hello welcome to how to write a television pilot in 60 days or die trying my name is not John Lear and Nancy how was not behind the camera I am Eric Gilliland I've been there vlog runner on the past 3 Series and they've been just wonderful to work with really I don't know what why TBS warned me a lot of stuff I found it to be not true at all they are they took the day off I'll tell you why in bed I got an update on their progress but that they took the day off and didn't really tell me and I am in New York ready to work and they are Nancy is evidently at a bar just like with the tequila John isn't but they've asked me to to fill in for them so they don't miss a day of the series yeah so I'm in New York I used to have a vlog of my own very successful yeah this used to be why did my blog but this is for Nancy and John so I'm going to take you out side and show you i'm actually in new york and then have a little fun and then give it a little update here's how you know I'm in New York that they're there right there you see the red white and blue thing that's that's the Empire State Building so that's how you know you're in New York I was going to have it in the background for my whole vlog but I gotta put it on table I don't know how to I couldn't so take in what you can there it's all backwards there's thats the Empire stapled enjoy it I'm going to sit down and continue the vlog okay while this happens by the way i'm in manhattan and I've I pre-made a Manhattan for me or at least I've got I use a I fully endorse old overholt rye three parts of that and then some from vermouth I used martini and Rossi but you just a little bit a little bit I three parts of that of the of the Rye like a half of a bit of vermouth and angostura bitters I shake it all in there into this cocktail I pre here we go yes so here's the update for you all now let me get to it it's on the where is it now Christ and blown that I I can't find the area okay here's okay so they had some notes from it from NBC they chose to other story ideas with a few know this number two number two of your story ideas with a few tweaks which is just going to happen they like parts of the number one outline the earth what it's called a logline so they are now going to write more detailed outline we'll get into later hope you can hear me over the shaking which is what God not set a lot to thank you also BBC wrote and they are handing in their second draft of the BBC of the the Sony script which they haven't gotten paid for we all know that we hear that over and over again here's Mike I didn't realize that the Sony and the BBC products were want the same one so let me in a guy's let me in here we go home delicious ok they also got a lot of heat about the Chaz Bono thing I i hear ya people who worry about that um I don't like controversy I think even though this is a show about them potentially killing each other which is controversial enough I think just I would leave Chaz Bono alone quite literally I would leave Chaz Bono although now here's some here's a more fun John I had heard that uh that um what's your name Monica Lewinsky was trained 50 yesterday and he sent him into a tizzy but how old he is Aziz burial and how his life is passing him by and maybe because never had like a monica lewinsky in his life during his married life and but it turns out that she's not turning 50 yesterday she turned 39 which Jack Benny's funny funny age yeah all of the old y'all get that one so that's that is pretty much all the update i have for you i hope i didn't last look this I did this is my second take yeah the first take took six minutes long and I whizzed through this so I'm this is almost a five minutes is too long for a vlog I'm gonna send this into to Nancy and she can choose I don't let her choose she wants to first take the second take because I think the first take was more spontaneous quite frankly but this one is only five minutes I should cut it off right now okay um thanks for watching I used to do this on my end of my vlog I'd hit myself over the head with the pan that was my bit let's get along okay my best of all of you John Nancy I hear you're not working on monday either i'm questioning your work ethic um I used to nice to be in TV a lot now I'm doing this alone in manhattan on a friday night yeah yep things are going just as planned okay not six minutes yeah I've done my job get out of here good night thanks i love you guys
