All right, let me show you this another triple digit day. Today. We hit 103. Look at those the last three days, 104 on Sunday, 107. Yesterday, hottest day of the year 103 today. Cooler tomorrow, I got a big, cool down on the way tomorrow. Uh, so today is the eighth day in a row with our triple digit streak the most in a row. 42 days, 1980 42 days, 19 8. And you know, and I think Kyle am I right in 2020 11, we had, I think 4041 days in a row, 41 in a row and then we, then we made it to 99. Then we jump right back up and I was so hopeful that I could have lived through that streak and made it 43 days. But anyway, we had 41 in, uh, 2011. 42 is the, the, the streak of consecutive days. That's the record. The streaks of eight days or longer have occurred 52 times on record here and records go back to 1898 in Dallas Fort Worth. So, if you just moved here, it's hot in the summer, that's not unusual. We can have these, these streaks with these triple digit days. So the one we're just gonna end with a high tomorrow of 99 degrees. It's not that big of a deal compared to, to records past 101 right now. 103 in Fort Worth 101 in Waxahachie. Your heat index in Waxahachie is 104108 in Corsicana 107 mckinney 109 and Denton 108 in Fort Worth and 109 in Dallas outside of DB U, it's 103 feels like 106 high today. 103 the morning low, 83 the normals of 96 and 76 the records remain. We've been as hot as 109 on this date last year outside right now. It's 101 feels like 108 with a southeast wind at eight. Pollen today. Elm pigweed and grass. All three are moderate fungus today. That is low right now. Mostly clear. Look at this. I mean, big state, mostly clear skies got a little bit of cloud cover out here in, in far west Texas. That is about the extent rain through the weekend. I mean, isn't that pitiful? I mean, other little coastal showers or thunderstorms down here, the, the middle Texas coast, the, uh, kind of the southern portion of the upper Texas coast. Most of the state is dry as we head through the weekend temperatures, we get a little dip tomorrow. Cooler tomorrow. Still hot. We hit 99 back into the triple digits, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Then another cool down on Sunday, Sunday's high just 99 but it will feel like 104 70 nine and muggy tonight, but not as bad as last night. And really the last several mornings, uh dry and breezy at times during the day tomorrow, there's the 99 hot, not as hot as today in the last few days. Still a little humid with mostly sunny skies. The next 14, there's a chance of rain on the seventh day of my 14 day forecast and look at the fo the days that followed Joe, look at the, it's just gonna be a soaker. Look at that 10 20% just some pop up showers and thunderstorms. But the one thing right there that Cynthia pointed out, I mean, just an astute observation as she just brings to the table each and every day. There is uh after these triple digits, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, temperatures are in the nineties. Now, you at home may not have noticed that. So that's why I mentioned that Cynthia pointed that out. Look at all the nineties, middle to upper nineties, which is a lot better than the 107 that we had yesterday and the 103 today
