to go um I feel like I got you know more responsibilities you know just not just only you know trying to carry the load but just trying to bring the guys with me you know just keeping up and taking them out there has that been tough for you to take on that news oh that's been some some learning experience you know but I'm still learning you know um but it's it's been all fun you know I've been enjoying these guys I know it's a lot of talent in the room you know to see what's that competition kind of like with you and Javonte and Gavin up at the top there great competition man they they progressed so much as they've been here you know and it's only made me better you know it's making each other better so you know Iron sharp is iron um I mean I appreciate it you know for being here you know making me go every day making me be my best every day you know and a couple days are fun you know I love it yeah what's been the uh biggest focuses for you trying to improve since uh last season um mainly just being available you know just stay stay in the training room man you know just being available for my team you know the best I can with that the times that you've weren't available last year how did you how did you kind of work through that from the psychological side and stay positive um I got a lot of I got a lot of supporters you know that got my back you know and I listen to him you know it's just so they ease it up on me you know for me I just just kept my head up you know just taking day by day have you done anything different this off season to try and help that alarm is just a lot to paint your circuits oh no it's it's it's all about me really staying in the train room like I said you know we got a new recovery facility you know and I've been using that a lot just really mature and I'm taking care of my body a lot a bigger role has Coach Murray played in keeping you positive and encouraging throughout the last couple years big big roll man um he's he not only for me but he's been doing that for you know the whole group you know that's that's what's great about him you know you know how to keep us you know on the edge and how you know just keep our head up you know just just you know we'll mess up with something you know just go just look forward for it never look back
