every single day in the United States 295 people lose their life due to an overdose and today which is overdose Awareness Day serves as a way to advocate for change this evening in soue Falls at The Greenway Ampitheater a candlelight visual was held to honor those who have died those in attendance heard from those who've lost family members to serve as a reminder of the impacts of subsidence use and abuse today's statistics show that we lose 22 adolescence the ages of 14 to 18 every week to fentanyl related overdoses that means that we are shutting off the lights in one classroom every week of a school that will never be turned back on again the Ark of Dreams was also lit purple in solidarity with the global event
