for his mighty acts if you would take a moment and look back over your life you would be able to see the hand of God's Mighty acts at work in your life you would look back and you'd see protection provision you would look back and you see healings and miracles you would look back and see accidents the Lord protected you from you would look back and you would see where people gave you negative bad reports but the Lord turned those things around for you I think it's good for ever now and then just to kind of take a look back over our life and look how the Lord far the Lord's brought us from I think we could all say he's brought us a long long ways he's brought me a mighty long ways and there's a song when it look back over my life God's been good to me he's opened many doors that I couldn't see when we look back over our life we see we see God's intervention we see God's help see Mercy in Grace forgiveness uh repentance of forgive us of our sins we look back and we we see that that the the the whole the whole progression that God's had us on is it's just been miraculous it it I don't think it's a stretch to say we're every single one of us are Miracles this morning miracles of Grace miracles of Mercy miracles of God's love miracles of God's power miracles of God's provision we're all miracles this morning I I know I know you know Miracles are kind of relative and you know some will say yeah but but the the Red Sea was a miracle yeah and opening of the blind eyes the water wine all that's all true that those are Miracles but I can tell you when the hand of God steps in and makes something out of nothing in our lives that's a miracle and a lot of bunch lot a bunch of us had a lot of nothing going in our lives as a matter of fact we had a whole lot of negative stuff going wrong direction wrong decisions bad choices foolish mistakes we've made but when we look back and we see a God that says that's okay I love you anyways I got a plan for you I got Mercy for you I got Grace for you I got help for you just look to me and I'll show you my help this morning we can look back and we we can see God's Mighty power overriding bad decisions bad mistakes with God's power of provision and healing and grace and mercy and love and kindness and all of that you think about Romans 8 who can separate us from the love of God nothing can separate us from not even bad decisions not things we've done not things we've thought or we've said nothing can separate us from the love of God this morning that'll make us all want to shout this morning the devil will try to get you to think all the kind of stuff you did can separate you but there is nothing that can separate you from God's love this morning it's not a license to go and be to to to mess up but it is telling us how awesome God's love is for us look back at the mighty acts of God look back at at at God's healing miracles of of of of of health and and blessings and cancer being healed and all through this congregation people who've had their backs against the wall and and trouble was was in their life and may have been family may have been Financial may have been emotional may have been Health in their bodies but their backs were against the wall they may have been about to make a very bad decision but I praise God this morning he stepped in right at the nick of time come he's a faithful God he's an ontime God he's a mighty God that's there whenever you're there needing help he's a God that has your help available somebody Praise Him in the house here right now with me praise him for his mighty acts salvation is a great incredible a mighty act forgiveness of sins is a mighty Act of of healing in our bodies those are Mighty acts these are incredible things that I think the church kind of gets all kind of so you know H another it's not just another deal Every Act of God is a great thing every time God moves is a big deal every time you get a healing a miracle a breakthrough an answer of Prayer that's a big deal that's a mighty act to God for which we should be thankful for and grateful for and appreciative come on he didn't have to die but he died he didn't have to care but he cared he's a God that provides these things for us they they are Mighty acts they're precious special awesome acts of God that take place and I look through this congregation many of y'all many of y'all wouldn't be here the the report was was bad doctors reports many congregation people here in this congregation people who who would have had had not been for the Lord's help they would not have been here this morning a car accident a bad Health situation a family situation a financial situation a trouble in life it would have taken many many and it has taken many out but by God's grace we're still here this morning and we're going to give the Lord thanks and praise for that with a Hallelujah and a hand clap and an amen and to God be the glory and he's an awesome God he's a good powerful loving God this morning and look at some of our military people here this morning brother Bob went through Vietnam it's a miracle that he survived Vietnam brother will fought in Afghanistan fought overseas Marine for 22 years it's a miracle these still other people here in our Ser our service today are military people it's God's blessing God God's goodness it's God's hand of favor and God's I tell you you got feel he's a mighty keeping God this morning he is a mighty strong keeping God this morning your God can keep you your God can watch over you your God can provide for you your God can help you through somebody shout amen it's not just religion it's not just a church thing this is actual real lifestyle real life every day in the car at work at home real life stuff he's a god of Mighty act don't sell your God short come on don't sell him short he's a mighty God if he can part A Red Sea he can still part A Red Sea if he can raise the dead he can still raise the dead if he can heal cancer he can still heal cancer if he can open blind eyes he still opens blind eyes save people deliver people help people that's just that's what he does that's his business hey y'all too I'm preaching y'all look up here is't that what he's famous for you just sung it sister it's what he's famous for let God do what he's famous for make a way where there's no way right open doors nobody can open do things doctors can't say can be done come on defy defy the wisdom of man defy the logic and let God do his a he's a good God that's full of awesome Mighty powerful God stuff God can do