what's going on Packers fans Aaron negler here with your good bad and ugly from the Packers 30 to7 ass kicking of the Baltimore Ravens wrapping up their 2024 preseason with a good I'm going with Christian Welch I probably could go with Aaron Mosby here his strip sack fumble certainly turned the game on its head he had two big time turnover plays but I thought Christian Welch was a steady presence throughout the game from start to finish tied for the team lead in tackles on the day and he himself had a big time turnover play just a great performance from a guy who I think has solidified himself on the roster both from special team standpoints and as a guy you can count on from scrimmage with the bad I'm going with the backup quarterbacks you really thought this was an opportunity for one of these guys to really seize the moment and win the backup job behind Jordan love unfortunately a lot of inconsistency some bad bad moments for both of these guys including a really terrible interception that was compounded when Pratt tried to tackle the ball carrier hurting himself in the process I will Echo what Matt LeFleur has talked about many many times when talking about the quarterback position in general it does take all 11 and both of these guys were let down by some of the teammates around them at times but on balance it was a milk toast bad performance from both guys and you really really needed one of them to step up on a day that neither did with the ugly where do you go but Anders Carlson I mean coming off a week where he had been absolutely perfect in practice hit all his kicks in the game right up until the end when he missed an absolute bunny shot throws the whole kicker competition back into question you thought okay he's rided the ship and he's seemingly on his way and then he misses what should have been a layup and look where was it it was on the left hash mark that is absolutely his Kryptonite I feel actually pretty confident in Carlson when he goes out there and it's centered up or on the right hash I feel pretty good about his chances of making it but if he's on the left hash mark you better pray to whatever God you believe in get out some prayer beads do whatever you got to do because there's no telling what's going to happen when he lines up on the left hash so there you have it that's the good Bad and the Ugly from my perspective what do you guys think let me know in the comments below and then tell your friends and tell your family cheese head TV we are devoted to Green Bay Packers fans worldwide
