Time is now 1157. Let's talk about the weather impact day, weather impact, alert, more heat. Yeah, more heat heading our way, more humidity and that's gonna mean more storms. We've kind of got this really, um, uh, unsettled if you will atmosphere and that's gonna continue to be the case as we go through the next few days. We certainly saw that earlier today. Uh, we were watching those storms coming out of, uh, Michigan and they really held together a lot of the models had these falling apart as they hit Lake Erie and that definitely was not the case. They still held on and packed quite a punch, some winds and some heavy downpours as they moved through. So that has all moved out. But, uh, here's the thing, none of our models really had this scenario as far as the, the timing intensity, uh, coverage of these. So we're basically starting off at square one with a lot of the models and with what's gonna happen for tomorrow. So bottom line is gonna be that we're gonna keep at least that chance for showers and storms in the forecast for tomorrow. Thursday, Friday along with a good deal of heat and humidity relief is finally gonna come as we get towards the weekend. So if you're already looking forward to Labor Day weekend, uh, it's a good stretch of weather to look forward to. We are gonna have some showers early on Saturday. Clearing later on Sunday is looking nice, fairly seasonal out there. Lower humidity will be the case by Labor Day looking fantastic sunshine, low seventies, comfortable, kind of the opposite of what we've had the last couple of days for tomorrow. We are going, can't keep that weather impact alert day because we're still gonna have hot humid conditions that you still wanna do what you can to stay cool tomorrow, we're still gonna see that heat index well into the nineties, even close to triple digits through the afternoon and we're still gonna have the chance that we could see some strong, too severe storms as we go through the day. Tomorrow. What's gonna happen for us? Tomorrow is really gonna be, depend, be dependent on what is going on to the west and how all of this plays out. We're kind of in a situation where all of these storms kind of play with each other and then kind of determine what gonna happen for us. So we're gonna watch this very closely. We've got severe thunderstorm watches out towards the areas of Indiana, Illinois. Notice these storms developing and kind of diving towards the south a little bit they're going towards where it's hot and humid and where all of that instability hasn't been taken up already. We are really gonna focus up towards Michigan. We got a couple of showers and storms developing one coming off of Lake Michigan and then another one closer to the Detroit metro area. We're gonna see if those can develop more together through the overnight hours and potentially get down to us at some point tomorrow. So we are going to keep that chance for showers and storms in the forecast as we go through the day tomorrow, temperatures well into the eighties tomorrow. So our temperature might not be as hot for tomorrow, but our humidity is going to be even hotter with that chance for showers and storms. Some of those could be on the strong to potentially severe side for tomorrow. Um Really, I think damaging winds, heavy rain going our two main players with anything that does develop through the day tomorrow. I mentioned the humidity, our due points are going to be climbing as we go through tonight and into tomorrow, we're gonna get those dew points back into the seventies. So it's gonna feel incredibly muggy and humid out there. Even though the air temperature might not be as hot for tomorrow. When you factor in the humidity, it's still gonna give us just those oppressive heat indexes through the afternoon hours. We can see that well into the nineties and even approaching triple digits for some areas. So it's still gonna be a very hot, very humid day and of course, we're gonna watch that chance for some showers and storms. Obviously, the gardens guardians definitely affected by the storms tonight. With that rain delay, we're gonna see at least a chance for a shower or storm that forecast for tomorrow. But your concern is gonna be that it's gonna be hot and humid, uh, for the final game against the Royals for tomorrow. As we get into that extended outlook brought to you by Union. No mortgage. We're gonna see heat and humidity continuing through Thursday, Friday with that chance for showers and storms each day, lingering showers out there on Saturday morning. Then we do see a lot of improvement as we go through the rest of that long weekend. Sunday looks fantastic. Monday even better for Labor Day. Lots of sunshine, low seventies there.
