hey guys welcome back to another update on and tyho Yogi is now Category 3 this is going to be a quick short update um I did say I'll do another update when it gets to Category 3 or category 4 stairs and it's 115 mil I personally believe it's 120 mes hour to be fair because this storm is rocking really good on Sil imagery um I through the cone the cone has changed massively from 125 mph Peak to 130 M 35 mph Peak right there now they're expecting a major hurricane andf on highand island but they do want it weakening rapidly though when it gets over here so I think it probably be a tie through when it gets here when it Mak s for it's probably going to be you know a 60 not 70 mph trer storm uh you guys will still get some massive amounts of rainfall the rainfall over here would be absolutely astronomical 100 mm of rainfall which I believe is um 50 me 50 in so roughly it's going to be be in the region of about um an inch to about uh 78 probably to 15 Ines of rainfall if in this general area over here now um you can expect some more off plus the storm surge on top of it on top of it but if this keeps rapidly intensifying I could see that this be could make a calory 5 super Ty landfall and I am going to compare this storm to Ramson back in um back in 2012 or was it 2012 when did Ty I don't know um 10 10 years ago when typhoon Ramson um was in this same general area but it did weaken a bit before it made landfall this is what the storm is expected to do that so by the time it makes landfall it should be 110 knots upon the six but on the morning of the 6th of September which is I believe on a Friday it's May to be 155 knots now if it gets to 160 we can CL spe ify that 140 knots which I believe they will probably do that in the next update 140 knots that's equivalent if you round that up that's equivalent to 160 that's equivalent if you round that up is equivalent to 160 miles an hour so basically if this if this keeps this keeps them going the pace that that it's going it could easily get to cat five stairs that's only if this storm does not hinder itself it can hinder Itself by by going through an i replacement cycle now the sil imagery has changed [Music] significantly um since the last time I showed you anyway uh on Tri tidbits um yeah we already we did aot update last time so I mean this this is going to be like a 3 or 4 minute update so tyi though it's looking so good on Sal image right now this is the best looking storm we have had in the um e in the Western Pacific so far I mean that eye is just Immaculate that eye is just so good look how round that eye is and I'm being serious here this storm could even ex exceed expectations because if this becomes 170 m hour which I'm highly doubt it but if it does it would have exceeded it would have blown the expectations out the war but you can see the minus 80° CL the minus 85° Cloud Toops is wrapping around the center circle like this tightly in that core giving that giving it giv the um circulation while it needs you can see the outflow bands you can see the outflow bands literally just moving up like this you can see the inflow bands you can see the area of the spin and then it literally goes like this this used to spins like that so basically you have these outflow bands and then you all you see is just the spin the Cor effect and that's what you get the eye so this is just breathing this is in an environment where it really really can favor its intensity now um don't don't take the Z graa you guys could have a category 4 or Category 3 L4 in high and in China now I'm not trying to be a scam on go if this C zone go in the way that it is and gets to category 4 by tonight easily it could be a cat five by be easy a cat 5 by in the morning because don't forget when I did the update 3 hours ago this was this was about I would say 92 miles an hour it it basically it was equivalent to a caly 2 basically I called it a caly 2 now it's a Category 3 115 mph winds so it went from 192 mph to 115 mph in the space of 6 hours which is very impressive for the storm but you can really see the outflow the inflow band's just really giving this system what it needs to breathe like the moisture in the air is just so good there's no dry air whatsoever it's in like 33° wats I'll show you the Waters of where Yi is right now this is where Yi is right now I'll show you the Waters of where Yi is right now so it's about 30 the I is about me um so it's about about 99 about 20 about 19.1 de North so if I show you the see service temperature about 91° North for the West Pack by the way we are in in atan by the way I'll talk to you more about that in next in the next update and we do have an Atlantic n I'll talk to you about that after the Yi um cuz that could really hinder some activity in the Atlantic but um as as I was saying as as I was going to show you this is of temperatures in the L in the um West Pack where Y is right now is absolutely piping hot piping hot right now where Yi is right here that is just that is just third that's a p Prime fuel for yi Prime fuel 31° C it gets warmer as well as it heads towards Vietnam so it could actually intensify a little bit more when it get near Vietnam so this area this year has been hasn't had much storms but if you see a storm at this time of year over here it's very conducive we The Late Late part of the season for sure we're definitely going to get these very long we're definitely going to get these very long tracking typhoons like this and like that or you could get the ones that do this there's very long tracking like that that's what we're going to get this year to we need those storms to really rack up the ace Yi's already one of them Yi Yi's track um after the before the Philippines and after the Philippines this is what Yi track is expected to be that's what Yi's truck is expected to be now it did hit the Philippines but it did go for the North like that then went South and then that was moving like that but that's what Yi track is now if you have a look at ail's track this is what ail's track was that was ills this was Shan Shan's this was typhoon Shan Shan's this was typhoon gam games this is tyon gami she went like this and then do the loop of the loop and then head towards T um China and then this is what you have of this storm now so that's like that's four powerful typhoons we've had no super typhoons it's a very suspect for this time of the year because usually you'll get one or two t super typhoons about now uh somewhere in the Basin I mean you can see where the cold waters are were from Shan Shan I mean Shan Shan did really up well up here but most of the water most of the warm water has rebuilt back in um because you saw with Shan Shan you had a um you had some cooler Waters um from up below impacting here but you can see another storm that forms near near Japan could actually last I mean these short systems that form up here could actually become a typhoon up in these 27° wats because I I tell you now I mean the 26 those 26° waters are like nearly 40° North like here if you take it here so it's about 35° North that that's that's um pretty rare to get one more 35° North it's pretty rare but the the Caribbean no not the Caribbean the um Korean Peninsula has got some 28 degree Waters so if there is a strong typhoon that does this this year for sure it could it could survive when it gets in the Sea of Japan If It Moves th If It Moves Like This basically moves if it basically moves like this it basic if the storm moves like oh my God if the storm moves like this okay and gets in that 27° Waters north of Japan it could survive longer not obviously not Overland of course but if it's like this move TI one and then like that it has all this warm water up here apart from the Philippines of course uh graes the coast of Japan it has all that war water until it gets up to about here once it gets up about here it start dying off but I mean this is why ampil was still a typhoon of of here this is why Shan Shan was still a tropical depression when he got here because Shan Shan exited off the coast here and it was still a triple depression now yes it's 25 de warri it's not conducive but there was don't forget at the time there was like nor there was like um Northerly wind shear coming out which affected shanan cuz shanan was here he had Northerly wind here which really affected shanan which where the area of shanan was right now was there but this whole general area where Yogi is I mean that is just Prime fuel that is just Prime fuel for category 5 so this is just a quick short update for you guys um hour was high as 13 minutes but anyway don't forget to um like comment subcribe and please prepare for yagi prepare for this stor I got I C five no matter what tensity it is please prepare for this system because this system is very very dangerous I mean these kind of systems will kill people especially over in these poor parts of the world like in Vietnam some some some parts of Vietnam are poor some parts of China are poor so Japan okay Japan is a wealthy country so is so is China but you still got some parts of Japan and some parts of China some parts of South Korea poor um poor counties so yeah prepare for the system stay safe there'll be an up day out tomorrow um on this system if it's a cat 5 buy it tomorrow morning I will do an update tomorrow so please stay safe from this system and please listen to your local authorities wherever you are in the um wherever you are in the path of Shan Shan anywhere over here please stay safe from shanan if you live anywhere over there um listen to your local authorities because Shan Shan is going to be a very dangerous storm indeed so see you in the next update tomorrow and they say from sh Shan Shan I mean from yagi say sayfe from yagi in that general area so and peace
