somehow some way in this era of nil and transfer portal that Block M matters more than all the other outside world distractions how it's hard to just pinpoint one thing but I think the love that each player has for each other and and they have for the program is probably something that that's super special to hear and Michigan won a naal chion what's your biggest memory and take away from last season probably the thing that just stands out the most is just the togetherness of the team throughout the year and every week there was a routine of how we're going to do things and how we're going to practice and how we're going to prepare and I can't tell you how many times I'm here in here at 10:30 11 and there's guys in here watching film and I'm telling them to go home get some sleep but they said we can sleep after we win the national championship has there been a moment yet where it's like I'm the head coach at the winnings program in college football has that hit you yet I still look around and kind of myself like I'm at Michigan and to to know the coaches that have been here coach shcker Coach Harbaugh and Lloyd Carr and understand like the names that have come before me it means a lot and makes me want to work even harder talk about your motto and what it means to you yeah process the pursuit the standard last year we had a model of process over prize process over prize and I think we kind of went to that process it was a head down down Blue Collar mentality work your tail off do everything you can to get better to ultimately reach the prize so you know I think we know what that process looks like and now we're in the pursuit phase the pursuit phase is just continually do that every single day so we can get better and better win championships so we can ultimately become the standard when you hear about Texas Michigan versus Texas I mean you played at OU nobody knows Texas in this building better than you y how do you know your team will be prepped for Texas we going to get tested tested against a very talented Team guys that have good experience will learn how phys school we are up front and I think we'll learn a lot I think we'll learn about our maturity cuz there's going to be points of adversity that we'll have to overcome and that we'll have to attack those right in the face and our players welcome that you know we love competing at the highest level in all games so you know I think the big house is going to be rocking and excited to see it
