pro utor said her husband NES is on camera at two different Walmart stores near his home July 31st this is the last day her husband nesbot told people he saw his wife MTA he said she cooked dinner for their family after dinner he said he put their 11-month-old baby down to sleep the next day happened as normal he start doing his thing thinking she's at her work and around 7 7:30 n call correct me uh uh 7 7:30 at night when she did not come back home on the 1 he went to the neighborhood somewhere she used to hang out he drove around looked from outside the house uh didn't see anything uh and then he came back home because he had to put the baby to go to sleep MTA was scheduled to work the next day but never showed up we asked the husband I asked personally noris th like what's going on that day can you please you tell tell us in the brief so he said uh her baby wakes up like three four times in the night so that night on the wedes day they were sleeping in the separate room so that M can work in the day shift so he also said that he doesn't know what time he wakes up and she goes to the work according to friends MTA a petite woman all of 5T tall with black hair and brown eyes had left the house in the past at least twice due to disagreements with her 37-year-old husband time away ranged between a few days to a few weeks according to her husband but friends said in the past M always kept in touch about where she was August 1st and 2nd M does not show up for her nursing shift for 2 days so her manager calls police to stop by her house for a welfare check what happened on um August second would was she at at the house like was she at work was she sleeping was she not there so what did the police officers find the ones they did the welfare check police said NES told them during the check that MTA went to visit relatives out of state August 5th NES files a missing person's Report with police after I think 4 days her husband he's here so he reported to the police as well and uh as far as I know Maas ISS like a person who never missed the Work August 8th police sh the missing person's poster officially on their social media Pages it seems like uh this process has not been moved and it might not have been taken serious you know like my question is like within 14 days what is the clue about mam for them to be waiting three days that's kind of shocking to me and I don't understand why and I'm frustrated and I'm disappointed the Manasses Park police chief released a statement claiming MTA was entered as a missing person in law enforcement databases and detectives began investigating quote immediately we are doing our best I grab all my community uh neighbors and uh we start everywhere where we could most of mta's family lives in Nepal thousands of miles away August 14th local news media is invited to a press conference held by lawmakers and nepes community Point Victoria they are joined by M's husband who takes a moment to speak yeah just thank you for you know like a uh what you are doing community and then please keep doing and then just I need like your help in a all positive way just keep doing what you are doing and then in a positive way just help us in this tough time thank you he walks away to watch the rest of the press conference from the back of the crowd with his young daughter uh talking to uh her husband nuris I asked him uh is there anything that is missing at home that he say I don't recall in the sense that I was expecting this but wonderful to see you thank you for join us she used to wear it's not there some of the clothes not there her Green Card her passport and everything is not at home so that's something I did not know until I talked to him uh but as far as I know what he told us he followed the police instruction uh when the police came uh describe everything and the police told him search yourself for a day with all the people that you know because this was not the this the first time so and if it if it exhausted all of these thing then call us back and after that he called uh the police back and follow official report within a few days mta's case is labeled by the police department as quote critical police first did not believe mta's case met enough criteria to be considered more than a missing person mta's disappearance is now considered quote involuntary concerned community members and co-workers of MTA gather outside the police department to continue spreading the word of her mysterious disappearance August 21st 22 days after MTO was last seen police hold a press conference to this point in investigation our investigators have executed over 10 search warrants and conducted hundreds of interviews related to this case I know the media and and the um Community wants answers but at this point I'm not able to answer certain questions and that's why I'm providing this statement I want to thank everybody for coming out for continuing to keep this case in the spotlight and we will continue to investigate this investigation thank you us found out today the news media and attendees at the press conference push for answers about who is responsible okay look look the search warrant is going to take another three to four hours to complete when I get the information I will provide that my my goal is that once I have that information I will provide it to the community of what was located three to four hours before they're done okay but I'm not sure if I'm going to have the full answers we have asked outside jurisdictions to help us with the forensics on this so we got to wait for them to provide us the answers I was hoping I don't know when they are going to have the report to me but I gotta wait for them to tell me when if they're detectives which is interesting to me uh the September 7th they had that memorial for her um that's awesome I love it let me see here um I guess her brother and her mother will be seeing again in court here relatively soon so that's pretty much that it that's it there give me a second here one second everybody uh uh uh uh uh uh hold on where are we at here did we cover this okay this is from 23 hours ago but I think this is something we've already cleared once it's the same channel but it says it's got a different tag on it I think we saw this though just to be sure for Mom to C bot the Manasses Park lead in the search for Mom to Cle bot the Manasses Park mother and pediatric nursed last seen in Late July good evening to you I'm Scott thuman tonight Manasses Park police say they recently received a tip that was quote helpful in the case with that the police department pleading for anyone who was in touch with mom's husband n we saw between July 28th and I think this is a a news piece that was overlapped with another piece and it's just a replay this part's a replay but there's another