Trump/Harris debate, social media age limit, more cameras, and the latest success stories. 12 Sep 24

good evening everyone Mike Palmer from know your rights group and success coaching International with another very important live video update tonight so first and foremost I'm stuck between a bit of a rock and a hard place this evening I've spoken to a number of people over the past uh 24 hours uh and many of them have asked me to share my thoughts on yesterday's presidential debate I've also received a number of emails and social media POS for people asking my thoughts as well now here's the issue though giving your thoughts on politics is fraught with danger because somebody's always going to disagree giving your thoughts on a political debate is even worse there's no way to win in a situation like that but look because so many people have asked I will give a very brief overview uh of my thoughts but please do be warned many of you probably won't like what I've got to say now before I begin on that point though let me make the following qualification crystal clear and you must keep this in mind the purpose of a presidential debate is to help swing undecided voters it is not there for you to preach to the converted and to those who are already supporting you this is a fundamental key that I think Donald Trump missed now please also keep in mind that I've never shied away from my bias towards Donald Trump uh over Camila Harris or you know indeed Joe Biden for that matter but equally I've also made it crystal clear on these videos before that I do not believe that Trump is our savior or anything like that the only ones that are ultimately going to save us are ourselves now he can be used as a role model or an inspiration and all of that's great but we are the ones that ultimately have to take action uh I I do think Trump is a patriot uh I think he's one of the very few that does truly love his country uh you know he give up his high paying job to get into politics rather than the other way around which is of course what most politicians do but he's certainly not the be all in end all so I'd ask you all to keep that in mind as we go through my following thoughts so first up to begin with in essence I think that Harris did the better job on the night she basically did everything right that she could do she prepared herself uh she clearly took uh speaking and probably even acting lesson uh she goed Trump and sucked him into responding to her points you know she took him off track from the points that he should have been making and look in all honesty given the very limited track record you know that her Administration has the very limited meaningful plans that she did you know that she had she did the very best with what she had available to her now Trump on the other hand in my opinion did pretty much the opposite Trump actually had the better arguments but he got sucked into defending himself against the claims made by Harris you know Trump raised this outlandish story of the you know hian people eating cats and please before anyone jumps down my throat yes I have seen the stories yes I have seen the videos yes I've even seen the arrest of the lady who was actually eating a cat she was over 200 kilometers away from the city that Trump said she was in and she was not actually an immigrant which was the whole point that he was trying to make now here's the most important point about that particular topic though before we get all off track this was a presidential debate okay whether that particular story was true or not is irrelevant in my mind you just don't bring up wild stories like that at a presidential debate in front of the whole world when you should be focused on sway undecided voters because again that's what the purpose of the debate was the reality is Trump actually had an excellent track record in the past with all the things that he's done and he should have focused on that more but instead he left his most important his most powerful argument until the last two minutes of a 90minut debate he said she's been in power for three and a half years why hasn't she done all the things that she's been talking about that was the point he should have been making making all along Trump on the other hand of course did exactly what he promised last time he was elected okay and that's what he should have stuck to yes I'm aware of the argument that the ABC interviewers were clearly one-sided you know they fact Che fact checked Trump you know seven or eight times they didn't do the same to you know to Harris even once but here's the thing he's a 78y old billionaire he should have known better okay he should have prepared better he and his team or he and his staff should have known the type of questions that a group like the ABC were going to ask he and his team should have known Harris's strategies and in my opinion he should have simply calmed down put his ego to the side for just an hour and a half and focused on the purpose of the debate and done a much better a job than he did she focused on the people he essentially focused on himself now at the end of the day here's the thing do I think that it's going to make any real world difference to the overall result of the election no not really it wasn't a blood bath like the whole Trump Biden one was and although Harris you know in my opinion did do a better job on the night I think also people could really see that her you know upbeat smiling facade was really quite Hollow and there wasn't really very much behind it except all the hopes and dreams that she kept referring to so for what it's worth they're my thoughts on uh yesterday's debate I'm sure some of you will disagree uh and again that's fine I'm more than happy to Simply agree to disagree we can all be mature enough and uh you know get on with our lives so getting into the articles for tonight's video the first thing that I want to cover is the latest attempt by the government to try and take over this role of parenting again now we saw this obviously you know extensively uh with the government trying to dictate the parents what you know was and wasn't in their you know best interest for them to put in their children's bodies during Co okay and now they're trying to do the same thing with social media access so uh this is the article in case anybody has missed it uh you can see the title there