basically the phase a I think phase B will be more affordable and uh it would be more things like affordable housing parks and you mentioned cassino probably that would be a new addition Alan sing why than $300 it's super expensive nowadays I mean especially September October November a lot of people want to find some affordable options um a lot of time they look for hotel in Queens Long Island City like somewhere far away from his tourist locations but hotels are crazy now even I think if you get a hotel like just for an example $300 a night you should definitely book it and another thing I always mention in my video you should like look for hotels like few months period to your visit so you will not get like some surprise deal or something and just change dates couple of days here and there like play with time keep checking it every day may have gave you uh give you better price on a non busy season Plaza is ,000 for night like the lowest at least afternoon Del lightting the Riu Plaza is the good one absolutely I mean as I say all those are expensive you can even check um booking.com Expedia now to see let me see it right now hold on I will step aside let's just check any hotel price on xedia for example we will know what the prices are look like now so let me open the Expedia and search for stay where I going Manhattan date let's put October let's play with October for 10 days here I chose October for 10 days now let's search here searching let's see what what's the lowest price it's pop up look this is the low best price $321 $352 oh where is this Moto by Hilton $231 but let's see you will see a lot of fees let's see maybe we'll get some better price there select a room look this lowest one 247 only only one left $231 eight left so it's crazy you better play with uh the dates and location so you will get better deal and check different website like Expedia booking.com all the booking platform that you can possibly get just don't rely on a single booking platform that may have disappoint you come and all those 200 uh 3147 hotels they're like okay hotel maybe breakfast will not includes or something like that afternoon delight say some Hotel charge Resort fees yeah there are a lot of hidden fees you should always checking it out what you are paying for you know Leo M from Jersey City welcome you can also check Hotel in New New Jersey or Jersey City it's like across the Hudson River like you can take PATH train cost you $2.75 maybe you will get better deal in Jersey City so if it's not your first time in the city then I would recommend to play around different location outside of Manhattan but if it's your first time in New York City then I would say that try to be in midterm and in to build your confidence because
