welcome to August 6 this is my first official training day I went hiking in the morning I tried to run it and then I twisted my foot and I got lost and then I walked home and then I walked to the gym and I did my official 1 and 1 half miles first time running intervals at this gym and I got a personal best of 14-minute Mile and then I did a stretching class which was okay little woo woo and uh then I did some of the hip uh exercise machines and put a star for my 1 and 1/2 mile run and that is my total final step count 18627 13.8 km