uh enough is enough albanesi government commits to National social media age limit Australian kids will be blocked from social media until a certain age under a national plan to Target growing concerns around its impacts on young minds the albanesi government will tomorrow commit to introducing legislation on a social media age limit following similar announcements from Victoria and South Australia prime minister Al Anthony albanesi said the government was listening to parents' concerns and determined to take the right approach why hey if the parents are that concerned Why don't they simply control what their kids are and aren't accessing on their phones there are parental controls and apps and things available for phones parents need to put their foot down and say to the kids if they're that young when they go to bed no phones in bed no going on social media they can trace and track what their kids are looking at and they need to be taking action not handballing it off to the government to do we know that technology moves fast no government is going to be able to protect every child from every threat but we have to do all we can really why doesn't that apply to Vehicle Safety technolog Leaps and Bounds ahead of where we were 50 years ago we've got abs we've got you know Lane assist we've got emergency breaking we've got all kinds of safety AIDS you know airbags and all the rest of it yet we're still driving with the same speed limits as we had you know with the you know old big you know metal yank tanks with drum brakes and the rest of it in fact their speed limits have been artificially reduced since then so oh they're concerned about the rapid you know advancement of Technology when it comes to social media but oh they don't care about that when it comes to Vehicle Safety double standards okay parents are worried sick about this we know they're working without a map no generation has faced this challenge before no but they faced all sorts of other challenges you know when kids were you know went off on their bikes and disappeared for you know four five 6 hours with no mobile phones and no little GPS trackers and you know most of us got got back home safe and sound and we're still alive and kicking today okay if there's been all sorts of challenges and when the parents had given the opportunity to take responsibility for their kids on the whole that's what works that we've seen more and more government control over the last few years and things are more and more out of control youth crime is out of control the police are out of control the government's out of control let's start putting it back in the hands of the parents no age limit has yet been has yet been set but the government believes age Assurance Technology its trialing could be used to set between to set one between 13 and 16 most big social media companies don't let children under 13 sign up but the restrictions are trivial to get around you know like the internet porn filter that some teenager cracked in about an hour when the government rolled that out okay if kids are determined to get around these things they will find ways don't worry okay the government doesn't have all the answers as I've said a million times before you know any code that is made by man or woman we're not sexist can be broken by man or woman okay anyone can get around them you know with a little bit of effort the safety and mental physical the the safety and mental and physical health of our young people is Paramount albanesi said really where was that thinking process during Co mate okay when all the kids were forced to stay at home and learn from their parents that really had no idea of how to teach when the kids weren't allowed to go out and socialize with their friends they could only go out and do half an hour of exercise a day they couldn't go past you know 5 km from their home to catch up with friends and family they weren't able to see their dying grandparents okay they weren't out of to go to a school classroom and socialize with their school friends where was the government's concern about children's you know safety and mental and health well-being then oh no again double standards Galore parents want their kids off their phones and on the footy fields and so do I then the parents can do it the parents can grab the phones and take them off the kids and put them in the car and take him to the footy field don't need the government to step in and interfere the evidence shows Early Access to addictive social media is causing our kids harm he said this is no different to cigarettes or alcohol when a product or service hurts children governments must act really then how about you start Banning kids from eating crap like mackers and KFC and drinking energy drinks and all that sort of stuff which is clearly damaging and harmful for kids when's the government going to bring in legislation to deal with that oh that's right they get all these taxes and kickbacks from those companies they wouldn't want to upset them this gets me so frustrated because these these authors just print this rubbish okay without actually stopping and looking at the other side it's unclear how the government would enforce the age limits but experts have suggested self-reporting of course that's shter work what could possibly go wrong parental consent which they could do without any government interference anyway and estimating users Age based on their appearance or behavior are all possible really really based on their appearance okay I know 13 year olds that look like they're 16 and I know other 13 year olds that look like they're 10 so how is that going to work you I know you know some girls that are very mature for their age and others that are very immature for their age I mean it's it's just ridiculous what they're proposing unfortunately many of these approaches raise significant privacy concerns for users you think not least because a third party such as the social media company would be handling their ID documents and other personal data uh rmit University professor of information Sciences Lisa IMG wrote in the conversation earlier this year yeah great let's just hand over more data to these companies what could possibly go wrong while government issued digital IDs may offer secure alternatives for age verification many people may not hold passports driver's license or