all right here we go week one season opener this is going to be huge we're going to be streaming this on Thursday night it's going to be a hell of a time you guys know how we do ravens Chiefs week one they're going to be at Arrowhead Stadium 8:00 this is going to be magic right we love these kind of games because you've got the Superstar quarterbacks you've got Derek Henry now you've got Travis Kelce Taylor Swift's probably going to be on the field Rashi rice you know there's there's a lot that's going on or that will be going on in this game and it it's going to be a hell of a game it really is in fact it's going to be one of those games where I'm assuming that the spread will be close and if I'm not mistaken maybe they've already got it up we'll see here uh yep look at that see I didn't even know it right we've been doing this for so long that your boy Jay just knows I didn't even look at it I I knew it was going to be close I knew it the over under is 47 uh the spread is two and a half right that's basically a field goal uh Ravens are obviously the underdog at plus 120 Chiefs are the favorites at minus 140 so yeah this is one of those kind of games that can go back you know back and forth and uh we're all sitting there on the edge of our seats like you know wow so I'm excited for it I do think it's going to be a hell of a game um I will say this though and I know casy fans are going to be mad at me for it but I got the right to say this because I feel like the Ravens are going to come out on fire in this first game and I'm going to say the Ravens may take this the Ravens may take take this specifically because there is going to be a lot going on on this Ravens offense that I think this Kansas City Chief's defense is going to have some problems with and I say that not Loosely but I say that because if you go back and you look at what the Detroit Lions did last year in week one Casey ran into that wall and it was a close game right it was a close game you guys see this one the spread is two and a half it's two and a half last year it was a very close game and obviously the Lions squeaked it out but I think the Ravens could the same thing here against Super Bowl champions so I'm going to go and I'm going to ride with them Ravens on week one uh week two they go against the Raiders I'll give them that one uh week three against Dallas right we know that Dallas is very very interesting when it comes to the defense they can find a way to not only stop the run uh but they can become very problematic if they're playing at 100% they have to be playing at 100% And this could be another game where it turns into a defensive battle and it turns into a game of who's going to make the first mistake now I'm just not completely sold as far as where Dak Prescott is right now and I think that's the biggest thing for me as far as figuring out what exactly is going on with Dallas because Dak Prescott is for me at least someone who is also having the issue of over the hump making those necessary changes to become bigger than those critical moments so yeah this could be Ravens in a close one I'll give Ravens this one as well um week four against the bills against my bills week four now listen there's obviously changes on both sides you guys know that um you know I do think this going to be probably a battle of the running quarterbacks obviously right we we know how Allen gets we know how Lamar gets once again you know the bills having a a change as far as for defensive coordinator so everything is going to be really really wild as far as you know week four as well it's very very difficult you guys know I'm a very unbiased Bills fan um I'm going to have to say it's a tossup for me because it's really hard for me to say all right the bills are just going to you know go go to Baltimore and and beat the Ravens at home it would be the same thing if the Ravens are coming to High Mark Stadium against the bills it's it's you know I think the home field advantage favors the Ravens here and um it's going to be a very difficult game for the bills but I'm going to I'm going to say it's a 50/50 uh moving on to Cincinnati going against the Bengals now Joe burrow he's got so many issues as far as injuries now and he's showing up to you know fashion events with his backout in Paris so I'm really starting to question where his head's at and it's really unfortunate because you don't want to see your quarterback with your back out in Paris shooting you know photo shoots for fashion shows you'd rather see them in a you know mini camp training camp things like that where they're throwing the ball but hey who am I to knock someone who's out in at a fashion show who makes millions of dollars I'm just going to leave it at that with that said I'm going to go ahead and give this one uh to the Ravens as well moving on to the commanders uh you know Washington is in a weird spot right they have so many changes new quarterback coming in um basically a a new team essentially so yeah I mean this this could be a blowout here against the commanders so I'll give the Ravens that one for sure uh Tampa Bay Tampa Bay is weird they sometimes have you know these weird games where they find a way to win Baker Mayfield you know he gets hot and you know everybody wants to catch the ball in the Buccaneers and then they squeak out with a win so that could be a tossup for me against the Browns now listen things get a little weird here right we know that the Browns had one of the strongest defenses and nobody accepted that how crazy was it last year that everyone was so focused on Dallas and what they were able to do defensively but really really forgot and didn't pay attention to the Cleveland Browns who eventually ended up getting further than what most people thought they would with Mr Joe flacko so this is another team that I think could you know make it very interesting for the Ravens I think it'll be a dog fight there um but specifically just from uh you know a talent level I think this this one could go either way as well for sure so that's a 50/50 for me uh Denver I'm not sold on Denver I've really got to see what's going on with them I I need more tape on on what's going on you know and and everything as far as with this team and the coaching and all this other stuff there's a lot of craziness you know I I get they got who they wanted at quarterback but I'm just not sure if they're really ready so I'm going to have to get the Ravens that one against Denver uh they'll face the Bengals again you know they they may split right the Ravens may take the first one Bengals get the second or you know the Bengals take the first one Ravens get the second one I think they may split uh getting into the Steelers I think this would be a good one the real question is whether or not you're going to see uh Russell Wilson or Justin Fields playing and you know who's going to be able to do the most against the uh the Ravens defense after that's going to be the chargers chargers I'm just not sure what Herbert's going to do without you know his his key wide receivers hopefully they figure that out uh we'll get into that in the next next few weeks um after that it's going to be against the Eagles right there'll be Ravens against the Eagles Battle of the the birds once again and um I just don't think Jaylen Herz is going to be playing at at the level that you know he was years ago I think things are starting to kind of slow down for him um so I'm going to have to ride with the Ravens against the Eagles I I I think it's going to be really wild right they'll get into the bye uh next after that they'll play the Giants do I need to say more uh they'll have Pittsburgh again Houston could be interesting right we know what CJ shroud's doing they've got Diggs now came over from the bills uh you know tank Dell there's a lot going on there as far as this Houston team they're balling out as far as on defense they've got a lot of good stuff going this could be a hard tough battle for the Ravens there I may actually give the edge uh to Houston after that it's going to be the Browns again and that is going to be your Ravens schedule going into next season uh quick shout out to COA what up COA how you doing tonight uh for says Joe looks swishy as hell with that backless versus trying to do too much for Baltimore you know what I agree I'll tell you this right now I think it's obviously the biggest thing with you know Andy Reid is you're playing against a chess master he's got all the pieces on the board but if you can outmaneuver him if you can figure out how to manage that clock without making too many mistakes because you're going to make some mistakes against the Chiefs that's just the reality of it you're going to make some mistakes against the Chiefs uh so your your you know your best outcome is how well you can manage that clock when it comes down to it
