(Upbeat Music) Welcome back to the Shot Clock.
Monday night football was back last night and I'm telling you, it felt good to see my 49ers get
the victory last night. Now, let's just keep it one-hundred. They had eight consecutive scoring
drives, two touchdowns, six field goals. Now, when I hear that, it's like, yeah, I know
they won, we should be excited, especially when you have guys like Jordan Mason that had an
amazing performance, amazing performance. However, two touchdowns, six field goals. I don't like those numbers. When I hear eight
potential scoring drives, I hear 56 points. That's what I hear, not 32, 56, right? When
you look at some of these field goals, yeah, they were a 50 yarder, a 42 yarder, a 30
something yarder, and a 20 something yarder, I think it was, and it's, so they're all
between those little different areas, but in my opinion, I'm looking at it, these
are unfinished drives. I see we got three, but against the elite, three is not gonna be
enough. When you're going against Patrick Mahomes, if we gotta go up against DeMar Jackson, when
we go up against those teams that are there, three is not gonna be enough. They're
gonna be laughing at us having eight scoring drives and only three points
per drive, one hundred. So there's still some things that we need to improve on.
Defensively, we're doing a good job, great job, amazing. I don't see too many things that we need
to improve on in terms of defensively. However, I don't wanna hear like, oh, well
we didn't have Christian McCaffrey, that's not enough. You saw how Mason was balling,
so we had more than enough to get in that end zone more than twice, and that's the shot clock. Tell
me what you think about the 49ers performance as we are now finished officially with week one,
heading into week two, the NFL feels different. Smells like football. Hey, if
you haven't yet, please like, follow, and or subscribe, and until the next one, keep it 100!