other types of hard documentation required for these services so there it is that's what they're pushing for government ID as young as possible that is what this is all about nothing to do with children's health and mental well-being and getting them off social media it's all about how can we get them signed up for some sort of government ID or some sort of digital ID as early as possible this is what it's about always think a few steps ahead okay and make sure okay that you take a stand as a parent okay this is is your responsibility you know my question to everybody through this video and out in the you know the big wide world out there is when a parent going to start genuinely taking responsibility telling the government to back off okay when they overstep the mark because here's the thing if you don't express your will to your elected representatives in Parliament they're just going to keep exercising theirs and they're going to keep working towards their ultimate agendas which of course are things like the digital ID and the cashless Society now speaking of that have a listen to this and keep in mind this next article is actually a senior citizen industry article industry article for senior citizens about the push for seniors to uh to sign up for face ID as payments yes you read that correctly that's the title and that's the publication that it comes from okay face value new technology changes checkout game but can face privacy hurdles down under senior discount Club in an age where convenience is King and technology is the Court Jester the way we pay for our groceries clothes and even our morning coffee is changing at break neck Pace gone are the days of counting coins and notes no they're not they're still there if people just choose to use them uh digital payments have now taken the throne in Australia however what if I told you that the future of transactions might not involve wallets cards or even phones that's right the next big thing in the world of payments could be paying with nothing but your face a concept that's already smiling at 760 million users worldwide facial recognition payment technology fpt is the new kid on the Block and it's making waves in countries like China Russia and some African countries W there's something to strive for isn't it all those elderly citizens they want to live in countries like China and Russia and African nations that's yeah that's what how they want to retire come off it this technology allows you to pay for items with a simple scan of your face no fumbling for your credit card or smartphone required before we all start paying with a smile though there are significant concerns to address yeah think particularly around security privacy and data collection with the everpresent threat of scams and data breaches Australians are understandably wary about the idea of their facial data being used for transactions however the technology raises significant concerns about who would ultimately store your facial data would it be your bank your local supermarket or a third party Professor Mortimer emphasized that this crucial question must be addressed for the technology to succeed well let's hope they don't address the the question and let's hope the technology does not succeed in the slightest an investigation earlier this year found that using physical cash can Aid in better Financial management as it helps keep track of your spending and introduces a pain point when handing over money something we've been saying for years quut Queens on University technology research uh revealed that some Australians are concerned they might overspend if they could make purchases simply by using facial recognition I mean how many of the elderly who you know who let's be honest I mean I'm not being rude but they do you know struggle sometimes with new technologies they might go and just you know look at something and they think they're just looking at it and not realize oh it's actually just Tak a face scan and you've agreed to make a payment I mean come on okay if I just look at the screen I pay for my goods so I'm losing track of what I've actually spent Professor Mortimer said emerging technology expert Patrick mutabazi outlined the following benefits of implementing such a payment method are you ready for it can you guess what they are number one of course convenience it removes the need to carry credit or debit cards remember passwords or have your smartphone or SmartWatch with you constantly speed instead of fumbling for payment method you simply pose for the camera and complete the transactions quickly how about you stand in line and you open your wallet or your purse and you do a rough calculation of what it's going to cost and you get the money ready before you step up to the counter I don't know just a thought hygiene oh that Old Chestnut with no physical contact required fpt helps avoid exposure to bacteria often found in cash what happened you know from 10 years ago prior for the hundreds and hundreds of years that cash was used no one seemed to be having problems with bacteria from cash prior to co really and now all of a sudden it's the big issue that they keep talking about potential security supporters argue it could add an extra layer of security as hackers would need a Flawless replica of your face to access access your payment information I mean they couldn't possibly do that with you know things like Facebook and social media and AI I mean they couldn't get a snapshot of your face could they of course not F be silly as the adoption of innovative payment Technologies like facial recognition expands globally it's crucial for consumers to stay informed about the potential privacy implications while the convenience of paying with a smile or a wave is tempting there are significant concerns about how personal data particularly facial information is handled this leads to important questions about privacy and consent especially considering the Le legal aspects of facial data collection and its commercial use so I am uh forever forever hopeful um that uh our more senior um experienced worldly wiser uh citizens out there would not fall for anything so stupid and of course hopefully as well encourage their younger counterparts not to fall for this Insanity either uh so once again this is of course a perfect time the place to post all of those post these videos