Rhett Lowder says he can take a lot from Friday night”a MLB debut debut

was it what you expected after there tonight yeah I mean it was awesome I mean drink come sure everything you can can imagine was it was it was cool how important was it for you to work around those two walks in the first T second snowball in a hurry yeah um like DJ came out I wasn't really that worried about it because I I felt like I was making good pitches I didn't really feel like I was getting sped up DJ came out and kind of said the same thing like just around it um um just keep doing doing what I do it'll it'll come back my way so um it it was huge getting out of that first inning and and getting off with it with the game feel like you got a there that first out popped up right to you yeah that was nice um kind of just went from there anyone talks about your competitiveness you feel like that kind of carried you through the day yeah for sure especially I was getting behind a lot and uh a little bit more walks than usual but you know I kind of just just dug deep and then just got in that competitor mode and I think I think it helped with some sticky situations when did you feel right you were yourself on the M um I mean I felt like I came out pretty good it was like just working around those two Walks Like I think after the first inning that I got out of that um it it was it felt good uh obviously there's still some stuff I need to clean up um marked a couple guys the rest of the day but just getting behind but I think I mean it's good to get the first one out of the way now we can start working what was the level of the Nerge you felt maybe going into the game and when did that kind of go away felt like it a normal game I think it's it's tougher leading up to the game being here um taxi Squad yesterday and then kind of sitting around for a double header that was more of the harder harder part for the nerves like this morning it was tough but you know kind of once I sat down and got the lineup and started going about my preparation the normal way it honestly I was surprisingly a more calm than I than I thought I would be mixed all four pitches pretty evenly was that the plan and how big is it to have all four pitches in the to go yeah I mean I think when I'm at my best I'm using them all um change up needs to get more in the zone but I think it'll come I'm not too worried about about that pitch um but yeah just trying to keep keep hitters off and then just mixing levels and and speed so feel like that's when I'm at my best your like to gotten another inning just to five ah I mean I'm that's none of my worries right now I it was good to get out there and I threw a lot of pitches each inning I was I was throwing a lot of pitches so um just good to to work through some stuff what are you going to remember the most about today tonight uh uh the whole thing I mean I remember how I felt when I woke up this morning I remember um what it was like eating breakfast I remember everything it was it was it was a crazy day thank you congratulations
