hey everyone it's College movement day so yesterday we drove 10 Fun hours down to Alabama and so we move in I'm going to Sanford today is an exciting day and I'm gonna Vlog the whole process I'll show y'all the mass amount of furniture and clothes in our cars because there's no spare room um so it's gonna be a little interesting but my moving time's at 9 30 and my roommate moves in the next day so everything will be done because she's part of it until then but we'll get a big chunk of it done too okay my spot's right there all loaded about to put my car in the parking garage and then we'll load up the house here's the current search let me move some boxes down oh we rocket launched the Philadelphia [Music] yeah I think we got a tour turning it I think normally I want it to work so bad oh that looks so bad okay because when you walk in it's completely the other options is like you have your shave racks out here okay let's put it in the closet for an hour later okay hey everyone welcome to my crib so we've hit a bit of a like we don't know what to do now so my dad's running errands coming and Holt he was the guy helping us unload we went to high school together so he was nice and came and helped us unload all that Adventure so we have a debacle because the measurements are not the same this sticks out from the closet like and it looks really stupid when you walk in and we're also supposed to fit a kitchen holding thing there but it also doesn't fit which is really fun and dandy um so basically what we're we don't know what to do we're at the point where it's everything's up here and we've got the big furniture out but it's like where do we even start you know um but the view from my room is really really pretty um so yeah kind of thrown literally everything everywhere um here's my closet I did take up the closets at the moment with that later but the bathroom is actually so bad so I got a sweet so this is the size of it for four girls the rest of the haul other than like the this and my neighbors and those two are coming in also like he might be using that um so yeah uh we just gotta we're gonna start with bedding so that we feel like we did something with some stuff your thoughts on how movement's going so far it's going we got everything in so that's good we just gotta figure out where it's all going it is currently 11 23 if you want to update so we've been here almost two hours the sweat and stuff's done and it's really nice outside which is nice it's like 70 which is amazing because where we live it's been like 110 all summer and we've gotten that so now it's time for all the tedious stuff okay I like the rug the rod looks good and the white makes it brighter I feel like yeah we have lots of unexpected issues such as like there's this column that Jets out so I don't know where we're getting the headboard oh it's the middle at night I actually go to the bathroom okay it's lit like I think I'm gonna slide to my Doom Mom this is terrifying that is not gonna work at three in the morning maybe I should have gotten railings on the bed I think that would have saved my life foreign [Music] hanging some closely the bag of fall clothes to possibly go back home junk up here we got our dinner spot lunch it's lunch time and we're working on the closet it is currently 2 42 and then my dad built this which brought like the fridge the microwave trash can and then this you can like set there'll be a shelf to set food and storage and then I did most of my closet so far so we ended up this was supposed to fit on this wall with that when the measurements were different so we ended up putting in here which hopefully should still work well so I have like all my shorts like on my workout tops and then skirts we need a few more hangers for skirts um because I have like five more skirts in that bag and then hanging stuff there that we need to get like shelf paper to put in because they're kind of gross in here and they're kind of very drinky but I'll put smaller like socks all that in there it's coming along so far they're still an insane amount of bags left but once all the furniture's up we'll be able to do a lot more with it also absolutely like see here looks nice and then you just see this this is the same bed at the moment um and it's just still a lot to go but we've made definitely made some progress but all right so it is now 5 20. oh my parents are gone what I've been doing is I mean they didn't leave it on go I've been organizing my desk and just watching YouTube because obviously I'm not I'm like on everything all day but I feel like every time we get somewhere and like figure something out like we figure out where we're hanging like pictures and stuff like a new mess arises like I don't know like I brought blankets because I want more than just this like massive thick 401 right don't know where those were going I've literally not left this room since 9 30 this morning right now do I feel like I'm in my college dorm no I'm just like setting stuff up like I literally even interacted with someone on my Edge other than whole this morning it's 8pm parents have to head out where are you we're heading to dinner and we're not even close to them okay um it is now 10 40 at night um I'll show you what I finished so mainly just got Dustin this is my friends I need to get to her um here's this and then I added pictures up here and then along with pictures there this is going to move I don't know where to put it for now fun fact I had this bookshelf and I had those books in it so I stuck the books in the Shelf the Shelf fell sections done-ish and yeah that's that for now I'm gonna go shower and get ready for bed and then we'll hang all the wall art and get the fridge microwave all that tomorrow um but yeah I'm like don't feel like dealing with a shower because there's even like the sink there's like no counter to get ready so it's gonna be interesting interesting experience while I figure out a routine it's a lot of work I'm dead exhausted um but if you have the opportunity to not move in at the same time with your roommate do that because if same like if me and my roommate were trying to set this up at the same time like we were not both fitting so my thoughts on that is weird being it is weird being in here [Music] foreign [Music] moved in um she they're running errands to get stuff to get the headboards to work so basically we like got styrofoam and we're gonna Like Glue them together glue it to this and stick it to the wall so that it won't fall through so that's a plan um but I just had lunch with Christina if you see my Florida Vlogs she was in them because she goes to school 10 minutes from me just gotta see her for a little bit excited to drop something off to her and yeah we have a meeting with our RA in like an hour or so so I don't know when Sam's gonna be back but I'm gonna continue to clean up stuff in here but it's still kind of chaotic oh but I did just say bye to my parents but I'll see them in two weeks so I won't let myself get sad about it yet because I'll see them soon so that's the current update but yeah I'm on my own now crazy it is much later than last time I vlogged it is Saturday now last time it was Friday this is my roommate Sam hey guys hey guys hey YouTube um so we have a neon party tonight and these tank tops this size small and it's ginormous but it's connections and we've met so many people we're tired I'm so tired I almost fell over multiple like I literally stood up to throw a trash away and was like hold up it's been a long long couple days yeah but we had like a social last night um and then we went you didn't do this but we went we had some more fun well we had like we had like groups were like put with for connections weekend and we're obviously in different groups but like we with your group you drive up to the president's house which is like literally like that house on that hill right there look and tour the house she's just he just like ate popsicles they're like bougie popsicles and chatted and you took him on an airport and I cried but that's okay college so yeah we're about to have a hall meeting in literally three minutes but I'm pretty sure she doesn't get paid for the time um but yeah so today after the possible presence I'm out with a girl in my connections group for a while and then played spike ball with a couple guys and her on the quad and then we had dinner at 5 15. so I'm gonna be really hungry later um but yeah we literally just been meeting a bunch of new people and then we just wandered around like toward a bunch of different girl stories but everyone's like crashing and falling asleep and there's still a full day of this tomorrow and I can't believe that please don't say that yeah and I believe like the full dance party for two hours and then I'll try to get like on my phone but we're gonna jump and there's like a fountain in the middle campus that's a traditional like jump in so we're gonna jump jump in there yeah that's A Sitch I don't know if I showed the final room um yeah so there's my uh yeah I hung all that there's this section there's it with all the fridge and stuff um I got chocolate popsicle on that shirt and then here's Sam's side fun fun and we have this mirror here that I'm too short that's the way it's literally my forehead what are your friends who knows pre-party thoughts three-party thoughts is praying that God carries me through this yes I think we're all about to take a nap like it's so bad I hope I sleep good tonight because part of the issue is you're meeting so many people you're going constantly you're outside's hot and then you're in a new bed and it's adjusting to trying to select it's hard it's a little difficult and like we both have like 10 hour drives down here and stuff so that but yeah we have one more day before classes start I'll see y'all later adios ity [Music] okay
