A typical day for me would start off in the boat. Anywhere between sort of 15-20km on the water. Then we'd head in to the NSW Institute of Sport and do our weight session. My name's Erik Horrie I'm a five time world champ para rower and an athlete at NSW Institute of Sport. You work hard with all the coaches and we do a steady state of power and endurance exercises. So we'll do one day of push, one day of pull. I've worked with Erik for a number of years now and his diet has evolved over the time that we've worked together. So Erik's introduced a range of Musashi products to support his training both during training times and afterwards to support his performance and his recovery. Nutrition's actually one of the major sides of being an athlete. Without a good nutrition you're not going to have the energy. You're gonna end up feeling flat halfway through a session.
