RWANDA 🇷🇼 0-0 NIGERIA🇳🇬 WATCH ALONG AND FAN REACTIONS ⚽️✅

[Music] hello and welcome back to my channel and today is Rwanda versus Nigeria you know afcan 2025 qualifier match day two and it's happening life in Kali now of course um Nigeria won their first game against Ben Republic 3-0 at home in uyo aquum and they obviously traveling out to face Rwanda now I do think it's going to be a tricky game as I said in my last match and the lineup you know Remains the Same you know except for one or two changes that head coach Augustine aavan has done but I still I I do believe that the players can handle the pressure that Rwanda would sort of bring because they playing at home but you know looking at that um looking at that side you know and the way they played in the last game is quite interesting in to see how well they going to play against you know the defensive side and the general tactical play of the randant but you know with the likes of you know um adola lukman um Simon Moses in that side I do believe that they can handle the pressure that would come from playing with them but I also believe that the pressure is more on the Rwanda side because they know how well um Nigeria you know is with the quality of players we have how good they are on the attacking side I would not be surprised if more of the pressure is on them but then again they at home they might be a bit just a tiny bit more relaxed but I expect that the game is going to be a very exciting one you know to to watch now looking at the lineup and um of course um Stanley M as the goalkeeper we have fa de bashiru in the defense we have the Captain William trust eong we also have Samuel chuk who is in the in the Midfield and also goes forward we have Alo also in the defense we have semi a in the defense we have Bruno o Machi who is also in the defensive work we have Kelvin B we have WF IND we have Victor Buon and adola lukman that's a very good lineup and I think probably I think just one or two changes you know in that lineup they started of today but I do feel that they can handle the pressure that would come of facing Rwanda Rwanda in their last game played 1-1 you know in their last match against um um what was it called now Libya they played 1-1 against Libya so it should be an easier outing for us when we meet them and if for any reason at all they not able to get probably the first goals you know maybe more than two goals in the first half I'm sure that before the end of the game they can get the necessary three points at the moment we have um three points which keeps us literally on the top of the table but it's best that we pick up another three point to make a six point and no stamp our a space or a place in that top of that group so I do believe that they can handle the pressure you know we have the likes of Victor um oim on the bench who can come off you know substituted in and get even more goals for us so he's an amazing and I actually believe that um Victor Bon is able is should be able to get probably a goal today he wasn't able to in the last game I think he's still finding it difficult to get the hang of that team you know but he will find his feet eventually it was exactly what happened with Victor o so it w't be much of a surprise but I do expect um Victor oim to come in and get you know a go or too if possible but let's see how the um the match goes we are obviously going to be doing like more of a watch watch along and reactions of some other people as to what they think about the game the first half is going to be starting in about 30 minutes and so no stick with me while we watch along and get the reactions of some people you know as the show goes on and don't go anywhere we are still here watching the game don't go anywhere [Music] [Music] [Music] okay guys so it's the end of the first half of Rwanda and the super OS of Nigeria and it's still goess now it's been very interesting um first half I think um the home team were you know quite dangerous going forward in the first 15 20 minutes and then Nigerian pick up you know the pace and of course tried to know go on counter attacks and unfortunately yes we had a go count of because it was offside by lukan but we also had um I think um Victor Bonz had a chance um lukan had another chance and it's it's I do think it's been um a very interesting first because Ian have obviously Nigeria has obviously been the better side in the first half you know having chances having about nine um short on target compared to that 11 of the Rwandan spot they have three short on target compared to one of the Rwanda so I think it's been a very you know half and half performance from the super EOS of um Nigeria in the first half I do respect that yes there'll probably be one or two changes you know when the second half start and probably Victor Sim coming on and making the difference but you can always tell the tell the difference with you know playing at home and having the support of the fans it was obvious it was obvious with the randant on and how well they were playing how well they were attacking you know giving our defense a lot of work the lives of sh se you know um uh Oro who who was yellow carded it's been an interesting first step and I do expect them to you know pick up the pace especially on counterattacks you know in the second half probably with the addition of Simon Moses who is also a Winger and a very fastpaced player is going to bring more energy into the into the team into the squad so definitely um this I I do believe that it might might probably just end in a one one go wi for for Nigeria but let's still see how how it goes irrespective of what the results is without a loss probably a draw or a win is always still in the um um Advantage for the supero so the first half has been as I said a half and half performance from them not picking up the pace for the first 15 20 minutes eventually doing so and still not you know really getting the result that they want but uh we've seen you know a lot of chances from corner kicks um lukman of course handling that and making sure that got into the B but unfortunately they've not seen the end of those you know set pieces which I hope they can work on probably before their next game but you know ahead of the second half hopefully the team can do better work on their um final touch uh final touches their final touches also and you know probably get a goal but that's it for the first half and um I'm still here we'll still talk more about the second half and the um the game in general when the second half ends but here I'm still here and until the game is done don't go anywhere [Music] [Music] um what was your reaction about the goes job between Rwanda and Nigeria it's a story of n chances and an inspired goalkeeper super had many chances that could have buried another day we could have won but the r goalkeeper chose to be a to be the star of the show I think he deserve to be the man of the match and uh yeah just pretty much that and you look at the scoreboard n nil but you look at the standing on the table 4 points out of six and coming from the chaos that we have experienced the last couple of weeks with the n and the appointment of coaches and then so I think we'll take it four points out of six it's not bad yeah just as you said four points out of six um going forward do you