quicken in and his wife Sophie have announced the gender of their third baby um they've got two boys already two lovely boys already they're expecting a third boy uh and Sophie's face looked just a wee bit disappointed um you can see there this is the the gender reveal and it's a blue cake and yeah she was obviously disappointed which people picked up on uh and she later posted a statement about gender disappointment saying um I've got two amazing boys already and I've always dreamed of having a daughter as this will be my last baby I was a little bit sad about not having all of my dreams come true um gender disappointment um is it okay to be gender disappointed Frankie um I just think oh I think everyone taking it a little bit seriously haven't they I mean like she is kind of laughing in that video um but I just kind of I kind of rate her for being honest about it like I was very happy to have two boys I always thought I would have boys and actually when I was pregnant with my second everyone was like oh are you hoping it's a girl and I was like no um so I genuinely wasn't bothered but I think some people are and I think that's okay we have a a dream of what our life might be like some people want one of each and I kind of I know through friends and stuff that there are people that feel like that and they feel like they can't say it and I think the fact that she has she will get backlash for it we're talking about it on the show so I do think it's quite Brave um did I feel the same way no but I do still now think I don't want any more kids but sometimes I do want wonder what it would have been like had I have had a girl have this long longing for it but I do think oh I wonder what that would have been like I suppose you know the only thing and I always saw myself as a mom of two girls and I ended up having two girls and that was just the way that it was and it would have been lovely to have a boy too I suppose the only thing I slightly catch about what is it to have a girl I mean she also said I wish I have a girl because I wanted to dress her up in pretty things share clothes and go shopping I mean if my mom had wanted that and she got me she' have been sorely disappointed because I didn't like any of that stuff you know so I suppose that's where I think well what is a girl you might I don't think that a girl just because you have a a boy that you can't take him shopping or you can't dress him up or you can't make him look look nice cuz I've had I had a boy and a girl and I'm very grateful for both of them and I used to take them out shopping and I'd take them out buying clothes and they'd always look amazing and I I think that it's just a blessing to have children anyway and you know you should just be you you you should kind of be grateful with what you've got considering there's so many people who can't conceive or who have problems conceiving and you know if she's going to blame anyone blame her husband did you find out the gender before they were born because that's the gender reveals a big thing these no why why are people spending thousands of pounds on a cake to tell you a color that you don't even want to see that's just a waste of that's just a waste of money just a waste of money did you find out Penny um with with with our first child alist we didn't find out because I just wanted a healthy baby that you know and the second time around 5 years difference I had to go through IVF I had two failed IVF attempts and then um Aiden was the result of the third and it was we found out because Alistair really hoped he was going to have a brother so it was quite cute you know there at the doctors being told you know it was a baby boy so he he was estatic um and and I was just grateful to be able to have another baby so that was kind my piece but I don't I really don't get the gender reveal thing myself no I mean I I didn't want to know um but Ian really did want to know um and so I kind of said okay we we'll find out but I I would have been delighted just to to wait and see you know what came out I was to Patient were you yeah I wanted to know and I I I really like rate people that can wait to find out like a lot most of my friends wait actually and I'm always like please please can we find out and it is exciting when they have it obviously but I just I don't know with my sister I was desperate to know so you're all boys on your family all boys yeah football team yeah I know I quite like it yeah yeah yeah um right still to
