this has been a very up and down season for Alex Verdugo with the Yankees when the season started for the first couple months he was everybody's favorite he was playing well having a good time and definitely was bringing that energy it is now the middle of August Alex Verdugo is batting 237 106 hits his war is at 0.6 and according to Alex verdugo's doctor he is allergic to some of the chemicals that are in his batting gloves now I got to be honest when I first heard this I laughed but you always hear people make excuses why they're not doing well in anything this might be one of the most unique excuses I've ever heard you would think an allergic reaction to using batting gloves with whatever chemicals that they have in it would be something you would have stopped doing a long time ago and now with jazz Chism out for who knows how long Alex Verdugo struggling his struggles is a Leu glab bror is being so hot so cold it's only a matter of time before the Yankees roster can expand we'll get Jason doming is up here maybe even Spencer Jones but I doubt it will'll see Yankees could use that at spark but again this story was so funny I just had to post about it I'll talk to you guys later [Music]
