The Penn State football Media day is one month away and in two months, the Penn State opener on the road at West Virginia but July is camp time and the former tiger. Julian Fleming is back on his turf off the play action. Stroud whats a downfield shot and he's got Fleming running free and Julian Fleming battles to the end zone touchdown. Ohio State. The Penn State fans are hoping to hear that name called this fall CJ stroll down the sea caught touchdown. Julian Fleming and see number three in the end zone at Beaver Stadium. I'll do the three call. You get forties. You can go through your uh tutorials for starts and stuff and all that good stuff. And back at home in Cat at Southern Columbia High School is wide receiver Julian Fleming holding his journey football camp for hundreds of youth football players on a hot July morning in Columbia County. It's been a great opportunity and, uh, you know, we got a really good showing this year. So we're up like 3040 kids than we were last year. So, uh it's been a great thing, you know, to be able to come and give back to our community over here and, uh, you know, big, uh, big thanks to Southern and Coach Roth for helping set everything up. Talk about being here at, uh Julian's camp. Uh How much fun is this really fun? Yeah. What do you think about being here with Julian? Cool. Really cool. How good of a wide receiver is he? And have you ever seen him play? Yes. And he's a really good wide receiver. We're just gonna teach you guys how to run a 40. It's that time of your life where you're gonna have to learn how to run a 40. Helping Julian at this camp is long time speed trainer, Tom Hughes of Vapor Trail 24 7 speed performance. Obviously, you know, the whole state, the whole country knows, uh, Julian has an opportunity at Penn State and I think that, uh, him coming home going to Penn State, you know, whatever the, whatever the circumstances may be, but I, I know he's gonna make the best of it. He'll be a targeted athlete getting the ball. We've all known that he's a, he's a great, you know, wide receiver. He, he's an even better person running this camp. But, uh, I, I obviously look for big things from him a lot of people don't understand how fast he is. He's such a big receiver that, you know, he carries that speed and strength, you know, I just wanna, you know, let him come out here and have fun, you know, introduce him to some basic fundamentals, you know, going through some combine stuff, let him run around and, yeah, the main thing is pretty much for them to have fun.