share those uh things around and let's make people aware of the larger cashless agenda the digital ID agenda and why we all need to push back against it all right so speaking of cash and money it seems like the uh Revenue raisers are back at it again despite the road toll rising in Most states as I covered on a recent video they insist on just simply rolling out new cameras to rake in more money now first off uh in New South of Wales they're now turning on their average speed cameras for all motorists Not Just Trucks now I was actually surprised to read that it was the only state that actually only had them for trucks CU all the other states had them for all vehicles so if you're in New South Wales or traveling to New South Wales make sure you're aware of this article uh average speed cameras set to be turned on for cars as well as trucks in New South Wales freeway trials New South Wales will soon start testing average speed cameras for all types of vehicles in the state in a bid to curb the mounting Road death toll every other Australian State including the ACT uses average speed enforcement for light Vehicles as it stands New South Wales only uses the system for heavy vehicles but that's all about the change for drivers in the state the trial will be conducted for for vehicles on two highways in Regional New South Wales to see if it successfully reduces speeding and prevents fatalities because all the other cameras have done such a superb job one location will be the Pacific Highway between q and Lake inis in Port mcquary uh with 15 km between the two cameras the second location will be the Hume Highway between kulak and Gandy and there will be 16 km between those cameras there were there were a combined total of six deaths and 33 serious injuries between 28 and 2022 on those roads uh John Graham Minister for Road said the use of average speed cameras and New South Wales was now a priority as Road death tolls have now surpassed the previous year so they keep rolling out more cameras the road toll keeps going up but they think it's a good idea to roll out more cameras what's that definition of insanity again that's right doing the same thing again and again expecting a different result New South Wales is the only jurisdiction in the world to use average speak to use average spe cameras but restrict their use to heavy Vehicles only in the context of a rising road toll so they're admitting it now is the time to tr these cameras for light vehicles and understand if we can keep more people safe on the road more of the time and if they can't will they stop of course not because they're going to make a lot of money before any trial Begins the New South Wales government will conduct a comprehensive awareness campaign to inform the public about average speed cameras and a 60-day warning letter period will give motorists time to adjust to their use in these limited locations the average speed camera trial follows other road safety initiatives introduced by the New South Wales Premier Chris mins and the labor government such as seat belt enforcement using cameras so again new cameras new finds road toll keeps going up brilliant legislation will be needed before a trial phase is enforced or a decision is made to use them permanently and how will that legislation be enacted lawfully or not the road death toll in New South Wales for 2024 stands at 226 which is two more than the same time in 2023 two more so they admit to using more cameras and issuing more fines for things like the seat belt offenses yet they also admit that the road to's higher I mean they're not even bothering to try and show any correlation now between the cameras and the road to because they know that none exists and they simply don't care because of how much money they r break in now here in Victoria in the clear and obvious interest of road safety they rolling out some brand new cameras and get this the first one's been Tred placed right at the edge of a no stopping Zone slap bang in the middle of a bike lane so this is it's not really an article as such but uh it's it's a post that I'm going to read out and while I do I'm going to hold this up so that you can see and hopefully it comes out on the camera that this um particular camera is parked right next to a no stopping sign and right smack bang in the middle of a bike lane so it says new mobile Victorian money printing machine spotted today at Dorset Road cruden vitronic a German Industrial Automation and traffic technology company has released its enforcement trailer which is a leadar based bulletproof Wi-Fi connected and autonomous speed camera laser leadar technology allows the trailer to simultaneously measure all vehicles across multiple lanes while it's while its wireless data connection can constantly update variable speed limits specific to certain times along with different types of vehicles although it looks like it just gets left defenseless on the side of the road the vitronic trailer has its own means of protecting itself it's almost like a robot isn't it when in position the trailer retracts its chassis and wheels to prevent any wouldbe Thief or angry motorist from attempting to Hitch it to their vehicle and tow it away if that doesn't oh pardon me if that doesn't stop them an inbuilt alarm system alerts authorities if the trailer has been tampered with thirdly its bulletproof shell protects it from armed attackers the vectronic enforcement trailer packs high performance batteries allowing it to serve a full working week on one charge should extended service be required the batteries can simply be replaced on site wow isn't that nice so I mean no more cops out on the roads no civilian man uh mobile speed cameras instead they've got militarized bulletproof cameras being rolled out while the road toll continues to rise and people keep insisting on paying these Insidious fines issued by these kinds of machines I mean seriously what is wrong with people please do your research understand the law so that you know how to stand up against this war on motorists because let's not beat around the bush that's what it is now it is a war on motorists okay keep in mind that in any criminal matter you always have the right to face your accuser so are they seriously going to tow one of these into the courtroom and put it on the stand to give evidence against you so that you you can