Ado let's get right into this game Caitlyn Clark started off the game hot when she was able to hit a step back three to bring the fever's early lead to Five Points Tina Charles was able to start things off for the Atlanta Dream when she was able to knock down a mid-range jumper to help her Squad stay within one possession Alicia gray was then able to knock down a triple to tie the game up but then Clark was able to get her playmaking game going after she was able to grab a rebound and drive into the paint with nowhere to go she found Lexi Hull on the wing who knocked down a three to give Clark her first assist of the early game Clark pushed the pace down the court and with a beautiful bounce pass to Kelsey Mitchell who was able to catch her Defender lacking with a back door cut as Mitchell hit the shot to get another key fever bucket then Alicia gray was able to kick a pass over to Ryan Howard Howard who was able to hit a three-point shot from the wing to keep the game all tied up with Caitlyn Clark struggling someone needed to step up and it was a common face Kelsey Mitchell Mitchell was able to drive through the defense and get a left-handed layup to go in off the glass to help the fever stay within one point of their opponent a few plays later she was able to make enough space so that she could get a three-pointer to go off and into the hoop while giving the fever a and one bucket but then the dream were able to go on a little scoring spurt that ended after Ryan Howard was able to Slither her way to the basket for the easy two points and all of a sudden Atlanta had a six-point lead this bucket led to a fever timeout and it clearly lit a fire underneath the fever's offense Lexi H was able to get a three-pointer to fall from the corner and it seemed like the fever were rolling once again then Alicia gray knocked down another three-pointer and the fever were stuck in a blender then Caitlyn Clark made a beautiful pass in Alysa Smith for an easy Layin to bring her team within Striking Distance once again and finally to give the dream a ton of momentum going into the halftime Break Jordan Canada knocked down a tough jumper to beat the clock and to put the dream Up by Four Points going into the quarter the fever needed someone to step up going into the second half but it was all the Atlantic dream to start off the third quarter first Tina Charles was able to get her own rebound twice in order to get an N1 bucket to finally go down to start off strong then Ryan Howard was able to absolutely embarrass Lexi Hull when she went down the court with Lexi Hull riding her Howard hit a crossover that made Hull fall over as Howard drilled a three while she could not do a thing then Howard was able to finish through contact over Kelsey Mitchell and all of a sudden the dream were leading the game game by 13 points finally with a fever in desperation due to how the dream was killing them someone finally answered the call first she was able to drive and finish over two Defenders but then she was able to get a steal and pull up from Deep to get the fever even closer but then the fever were able to get themselves to the line over and over and over again and they were all of a sudden only down by five points then to cap off a 17-3 run Caitlyn Clark hit a three-pointer off of a pass from Aaliyah Boston and the fever they were at one time struggling were all of a sudden very much in the game after 18 to Charles bucket Caitlyn Clark finished off the quarter with some free throws to start off the fourth quarter Caitlyn Clark hit a three-pointer that tied up the game and they were looking good going into the final period of Regulation Ryan Howard then got an and one bucket to fall in and the dream were making their comeback then to get her point total up to 20 points on the day Clark hit a shot after pivoting back and for fourth and then Nas Hillman was able to send back a shot from tamy F benley and it ended up in the hands of Ryan Howard who nailed a triple on the other end then NZ Helman was able to come through on the scoring side of the ball getting a tough and one bucket to fall through then Kelsey Mitchell went down and pulled up from Deep mid-range to hit a shot after the two teams traded buckets for a little while Clark found Boston who went to work in the paint getting two points to fall in with the game tied and a minute and a half left Jordan Canada got a layup to go in and with the fever needing a quick bucket tamy F benle came through with the help of Clark Clark was able to float a pass over the defender and get it to Tami who cashed in the two points after Ryan Howard went to the free throw line and knocked a couple down Clark was able to fake a handoff with Boston who drove to the Lane tying up the game and sending it to overtime in overtime Clark started off with a mid-range step back but Alicia gray was able to quickly answer back then tamy FB was able to lose her Defender after setting a screen and she was wide open for a mid-range bucket Ryan Howard got a bucket but Aaliyah Boston was able to get a tipin shot to fall not long after to tie the game back up and with a minute left Aaliyah Boston was able to win a battle in the paint to get her point total all the way up to 30 on the day and after some Caitlyn Clark free throws the dream had blown it as the fever went on to win 104 to 100 Caitlyn Clark in the fever were able to pull together a comeback after going down by a crazy amount before going on a 17-3 run Clark finished with 26 points but Aaliyah Boston was able to lead the charge with her 30 points and her 13 rebounds Ryan Howard led the game with 36 points and her 42 minutes on the floor but it was not enough as the dream really needed to hold the large
