I Griddy all the time in practice. Isn’t it just so like- Oh it’s so fun. It’s just like, uh I’d like to see you hit it. I might hit it for the kids or something. Ay I’d like to see you hit it one time. I’d like to see you hit it one time. What is the preparation that
goes in towards y’all pre-game fit? You know, what y’all want to show out,
what y’all want to showcase? It's not every game for me where I'm really trying to put something on. But if it's a primetime game, then I'm gonna try to look nice. I mean, I wear like,
WWE shirts to every single game. Like whatever it is, I'm just trying to channel
an energy for that specific game. Or cartoon character. Ed, Edd n Eddy. Like just trying to have
some fun out there. Like, whatever it is, I'm
just channeling that energy. It's funny how it evolved,
in Green Bay, I was kind of like you. Like home games especially, I’m not, I'm not worried about it.
It might be Nike Tech, Jordan, like something, you know, quick going
in the game, especially when it was cold I really wasn't concerned with it. But then you go to Vegas
and it's like, it's a whole different vibe. It's like, if you don't show up right,
like it's almost like a competition, As soon as you, taking your stuff off,
you look up and somebody walk through “What you got on bro?” So I ain't gonna lie, I try to put it on.
Something smooth like, I try to put something fly on
you know what I’m saying. You and Max be texting
each other, like what to wear? Oh, you seen that? No. No, I haven't seen it.
I was just wondering. No, me and Max,
that's funny you say that, and I think you know what
you're doing but, Me and Max actually showed up to two
separate games wearing the exact same set. It was on social media before I even- Like from top and bottom? Same jacket, same pants. And it was, like, loud too. Like,
I don't even do super loud. Like it’s usually chill. Went out your comfort zone
and you had somebody match you. And he matched me the same day, bruh. He had all them other
days to wear the outfit. I couldn't believe it. So now I do. Anytime I'm wearing
something exotic, I’ll be like “What are you wearing tomorrow, bro?” Receivers we’re here, we’re highlighted you know, there’s a whole show about us. But who in the history of the NFL
is a receiver you looked at like this guy needs more appreciation, like who's underrated in the NFL
right now, or you know, all time? I mean, I feel like the first name that would come to me, and probably come to
a lot of receivers’ mind is Keenan Allen. He just never get that recognition. You know, he's never in that
top five conversation. Even though he's putting people
on highlight tapes all the time. I got a lot of love for this dude
because we came in together. Mike Evans, that's a dude that, he doing stuff just so quietly that nobody ever did before. I don't understand how you can come in the league,
play ten years, 10,000 yard seasons Facts. and just sneakily
just keep climbing the charts like he got to be like a year
or two away from being, you know, cracking that top ten all time. This man literally has the
same amount of touchdowns and they try to talk about me
as a touchdown machine and like, what's the difference? That's just consistency of a
long career in the same place too, which is hard to do so. He's had a lot of quarterbacks too. A lot of QBs. I saw that stat. He's had like three win seasons,
you know Super Bowl. Like he's done it all. And he's just still a thousand yards,
a thousand yards, a thousand yards. Facts. Eight touchdowns, twelve touchdowns, eight touchdowns. It's impressive. You might as well book that right now. Just write it in already. Right, it’s impressive. He's good for it. Santana Moss. Like, just like his releases, and like every time the NFL posts
something about his route running and he runs like a
post corner post in the end zone? I was like, oh, that looks exciting. Like what a route. But he was always just a guy,
he’s always so excited, and like Keenan Allen too. He was on my fantasy
football team for six years. Like I drafted him every year in like
the second or third round. He’s my guy, so yeah no he's always phenomenal too,
and he's going to continue to be phenomenal. I love watching Steve Smith. You know, he didn't have all the height,
he wasn't the fastest dude, but you watch his tape. I just love the dog in him. Yeah. His mentality, everything about it. So I feel like for me, that's a receiver
that's a little bit underrated. You remind me a lot of him. Yeah, I was just about to say that. You kind of remind me of him. I've always said that, though. I told a couple of my teammates my last
year in Green Bay, I mentioned something, I was like, he just, he got like a little- It was something about
the way you played that, to be young, that's something once you
you get a lot of confidence, you've been in the league a little bit. It just didn't make sense
that you was so gritty like that. But was like a real baller
too on top of that. Appreciate it. That's how like, usually is one or the other. Like you got the dirty work dude,
or you got the dude to go in and he make all the touchdowns or whatever but, but to see somebody like be able to combo
both of those as early in the league as you, that's why I was like, he gonna be real. That’s baby Steve right there. Yeah appreciate it. You know, no one
can really guard us but, if there's anyone that's
really giving us a hard time, who would you guys say is a DB
that might give you, you know, a little bit of issues during the game? If I had to pick somebody, I hate this question because it always- I hate it. It always make people
feel like whoever you say, especially the first person, they be like so that's who you think- no, none of them. Facts. But if I had to say somebody,
I would probably say right now, Pat (Surtain II). Pat for sure. Pat go crazy, like he got the measurables, you know, he got pretty good, you know,
feet too, to be, you know That tall. Yeah, to be 6’2”. Like, you would think
that somebody like that couldn't get in and out
of breaks the way he can. So that's who I probably
give it to right now. I'm a huge fan of, I mean on my team,
Charvarius Ward. Mooney. I think he's awesome,
he’s got like a, because I think you know
DBs have like the ego, but like he's like so calm, cool,
and collected all the time. But then when he gets on the football
field like the switch flips and I just appreciate guys like that. He's one of my favorite because
like I played him when he was with the Chiefs. Now that we got him. I've just- and he's my locker buddy, so yeah he's one of my guys. Yeah I’ve always been a fan of P. Surtain but I didn't get a chance to
play him this past season. I'm going same as Tae, Pat. I mean, we came out together. I remember playing him in high school. He's lined up in front of me, I'm like, this dude’s a linebacker. I'm like, this dude's like 6’2”, 205. I'm like, yo, I don't know
if I'm ready for the next level. This dude is huge. And then come to find out,
you know, he goes, balls out at ‘Bama, goes to the league. To me he's the, we played him last year. Patient, got the feet, not holding. Like some DBs I feel like
hold and get away with it. He's not grabbing nothing.
