Bruce from 45 what up in the air he's done it so many times to the brown and gold some dream on the cake Roost hello Hawks fans I'm Adrian hickmon the Ford's coach I'm here with inet um we're going to do a midyear review on the Ford line a player I'd like to give recognition to is Luke Bru Luke Bruce has a fantastic football mind he's been sub I think around six times six times in a row on the bench um so there's two parts the first part is the work that he does on the bench he's um like another coach on the bench um talking to players you they coming off the ground and I communicate with him from the coach's box to the bench and to get a good feel for what he feels there and um how our for lines are going the other part is when he goes on the ground he's been really proactive and you know score score assists and kicking goals himself which is really pleasing um and putting on good defensive pressure the weekend just gone he come on and kicked one crucial goal from the 50 m Mark and then the last goal of the game that snap um downfield was very composed um you know there's a lot of pressure there for a start the opposition and the crowd based on the free kick but um kept his composure and been working on snaps for a little while now and you put it through the middle so that was a good um scenario like to have with this subub especially with an experienced sub is leadership in our line meeting so Fords have a line meeting three times a week and yeah we work together in sharing that through his knowledge and I'll ask him questions and a player to player is worth more than a coach to play it might sound a bit funny but um especially with Luke's experience uh and what he's been through and the calmness he talks and he's able to put his feet in their shoes um which is really important [Music]