cross-examine it of course not okay there are no checks and balances here there's no human involvement just a machine just snapping pictures for a solid week with no human input and just sending out these automated fines to see who is stupid enough to pay them or too lazy to challenge them okay as always please keep in mind okay that Aussie speeding finds book has been written so that a teenager can read it and understand it and follow the steps and indeed many teenagers have they've used it for challenging you know failing to wear bicycle helmets they've used it to challenge um you know public transport finds okay it is a very very simple to follow okay book so if had been used to overturn actual convictions okay so the information absolutely does work if you keep standing your ground and you follow the process okay now speaking of uh success stories uh I do have a couple of new ones that I want to share with everybody tonight uh and the first is actually a story from New South Wales where a lawyer had a Co conviction quashed in court so uh this is the uh article here uh and it says Northern New South Wales lawyer Carl Edwards has conviction for failing to leave licensed premises during Co quashed in court a prominent Northern New South Wales defense lawyer turfed out of a tweet Head Sports Bar during the co co pandemic insisted he did nothing wrong and a court has granted his appeal KL Morris Edward 65 represented in self when he appeared before judge Jonathan Priestley at the Lismore district court on Tuesday he fought a conviction for Le for failing to leave a licensed premise premises during the uh Corona virus restrictions Mr Edwards was on the was at the First on Warf tabin at Twin Town's Club near the Queensland New South uh Wales border with his wife and Friends sharing drinks on October 9th 2021 the court heard the solicitor said he believed Mr Taylor had it in for him due to a previous incident where he did not have the correct master mask exemption uh and he was convinced the staff member would act as he did previously when he realized I did have the correct letter from my doctor he said I swore at him Mr Edwards told the court somebody did does use bad words but certainly not me the court the court heard Mr Taylor could not recall when Mr Edwards Used the explicit language but he said the lawyer generally exclaimed you know what a lot uh judge Priestley said Mr Edwards left the bar in a sedate way which was not consistent with someone who'd been swearing and abusive the judge said Mr Taylor did not seem dishonest but his evidence had inconsistencies Mr edwards's appeal was granted and the conviction set aside so uh you know a great result uh there and uh you know good on him for standing up for himself especially against the you know the mask Insanity uh and for having that uh that conviction overturned uh now congratulations also go out to uh Monica Smith uh who this week got a court to rule that two out of her three arrests which were all on the same day mind you were in fact unlawful uh so that's the uh that's the final article there um and it says breaking Monica Smith wins court rules two unlawful covid arrests uh Victoria Police ordered to pay thousands after losing in court against Freedom activist over pandemic arrests at the height of covid Hysteria Freedom activist Monica Smith has emerged victorious in her Court battle against Victoria Police with two out of her three arrest during the state's covid-19 lockdowns deemed unlawful the county court of Victoria ruled in Smith's favor ordering the police to pay $4,000 in Damages uh Smith founder of reignite democracy Australia was arrested three times in one day during the lockdowns for allegedly breaching Public Health orders the trial scrutinized the conduct of Victoria Police during these controversial arrests i1 Smith set outside the courtroom two out of three arrests were found to be unlawful the judge was extremely fair and I fear Justice was served so yet again another success story now here's the thing we kept telling people at the time during Co that all those arrests were unlawful we told them that the mandates and the lockdowns were unlawful we told them the fines that were being handed out during Co were unlawful and just have a look at how many cases we've covered especially over the last you know year to 18 months especially where the courts have made those exact same rulings and fines of course have been either dropped or withdrawn so as I've said a few times before if we will right about all of those things what else do you think we might have actually been is it being manufactured so woolly's $1.7 billion profit combank 9.6 billion profit inflation and interest are scams are we getting it yet okay people need to be aware of this now we spoke about this uh rubbish about you know cash and hygiene and someone sent us this uh photo saying that oh yes we're now cashless because hygiene is our Focus okay when was the last time you heard anybody catching anything of polymer notes okay it's ridiculous ah yes now this is uh another good one that uh I'm I'm sure a lot of people can uh relate to and and hopefully connect the dots as it does down the bottom and make sure you get this message okay if all your income is consumed for food and shelter then your work is no longer a way of economic advancement but an activity of self-preservation in the real world that is simply called slavery and it was outlined outlawed sorry a long time ago and we need to start standing up against this because it is still unlawful today and yet they're doing it all subversively through you know perpetuated inflation through all these banking you know tap Ando fees and all the rest of it and we don't even realize the majority of people anyway how enslaved we actually are and then this is the final one I'm going to leave you with okay because this is an important message that everybody needs to get okay so so so important if you don't understand these basic principles you're not going to get it and you realize the government is not your friend the law is not here to protect you money is not here to give you life the church is not here to save you the school system is not here to give you knowledge and the pharmacy is not here to cure you until you get that you will never ever be free so please make sure you understand those simple Concepts so
