hey guys my name is Teresa and I'm a biker and mushroom hunter who lives in a van and today I'm going to take you on my journey on the rail trail in Cumberland Maryland someday I want to be able to ride 100 miles but today I'm just training so I'm going to Cumberland to Frostburg today I think more people should start biking because it's such a fun way to exercise that you don't even feel like you're exercising it makes me feel shaki I found this little cave called the Cumberland bone cave where which had old bones from extinct species back in the day so cool I love going through tunnels It Feels So spooky and haunted but it's so much fun it started raining on me but honestly I just love biking in the rain it cools you down a bit and there's no one else on the trail usually it feels really good I never realized how beautiful Maryland is I'm from Baltimore but I never got to explore much so I definitely want to come back to this Trail someday and do the whole thing so
