nice day but it's just windy extremely windy which seems to happen a lot in mbour yeah anyone that's from Melbourne or knows knows weather no has Mark Jackson get on here yeah MJ where are you no um is it is it always this windy or we just kind of got it on a bad bad year yeah true I wean it's still coming out of winter I guess yeah I think it's just confusing cuz it's sunny kind messing with my crossing the road it's Goldilocks is right okay um I think a lot of the younger generation are going to the gym now though it's definitely much bigger thing with social media and all that oh yeah absolutely like I think it's weird if you don't work out do some form of kind of exercise as opposed to when I kind of started cuz I'm 26 when I started I was about 17 so I was actually quite I I always think I was quite a late bloomer Late Bloomer to saying to be fair I don't think I properly like I was going since I was about like 16 or something but I don't think I properly started until I was like 19 that's it I think I always feel like 18 19 cuz I always used to see like these YouTube videos and it was like say like Joey Delany yeah who I Joey D Joey D why absolutely love yeah um he did like a it's like an a real an old video so we did it like quite a while back now and it was like a 10e transformation and I was like he's been going to the gym for 10 years and he like basically showed pictures from when he started as opposed to where he was at at that point this is obviously like 5 years ago now maybe yeah but I was like 10 years that's that's madane that's a long time since we go to the gym but I get it because like the first few years you kind of just you're figuring it out aren't you you just Wing It Out aren't you you're doing you find out how everything works and you be that cardio bunny for a while yeah you do like two situps and you think where's my sixpack you know what I mean yeah literally I think that's the biggest lesson I've learned with the gym is consistency cons yeah consistency consistency Simplicity and your diet that you have to go not every day but you know you just have to show up and even if it's a the worst workout of your life and it's 20 minutes yeah you still w't and cuz I've done that I've had workouts where oh God's say like I've really not been feeling it for whatever reason and I go in and I do two two chest move movements and then I go for this yeah you know and I go home but I think it's understanding that that even though it doesn't feel like it is better than just staying in bed or yeah sitting on the sofa or whatever is even though you've had a bit of a session you've got out you've seen some daylight you've got out and fresh air and even though you come back like oh such session you still glad you're still actually glad you went yeah it's so strange cuz you're still glad you went that's the best kind of like bit of advice that I've always that I got given and I always kind of pass it on is that you you no one ever regrets a gym like no it's true you might have a bad one but like you don't you still don't regret it you always come out feeling better oh I don't know if you can feel feel like the camera is not doing it justice but that is it's not oh my God that is windy got a mesh football top on as well yeah just going go straight through Y is not lay up at all it's quite nice actually it's got a ni Breeze can we talk about Oasis um I don't really know what what there is to talk about just how exp the day the day the year we leave the UK Oasis suddenly decides to have a reunion I was laughing about it well we were laughing about it the other day when we were like I can't remember what time was it it was like 6:13 p.m. or something i' come back from work and went to the gym and then we were like everyone in the in the United Kingdom doing the same thing is literally doing the exact same thing right now people probably booked off work to try and get these tickets yeah got multiple multiple multiple tabs open multiple devices and like everyone we thought to apart from a few haven't got any tickets it's just mental like the line I can't remember what it was my mom text me and the line it was it like 127,000 something like no wonder no one's getting any tickets obviously website is crashing but that's was bounc happen anyway there was a time to hack Ticket Master yeah I think and then sell them for six grand yeah let us know down below did you get any anyone did anyone actually get any yeah is it just going to be Oasis at heat and park fin no funs that be funny Oasis and bl blossoms are heating bar just playing to each other well it's been rumored it's been speculated cuz it it's been speculated that it's going to be different I don't know if it's quite obvious I think it is you for yeah forgive me everybody please forgive me rooster roer oh no cuz it's so I don't know on what there's going to be different sporting acts in each City obviously yeah sometimes where isn't sometimes they go goes the whole way no but I think cuz they're doing so many dates and cuz it's a oist they'll want to yeah switch it up yeah and they well you got to think as well their kind of music appeals to more than one generation yeah that's true so our parents will listen to them but then we'll listen to them yeah that's true so they kind of have to cater to all audience you know which is good because I think you get older people finding out about new bands yeah and younger people finding out about older that's very true that is very true yeah they can appreciate each other yeah like can I also say there's a Domino's literally one door down from the gym isn't there yeah so next to our next to our gym someone thought this is the perfect place for a dominoes and you know if every time every time yeah you know every time get may maybe today we'll just half a pizza but when you've done you know an hour in the gym 20 minutes on stair Master thinking and for those people that do St I know how oh tough it is how tough it is you I I feel like I'm just done doing all that work that's not that's not the case but no you're definitely not and everything modation but feel like 20 minutes I just don't get why they've done it it's mean it is Mo it is so yeah that's in the back of a bilish one if anyone yeah that is the start of a bilish which is quite crazy maybe not this one this in particular one know there you go that noise what song do it I don't but yeah we're at the gym now so we're going to wrap it up and yeah we'll try and record in there yeah yeah see you there guys okay yeah so today was a back and bicep day um I didn't manage to get to film too much to be honest um but I'm just filming up the last of the back kind of movements here so we did a LP pull down to be honest I kind of stay away from stay away from l pool down just because I don't really feel it too much I've never really felt that kind of connection and I always kind of kind of get better contractions through other exercises but I always like to throw it on at the end just because I do think it is a good one so yeah we did four sets of 12 on this one and this was my top set and as you can see towards the end of this kind of set the the facial expressions start to come out a little bit and kind of really you see there I'm just really going to to failure and really kind of trying to get that last few that we then finish on the stair Masters we did 10 minutes today anyway thank you for watching guys