think they still have a chance you know looking at that we are playing Liberia and um Rwanda you know in other games but do you really do think they have you know the chances to qualify for the afcon 2025 yes I think they have a fair chance they started really well and now in the October International window it's a game home and way against Libya and Libya not particularly been compling at this point but why not I mean in paper it looks like being able game of course uh especially games are told as you can see when we go outside the country we struggle but you expect that we can get another four points minimum out of those two games against Li in October and then in November we can of course do the business against repu as well so I think we have a very good chance looking at how many games left I think we we should take just about enough points to qualify for Morocco next year all right thank you very much you're welcome good afternoon good afternoon okay so what is your expectation and um your reaction about um the super draw against yeah first my reaction to that game was that um it was expected that the must get at least a point from that g because it's a difficult ground Rwanda as a country they would love to have a win or a draw against a team like the super Eagles because of the tourism aspect they look at on on their own side of development so on that game I felt the Eagles maybe could have won but a safe place for them is a draw and for Randa it's also good for them and then you would expect maybe would have gotten a go playing on a field like that difficult for a player like that and when a top players meet average players so to speak no disrespect to this there would always um there will be some level of um difficulty in getting the best out of the top starles like ad LMA so my expectations now for their next games against Li will'll be first Nigeria will be hosting on October 7 so Niger should win that game it's not he not given have work for it to get it this is Africa then leg in Tripoli uh that should be the second game will be playing at home after a very long time away from home so another potential draw but he can get a win because Rand went there they got a draw but he and go ahead and get a win then the last two match days five and six in no for something they can easily manage and qualify as group leaders of for the 2025 AF ofs in Morocco okay just before I let you go do you think the head coach um augus will still be in charge of the other two games well in October I feel the nff now they have less about a month to the next game we don't want to have a coach who will not have a contact with with the players because you know International window is quite short and how the coach now want to interact the want to say stay in that safe heav and say okay should continue but having aav I have my little reservation you know it starts well then you know before you know what things starts cripping in but you should also understand that being the technical director of the N since that 2021 de against Ghana it's gone around it's traveled around acquiring knowledge but now implementing or applying this knowledge to get the results and take the Eagles Beyond a struggling level is what I respect but if you don't get that maybe the N can then use that of October to get a new coach to move with the boys to interact with them to bond with them ahead of maybe our behind us maybe at the moment in a good position didn't we not we against Republic puts us in a very comfortable position in the group going TOA to draw one go um it's not bad um but I think we could have stri better to get the goal um our defense was solid was very trouble I think for just that one we made towards the end of the second half um we got a coup I still don't understand what happened to need to come out and explain that to us um it was all in all it was a good performance um something to you know build up on um has done a good job um in the last two games see as he was giv just a short time to know the players so I don't know good it's nice to stay Nigerian side you know playing for the guys look like they genuinely like each other playing for each other running for each other cing doing everything possible didn't play a single today I mean you know was on sh his guys didn't any no no animosity didn't play against Ben came on in ta of this game still wanted to get the results for for the team so all know was it's the first mat good well guys he ended in a goess draw the super EOS gave everything I think they did um however there should have been you know some tactical change from the coach and yes I I get that it brought Victor Sim on he brought M Simon on he also brought on but I feel Victor oim felt like he was the only one in front there was practically no one to support him in front yes they had the CH a lot of chances which I think disappointedly they didn't take hopefully probably in their next game they will take you know those chances they will improve on their goal scoring chances but then again I feel Rwanda played to to get a draw yes they attacked you know in in one or two cases scenarios but you could tell that there was no end product to what they were trying to do however the Super E tried everything to the very last minute deola lukma was you know as amazing as it's always been at least for the past I don't know one year one year plus well it's a draw and we are still top of the table and I want to believe it's so until um Ben and Libya plays but I think there's still a lot of work to do with that side um the coaches that's Austin UAV the assistant and still have a lot of work to do with that team but I think they've done an excellent job you know in the in the last two games they've not considered a go and they have three goals in their account it's a good one but a lot of work still has to be done a lot of chances that they didn't take oim missed about two chances lukman missed about two chances and Randa goalkeeper it was exceptional like he made a lot of saves and I think that's probably one of the reasons where we didn't have a go but yes that's the um afcon qualifiers for the so goes in you know in the month of September and I I'm sure probably when they will come back probably in another month from now in October for the next set set of afcan qualifier games just maybe the problem is we don't know if a guav is still going to be in charge but if so then why not you know why not I I I do think you should be left alone to handle that te probably even till the end of the qualifiers and done in um in in October November yeah October November hopefully they allow him do the job and do it well and the team has an Headway on what exactly they doing but that's the game for today between Rwanda and the super EOS of Nigeria it was an an exciting game you know it was half and half but I felt like the team could have done better well and that's it from me here and uh you know probably over the course of the week we would be rning to the Premier League because the Premier League starts this weekend and it's going to be match preview of course it's usual match preview and result over the course of the weekend anyways that's it for me here I would definitely be giving you a breakdown of some of um some clips of some of the games you know as to the chances missed