God stuff God can do big things God can do incredible awesome Mighty things he's not not a god that is specializes we I I know he does small things and I know and we appreciate all that but he is not a God that can just handle small things he's the god that can handle any big deal you got any big family trouble any big physical trouble any big emotional trouble any big Soul trouble your God is a God that specializes in big tough situations so for that we praise him for his mighty acts that be a good time for y'all to praise the Lord right there we praise him for his mighty acts we praise him for his mighty act I don't mean a church praise I mean a holy ghost praise we praise him for his mighty acts healing Deliverance miracles signs and wonders Holy Ghost praise him for his mighty acts I'll tell you one thing and I certainly believe this our praise for his past acts I believe is a is a precedent for our are the next future acts for us in other words if we're not thankful for what we've got why would he want to give us anything else if we're not blessed for the blessings to thank God for the why would he want to bless us with anything else but I I believe the Lord specializes in blessing people who are grateful and thankful and who appreciate it who appreciate love and grace and mercy and him stepping in man tries to step in but they they always come up short somehow because there are things in life we'll face that only God can fix there will be things in life that we will not have answers for but he's a god of Mighty acts and out of nowhere the answer comes sister Debbie's dad for years he's had the Holy Ghost but had no recognition at all of Jesus name baptism we we had one just a few minute session with and Debbie began to let the Holy Ghost bless her and use her and and the Lord used me we witnessed to him about Jesus name baptism an 80y old man on his dying bed who who saw the light and he said I want that baptism we baptized him in a pool in his Hospital bedroom in the name of Jesus it was a miracle it was he's a it was the act of a mighty God this morning an act of a mighty God God's doing Mighty acts y'all listen I got to say this don't sell your God short he's a powerful God 84 year old later I'mma tell lady I'm G tell you the the rest of the story sister Debbie there's a 84 year old lady in the same facility that heard about her dad getting baptized in Jesus name and she loves she's had a holy ghost since she was a young girl but she doesn't understand the full truth well she heard about the baptism she began to get hungry for more of the Lord she end up asking for more prayer she wants us to come pray for and she is talking about being baptized in Jesus name 84 years old at the same hospital she needs somebody I'm telling you God is a god a mighty X this morning and she's just waiting for us to go to that hospital and help her here's the word y'all I'm going to try to get my next verse I'm already over five minutes but y'all know I can't preach five minutes I can't even read my text hardly in five minutes the these are these are acts that only God can do these are things only God can do don't don't sell your God short well he he can do anything I believe you believe that brother you know know that he's the God of all all possibilities with our our extremities are God's opportunities our weaknesses just give God a chance to work and move where we come up short the Lord says I just been waiting for you to realize that now I can step in now I can I'll show you come on Abraham you can have a b you're a hundred but now now I can help you to have that baby I believe God's a miracle working God that can show himself strong you just got to make way get out of the way and yield to the mighty power of God and the works of God in your life don't sell him short I there's not a person in here this morning I promise you not a person that has a situation too hard for the Lord not a person nobody's too far gone no husband no wife is too far gone no family is too messed up too dysfunctional no no family's too lost nobody's too devil possessed I got some holy ghost on me right now Cody there is nobody to devil possessed for our god he's a god of Mighty acts we we all want to go home with us in our in our spirit he's a god of Mighty acts he's a god of abundance a god of surplus power he has more power more ability more might than any of us can come comprehend amen and then I'll close with this next little verse he says Praise Him according to his excellent greatness this hit me sister Franklin the other day and I got I was I guess I was in prayer my office just stay meditating on the Lord and it hit me praise him not according to my feeling but praise Him according to his excellent greatness amen praise him not according to what I'm going through right now praise him not according to how things are not working in my life right now praise him not according to who said something last week or what some they said on the Internet or what happened in the world don't praise them according to that you praise Him according to his excellent greatness somebody says well I got to feel it I got I need to feel where'd you get that you don't have to feel God before you praise him you don't got to feel good before you praise him you don't got to even feel saved before you praise him there's a lot of times I don't feel saved but I got to offer up praise anyways God you're good all the time you're a god of love and compassion a god of Miracles a god of goodness hey I I owe you praise go I owe you my praise God I owe you my worship God I owe you my love I owe you my Hallelujah my hand clap I owe all that to you God I know how y'all think I thought the same way I grew up in this all my life emotion feeling Etc and I like all that but there are times we should praise him when we don't feel one out of the Holy Ghost somebody says I'll be in the flesh I don't know any any other way to start you got to start somewhere might as well start on your Pew might as well start in the car coming to Church well that'll preach right there might as well start with your bad attitude might as well start when you messed up might as well start when nothing's going right but I'll bless the Lord at all times his praise shall continually be come on give everything give thanks everything that breath praise ye the lord it's it's not based upon performing or feeling is not based upon a even a church service or how good I'm preaching or how good they say it's based upon the goodness the