so I was watching this video of course I didn't sit through all of it I got the gist of what it was saying not not in its entirety but generally that I don't agree but let me just say that there's this feminist lady who is a fervent feminist it seems to me who has an audience made of largely that as well who essentially apparently quote unquote infiltrated the manosphere as she would call it but is really just making an opinion hit piece that was like an hour and 40 minutes long that was incredibly uncharitable to what she calls the manosphere and what many would call the manosphere is and what what inspired it now the manosphere generally now the pillars of that particular Community I I don't I don't personally align with ideologically but I see what they're doing and I see the value of it and of course of course I'm talking about the fresh and fits the the whatever podcasts you know the Jordan Petersons as you know as you know Jordan Peterson really isn't part of the manosphere but in a sense he's he kind of grandfathered it but you know what it turned into this is the thing he he didn't control that he was just doing what he was doing he was just trying to impart wisdom upon an impressionable and and somewhat uh directionless youth of men who are just being completely demonized by everyone around them for just existing and not even doing anything really or just getting blamed for like the worst of the worst and saying that that's inherent to male uh nature which is like actually ridiculous you know everybody all men being called misogynists and rapists and you know all that kind of while women just get to run around rampant doing saying thinking feeling whatever the they want whatever heinous positions that they'll hold like kill all men and all that type of and then it's like whenever men have start creating activist groups for themselves which are entirely necessary you get ridiculous one and and a half hour hit pieces on it where all they do is you know instead of an actual expose of any kind which I've seen people make expose of it and they were men who were actually consuming some of the content saw what it was and they took what they could from it but they essentially never really aligned themselves with it either that or you saw them go off the deed like what sneo Happ what like what happened with sneo you know but most people didn't do that some did but most didn't and I'd say the thing about this particular person her their entire video can basically be summed up uh with this particular statement that she made cater to their deepest insecurities and make content off of them because he knows there's a market and exploit young men who are already vulnerable exploiting them into watching his boring videos by by the way she's talking about Jordan Peterson buying his gibberish books and following his every unhinged move like a cult but making videos downfall videos of manosphere personalities isn't enough I need a God you may be wondering why should I care about this topic I mean I sat through an hour of this lecture I found Parts funny and interesting but the only thing this video has done is make me sad I mean why should I care about men or the manosphere when they would never return the favor to me you hear that guys do you think that that's true men do you really think that that's true cuz I've never felt like that was true in fact from what I've seen all of the value of like fresh and fit and the whatever podcast was always exposing the the nastiness the lies the the hypocrisy the abuse and putting it on full frontal display which it is you know and dudes caught on really guys understand now they really do see it they really do and the thing is it's it's it was about getting information out there and there's a lot of women who have actually benefited from this stuff too and that was a lot that was the main purpose of just being able to expose the nonsense and then it's crazy to me that people are so up their own ass that this is what they come out of it with it's like the literal most unproductive solipsistic entirely politically motivated actually and insecure thing and I'd say that this is actually typical you you you're probably going to see a lot of this and it's it's it's essentially a push back from the effects of of what this manosphere thing which is actually all positive it it's the mtel the men going their own way movement which was what this was that was the original thing and the the manosphere was a completely uh educational thing that was trying to get guys to go their own way and now guys are leaving in droves and this is this is their response it's not to be introspective it's to put out one and a half hour hit pieces full of complete rhetorical that doesn't even take any sort of a look at what is actually being said it it takes a look at an eye it takes it's it takes a critical eye and stands it cynically over anything that's ever been said and done in the quote unquote manosphere so basically guys you're having an impact keep it up all right peace