He's playing real ball. He's my favorite. Who do we think got the best moves,
the best Griddy on the field? The best Griddy? I'm gonna take myself out of that. Just out the way. I don't think I hit it in a- I don't even feel right doing it now. I would like to see you hit it. Might do it for the kids. Ay I would like to see you hit it one time. Just for the one time dawg. If we play y'all and I do something,
I might do it and point at you. I Griddy all the time in practice. Any time our offense, like,
I don't even need the ball Isn’t it just so like- It’s so fun. It’s just like uh- There’s nothing like it in practice,
like when Brock Purdy rolls out he hits like Deebo or Aiyuk
for a touchdown I just go Griddy right
in front of Fred Warner. I love it. They get so mad at me. It's like it's a trigger for the defense. Oh they get so mad. Like they hate it so much. It's like dude I'm just
having a good time man. I know they wish they
could hit it. I know they do. It is entertaining though
I will give them that. What former NFL player did y'all guys,
you know, kind of model y'all game after? You know, as y’all was watching
the game and wanting to become, you know, this specific player. I’ll start I'm the youngest so, I watched Tae, big fan of Tae,
my brother was in Green Bay. So I watched a lot of his tape. But I'm gonna be honest,
there’s like five of them, I can go down the list. Davante, one of the big ones. Keenan Allen, Stefon Diggs,
Julio Jones, AB, and Odell. Facts. Me growing up, it was all
six of those those dudes. You’re a tight end so it’s
probably a little different. Little bit different. You're probably older guys. You love calling me old for some reason. He said it once, right? He said it twice, and then like we had
to do something else yesterday he said it again, like three or four times. Just like reinforce that. Yeah, yeah. I’m gonna excuse that. That's fine. Take it as, you know, I’m seasoned. Yeah. Seasoned. Like when I really got into it, some
of the guys that I started watching. Santana Moss, like some of them
dudes that really had routes. And then dudes like Calvin, Dez.
Dez was another dude because, I just love that dog that he had going
up, snatching the ball away from people. The swag that he played with. Always loved the X and all that. Right. But it's funny, Keenan is, I mean, Keenan
was like my idol when I was in college. Like watching receivers like
just a little bit ahead of me age-wise. And then now it done reverted back
to me watching dudes younger than me now. Right. Funny how that work. I was, receiver-wise. I grew up a like a Bears and Colts fan,
so like, Reggie Wayne and Marvin Harrison were like my two favorite guys. And and then you pair them
with Dallas Clark like that, that was my team.
Like you could watch them, they just put up 45 points, Peyton would throw for
500 yards and four touchdowns. And like it was just like seven-on-seven
every single day for them and so I thoroughly enjoyed them. And tight ends wise, like Dallas Clark.
He went to Iowa, I went to Iowa. So I watched every game
he ever played in college. And then another one of my
favorite tight ends, Jeremy Shockey. Because he just like played
the game with a lot of fun. And he just kind of looked
like a psychopath out there. And I really appreciated that. He was just a crazy dude
out there hitting people. I really love that. Who are yours? I would say pretty much the same as you. We grew up kind of
watching those older guys. Damn. Older guys. So every single time I would see
D. Adams do a release or something, I would go outside and
practice that same release. If you guys weren't playing football, what do you guys think you
guys be doing right now? I'm really a hooper at heart. But if it wasn't that it would probably be, I'll probably be into music somehow. Like I love music. It’s killing me right now not hearing
something playing in the background. Like I love music to the point where
like 90% of the day I'm listening to it. So I feel like somehow
I will be connected to that. What you gonna be in the Stu? You gonna be on the instruments? I be performing. What? Especially Gunna’s Bittersweet tour. Yeah! I'm looking at that,
that whole thing, it look so lit man. I went to it in Detroit. It was cool. You went? Yeah, it was dope. It was before he dropped
the album, like a week before. He didn't have the album, he had it
coming out with the whole thing. You probably seen the video. That’s fire. Yeah that's crazy. I mean, I hoop too, but if anything, I'm a video gamer so, you know they got kids making millions
of dollars playing video games now. Tens of millions. Everything. Call of Duty? Everything. Call of Duty, Fortnight, 2K, Madden. I'm gonna have to see something. You guys ever gone
curling before on the ice? Like Olympic curling. The big stones and the brooms. Oh. And you sweep. You be doing that? Oh, I'm in a curling league in Nashville. Really? Swear? Yeah, that's what I do in the offseason. Hockenson’s is in it too. No way TJ is in it. Tonyan, And then, Trent Taylor, my
wide receiver for the 49ers. Wow. If I start seeing y'all on the Olympics. Yeah you’re going to. Give me like ten years, you'll
see me in the Olympics curling. That’s my goal. I can't wait for that. Watch Receiver, streaming now on Netflix.