mercy the love the grace the worthiness of God this morning do you believe that give the Lord the biggest praise this whole morning right now it's not us it's not us somebody body Praise Him according to his excellent greatness not according to my feelings not according to I didn't get the promotion not according to what somebody said or you know somebody didn't show up for church it's not based on that our praise is based upon his excellent greatness on the worst day he deserves Our Praise on our best days he deserves Our Praise when we feel the Lord when we don't feel the Lord when things are good or not so good anybody can praise him when things are good you know for the most part although a lot of people don't but it really takes somebody to praise Him Accord to his acttion greatness when you're not feeling very much and you're not seeing very much and there there's not much good going in your life that matter of fact there's a bunch of negative stuff going but as for me in my house we'll serve the Lord I'll look up to the hills my help comes from the Lord and let everything that have breath I'll bless him at all times I Will Bless The Lord at all [Music] times all times all times and I've heard preachers say well you can praise your way out of anything I don't know I don't know that they script scripture for that there's principles for that probably a precedent for that but I don't know you can praise your way out of anything but I'll tell you what you can do you can Praise Your Way in the pl in that place amen you can praise while you're in there and you can praise and thank and love and worship and adore him for his worthiness his valuableness and his awesomeness you can praise him when you're in the middle Paul and Silas probably one of the worst days of their lives they they praised him at midnight it's amazing how many folks can praise him when the sun shine but when midnight comes the praise is some somewhere gone out FLW out the window you know why that is because it's flesh and it's mind stuff so we give over to all that but I believe there's a church in Huntsville we're going to praise him for his MCS today we're going to praise him for his goodness we're going to praise him for salvation and love and mercy and grace and the blood and a cross come on we're going to praise him for the Holy Ghost and repentance and forgiveness of sins and he makes a way we're going to praise him because he's worthy of Our Praise he's worthy he's worthy of our praise will come here come here will we don't praise the Lord because of our situations we praise him because he's worthy of Praise we praise him because he's deserving a praise amen we may have dropped the ball a thousand times and I have I know it but I still praise him because he's a god of love and kindness and forgiveness and mercy I don't praise Him based upon my healing I Praise Him based upon his love his power his greatness his mercy and he is an awesome [Music] God if this makes any sense to you this morning get up on your feet and give the Lord a mighty shout of Praise in this house today come on I kept it simple I kept it simple I just kept it simple Praise Him according to his excellent excellent great his way making his love his Mercy his grace his providing praise the [Music] Lord lift your hands in his presence and we'll try to close God we lift our holy hands thanking you Lord knowing Lord knowing full well we wouldn't be able to do this today we wouldn't be here we wouldn't have been able to drive the car or get up this morning or have clothes to wear or a home to live in or a family that loves us thank you Lord thank you God thank you Lord for your worthiness your awesomeness your incredibleness your goodness thank you God today oh hallelujah hallelujah Hallelujah two months ago two months ago I can tell you this for a fact two months ago many of us would have never dreamed of us baptizing her dad in that horse trough in that hospital with the head of the facility and nurses singing how good God is helping us baptize him in the name of Jesus Christ never dreamed of it the the group pe's from hates for the most part many of them hate Apostolic Jesus name people it's a miracle a miracle you don't understand that it's a miracle for God to open his understanding his eyes to see what many many people many people curse us for and mo Mock and ridicule us for God opened his heart now there's an 84 year old lady Church of God lady full of the Holy Ghost that wants to be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ in the same facility I'm telling you he's a god of Mighty acts we're going to praise Him according to his excellent greatness not how we feel not how they sing not how I preach We Praise Him according to is excellent greatness excellent greatness forgiven us of sins excellent greatness Lov Us in spite of all the stuff all the stupid stuff all the ignorant cockeyed stuff loves us extends mercy and grace and the Blood Stained hand of Jesus we we just just look up and the Marvel of his of it all is that he would look our way he will look to us but so we owe him something y'all I'm going to tell you something right now we owe him more than just a little Pentecostal hand clap we owe him a holy ghost heart felt Mighty Praise of honor and Glory this morning he the sun sets free is free indeed we can lift up holy hands this morning without wrath and doubting we can lift up holy hands this morning grateful and thankful there are no chain holding us back we're not slaves to sin the devil don't own us we're bought by the blood of Jesus he's a god of Mighty acts We Praise Him according to his excellent excellent excellent great excellent greatness somebody praise him come on somebody Praise Him excellent excellent greatness God your mightiness your awesomeness God oh God your blessedness Lord oh your worthiness Lord your faithfulness Lord your forgiveness Lord Your Love Lord we praise you Lord Accord We Praise You Lord according to your excellent greatness you Lord you you're the Savior you're the lover of our souls you're the king of glory Lord You're the Holy One Lord You're the worthy lamb Lord You're the way maker Lord You're the provider come on open your mouth and give God praise as we finish up today open your mouth and give God praise put those hands together lift them up give God praise let everything that have breath praise ye the Lord everything everything Lord I can't stop praising you I can't stop worshiping you lord I can't stop lord it's not a good thing to