piece added to this August 5th to come forward that is though getting a glimpse into NES bot's defense his legal thieves will prove directly to Mr bots in hand over evidence they state would gobin's defense team wants prosecutors to hand over evidence they state would go directly to Mr bot's innocence so it's pretty standard motions John Fishwick is a former US attorney for the Western District of Virginia the defense is certainly being aggressive saying look this evidence is going to be good for us n bot's public defender is requesting any and all video from July 27th showing M getting into a vehicle from her work as well as unredacted police reports on the investigation into who owns and who is driving that vehicle we know from a prior search warrant MTA was seen on surveillance video from the hospital where she worked getting into an unknown car that night the warrant also points to a court order to Uber showing July 27th was her last transaction but that the trip was noted as cancelled by driver nisha's team is also requesting mta's cell phone data GPS data so the defense is actually trying to play like something else happened from somebody else this is insane what if it came out to be that he was innocent that doesn't make sense though that doesn't make sense I don't think that they would have arrested him if they had something else but the defense is playing this like they have some kind of information that proves this this is crazy you guys of MTA NES body warn camera footage of several interactions with NES at his home as well as unredacted police reports related to contacts made August 2nd through 6 including any text messages or other communication between NES and law enforcement I think the Commonwealth is going to want him to have all the evidence the judge is going to want him to have all the evidence so that he gets a fair trial but I think Tom will tell whether that evidence is good for him or in fact is not good for him and circumstantially proves the Commonwealth's case NES is accused of killing his wife MTA but so hour ago it's an update in what is going on with the Manhunt for Joseph couch so I figured you guys should hear this too um first time Joseph couch has been well this is not the first time Joseph couch has been accused of threatening people with a gun he faced a previous misdemeanor charge of terroristic threatening in the third degree in Knox County yeah so the case was later dismissed and those fighting for a bipartisan gun control Bill believed that Saturday's shooting could have potentially been prevented the war from Knox County says a man accused Joseph couch of threatening to kill him with an AR rifle after he confronted couch about throwing a rock at his dog couch was charged with terroristic threatening but the case was dismissed earlier this year when the victim failed to appear in court he is the perfect example for why we need crisis aversion and rights retention Whitney Austin survived the 2018 mass shooting at the Fifth Third center right here in Cincinnati she's advocating for a bipartisan bill in Kentucky called the crisis aversion and rights retention act better known as car it allows for the temporary transfer of firearms away from people on the brink of Crisis she says if car had been enacted law enforcement could have taken this information of a threat to a judge for a civil order and if the judge determines that that we do have enough evidence this person is an imminent risk then the order is issued the Laurel County Sheriff's Office says legally purchased the AR-15 used on Saturday hours before he opened fire on 75 Whitney Austin adds under a there's been more than 45,000 migrants come into the city many of them staying at temporary shelters like this one right here behind me but over in Springfield Ohio it's a much smaller population they've got about 58,000 people that live there and now they're adding an additional 20,000 haian migrants to their population the city resources are strained but the problem is being muddled by these claims made by res who live in the area that police say simply are not true they're in the park grabbing up Ducks by the neck and cutting their head off and walking off with them eating them those unsubstantiated claims accusing Haitian immigrants of crimes now echoed on the national stage Republican Vice Presidential nominee and Ohio Senator JD Vance Fanning the Flames with a social media post pointing at the borders are and then there's this post on X from the house house Judiciary Committee protect our ducks and kittens in Ohio but City officials are rejecting the allegation saying that there have been no credible reports or specific claims of pets being harmed injured or abused by individuals within the Immigrant Community we spoke with Ohio attorney general Dave yast earlier and he says his team is looking into what can be done in court to curb immigrants from coming to Springfield here in Springfield uh the city services the schools the Health Care system is groaning to the breaking point under the load this could happen to any city in Ohio it could happen to any city in America uh we need a solution we need it now and city leaders are doubling down on their request for in just a moment but first here's the thing the claims stem from a case in Canton where a woman was recently arrested and charged with eating a cat our Annabelle ters is live in Canton where these now about three and a half weeks ago a housing community here in Canton was shocked as neighbors tell us they watched a woman eat a cat but now they're dealing with a new wave of emotions as they watch body warn camera footage from that event circulate widely online and connection to that story in Springfield the influx of Haitian immigrants 170 miles away what did you do August 16th Canton Police responded to disturbing 911 calls he killed the cat and is eating it multiple people reported 27-year-old Alexis Fel was eating a cat on the 1100 block of 13th Street Southeast in Canton stand up officers on scene place forel in hand as a crowd of onlookers watched put your hands behind your back someone got rubber gloves she's covering blood police believe she killed the cat before eating it one writing they saw blood on Alexis's feet hands and fur on her lips but the people around here new they like Alexis get up like what is you doing like like they know they know for sure that that wasn't her her right mind neighbors recall it is a deeply unsettling night for their neighborhood speculating forel may have been on drugs or experiencing a mental health crisis so this has been all crisscross this is not a Haitian woman she's from this area she grew up in this Project's area they've known her it's mental health breakdown folks if what it was this is how this happened it was she
