More than 20%. Workers are demanding a share of some of those gains. We have been in three years of negotiations with very minimal from a corporation that is making billions on the backs of their front line workers. United's 28,000 flight attendants have been in mediation with the company for months. They want a double digit pay raise. We have some people living in cars. It's time to fix that. The median pay for flight attendants is just over $68,000 but a first year worker can expect as little as 23 to $32,000 depending on the airline. Some say they're struggling to feed their families and they say their jobs are only getting harder with more unruly passengers and years. Crew members from various airlines have been seen breaking up brawls or enduring physical violence themselves. United Airlines says we remain eager to reach an agreement to be clear.
