And yes, we have issued a weather impact alert for Thursday and Friday. That's when we're gonna feel some of the impacts from what is going to be hurricane Francine that is expected to make landfall on Wednesday on the Louisiana coastline. So we're really saying it's gonna be all day on Thursday and Friday, the impacts are mainly going to be the rain risk. And since we're on the right hand side of the track, we could often see storms developing with that. But again, this is gonna depend on how close we are to that eventual track as it moves up inland there and the, how the, the remnants are gonna be impacting us. So, what I want you to do at this point today is Monday. We're talking about Thursday and Friday, stay weather aware. We are issuing this alert to let you know that we could see some significant rain coming in on your Thursday and Friday as well as a rain risk and maybe even some wind risk too. Here is the storm right now. You can see it, it is getting better organized and it's getting stronger in the Gulf of Mexico. It's right off of the Mexico coast. It's gonna pretty much parallel uh the Texas coast as it moves northward. But you can see we have hurricane watches and uh tropical storm watches in effect for the Louisiana coastline. It most likely will become a hurry at some point during the day on Tuesday and then landfall possible on Wednesday as a category one storm nearing category two. And I would not be surprised that this is upgraded to at least a category two before it makes landfall, then we have to watch the remnants. And if this track moves more over to the east, we will see our impacts actually get worse for us. So here's what we're watching based on the current models here. There's the storm, this is today of Tuesday. We see that rain coming in along the Gulf coast region on Wednesday. No rain here yet, but mainly clouds increasing with all that heavy rain there along the Louisiana coastline. And then as the remnants move north, we're on the right hand side, we'll watch that rain moving in on Thursday, sticking with us on Friday and then even some lingering showers into Saturday and on Sunday, even though we don't think they'll be as heavy here as we head into the weekend and even some lingering into Monday as well. And this illustrates the uncertainty that we have with the rainfall totals with this system. Uh The American model is showing maybe less than two inches of rain here. Whereas the European model is showing more than four inches and even some areas like up to eight inches. So that's not set in stone, but just, you know, those are some of the potentials that we have as the system moves our way. So here is that seven day outlook showing again nice weather, Tuesday and Wednesday with highs up to 87 tomorrow. 83 Wednesday, weather impact alert for Thursday and Friday with rain, the potential for some storms and then the rain chances stick with us through the weekend and beginning of next week. But at least they go down a little bit as high temperatures will hold in the lower eighties.
