next stop Christmas is a pretty decent film this was released originally in 2021 it's directed by Dustin Rickard and this Stars Lindsay fona as Angie and Angie is getting on an ordinary train and when she's on the train it turns out to be a train that's taken her back 10 years into the past and she's going back home for Christmas to write a wrong that she did she made a decision at one point that put her on the wrong path and this is her chance to turn things around and I won't say too much more about that obviously there's a romantic aspect of this and the Romantic aspect I think worked very well I really enjoyed that part of it I also enjoyed the the time travel part it felt very well edited sometimes with films that deal with different timelines don't always work very well it can make or break a film depending on how well it's edited and thankfully everything moved moved really smoothly and I really enjoyed it I love the design of the train I think it looks beautiful they've done a great job with the set design for that and we also have Christopher Lloyd is the Train's conductor which was uh quite nice as well and uh Lindy fona did a great job with the character of Anie Angie's very likable which again is something that can make or break a film but actually I thought she was uh a pretty decent character I was happy to follow her journey I wanted the best for her and it's not immediately obvious either what needs to be done what Angie needs to do and I like that I like that there's that element of unpredictability so I have to say it was a really interesting concept and very well executed it seems to be really well received as well it's got 7.0 out of 10 on IMDb across 2.5 th000 reviews and ratings which is really respectable that's a really solid rating especially for a film of this nature it's very festive as well so if you're looking for a film to get you in the Christmas spirit this one might be a good one to go with personally I really enjoyed next stop Christmas it's a fun idea very well executed and i' say it's definitely worth watching
