vain to uh to support I've had the privilege uh amongst many times to sit down with Tim Ballard a man who's been unfairly maligned but continues to stand tall as an international hero now this was done before we had the verdict about to unveil two pivotal issues that will change the narrative completely so we do have a verdict Telly Joanna Suarez Moya is guilty the judge said I don't need time to figure this out so basically her facade has crumbled and Tim Ballard has been holding on to videos that I got to view and it's not unbelievable it's something that we all knew we all understood we all felt uh we we went and saw sound of Freedom we listened to Jim cavel you know all of these pundits the people that went on operations with him uh people like Tony Robbins and others I could go on and on but it's true so I I didn't have a problem I didn't need to see these videos and I don't even think a lot of you do either but but Cara Burell and her new minion Ryan fiser I don't think they knew that this was going to happen I don't I don't know if rasmason knew this was going to happen I don't know if uh Kelly Suarez was expecting this I I'm not sure I don't have all the details but the verdict is in and and I'll find out more details later but her facade is crumbling and with these videos uh they will blow the case wide open now while we can't show them just yet uh rest assured uh its contents are compelling and just because we can't see them yet doesn't mean they don't exist you will see them you will definitely see them soon unfortunately we have to go clean up some mess and that's Ryan Fisher's uh potty that's Ryan fiser you know he he got into the Playdoh and he he got into the Legos and he he he made a mess so we're going to come and clean that up okay we're coming to day of the verdict him and I sat down this last Friday and Saturday we didn't know what was going to happen so if you see that we're talking about uh the verdict um as something that didn't come yet let's dive in uh there's many things going on you've been you you went to Colombia recently just got back late last night yep now uh what's the scoop man what's going on there uh Moya what's her full name again Kelly Joanna Suarez Moya right Kelly Joanna Suarez Moya for those of you who have seen the movie sound of Freedom she is represented she's a real person the whole movie is real uh it's they're they're bits and pieces of real things that happen different operations yeah I mean it says based on a true story so of course there's creative license and so forth well yeah yeah they change the names of everybody you know but yeah it's it's it's based on what happened in Columbia exactly 11 2014 yeah and so the female that's depicted in that movie she is the the trafficker she is at the beginning she's the one that's getting the the kids in for these false glamour shots and then she uh they are taken into captivity she's also the person that uh the big sting operation at the end on the island get ARR yep yep she gets arrested and that's all real because you can see at the and I keep saying real because you know people are trying to say that uh people are in denial of reality she suing well she's suing me in Angel Studios for defamation saying that she wasn't a trafficker and the timing is so interesting right because here she is in the middle of her criminal trial it's happening in fact today is the last day of the criminal trial so anyway yeah I mean she's she's suing me uh for defamation right now in Utah courts claiming that she um was totally innocent innocent bystander and that actually uh I'm the trafficker yeah it's it's the most screwy thing I've ever seen so I I went down to uh Columbia and uh was actually able to show the reporters what I've shown you um you know we've been asked not to show the footage because uh until the trial's over right right and and it's it's funny because uh you know the one of the attorneys representing her up here in Utah mocks me in the Press because I just want to be famous and so I bring cameras everywhere how how ironic you know I bring cameras on operations because I understand how law enforcement operations work there's a reason why cops have body cams there's a reason you film undercover operations so that people like these attorneys in this case rasmon you know mocks me for bringing cameras it's like really thank goodness I did so that I can disprove all the things that you're saying about me right I mean her own attorneys have gone down to Colombia uh and called me a trafficer that I that I trafficked these kids or that we paid these kids and it was all fake and um so I had the great I had the great opportunity to go down there and talk about how the fact that my team was there the entire CTI team who runs the case by the way they're the ones it's their case not mine um the US Embassy was there Homeland Security was there CBS News was on the ground there as well on the island but to fool everybody and and and paid everybody to be actors to come up on this island I mean it is one of the most bizarre stories allegations that I I can even think of and and so easily disprovable that it's just em it's frankly embarrassing embarrassing for them yeah and the trial is going on right now and and I um like I did with the Columbia press I uh provided that footage to you the uncovered footage you saw it I did uh yeah I we haven't really talked much since you saw it so no um and and I know half of it was in Spanish and I had a friend of mine who knew Spanish sit with me uh but part of it is in uh subtitles and like Tim said we're we're we are we have been advised not to show that right now uh but we can talk about it we can definitely talk about it uh now is that we we'll show it we'll we'll show it after the trial's over right so I wanted to bring up she now she did she come up with you said that she was in jail for like 18 months and the reason is is because if you don't go to trial within those 18 months you have to be released basically bombed yeah okay now as she's been out uh whose idea do you I don't know if you are allow if you should talk about this but whose idea was it to come up was it her idea to decide hey I'm G to play the victim or was this something you feel was orchestrated by uh another uh Force well I think I can safely say that when all these false allegations came out at the same time and all of a sudden she appears out of nowhere I I've been accused of pretty much everything but murder uh by different people you know after the success of sand of freedom and then she jumps on with the same lawyers this is important the same attorneys rasmon and Mortenson who represent the cases um which by the way if you're following the news you'll see that pretty much every hearing that has happened every time we've had to go before a court we have won we had a couple of Victories they'll be in the Press pretty soon yeah definitely there's no evidence because they are not telling the truth obviously and so Kelly Suarez jumps on says well I'll sue him for defamation because I never trafficked kids and and I couldn't believe it because it's just like you were at the trial you saw the my testimony which included these videos what are you trying to pull off here you know what's in the videos right I mean the judge has had the videos since the since you know the beginning of the of the trial and the prosecution is just scratching their head like why would you say something that is completely completely disprovable with real actual footage that my team and the law enforcement of Columbia and the department of home security uh secured and provided to the prosecution and uh um I mean it's it's it's despicable stuff so I looked at it today and it's about four and a half minutes long I think there's a few videos there's like three or four videos well altogether it's probably 100 hours but we just yeah you know the parts you took the parts or whoever took the the the focus here was to show that this person uh Joanna Moya Moya uh was not a victim and she and you will clearly see not today now wait is that public in Colombia no there's no the we can't publish anything yet okay the videos will all come out after trial okay well I want to go I took some notes and I would like to discuss a little bit about it because frankly we are allowed to talk about it but we are not allowed to show it am I correct yeah okay so it starts off well there's one video at the beginning I couldn't quite just I want to be clear for all those people who lie for a living not to take out a oh she's not I'm gonna show you the videos all the videos are coming out just give me a couple weeks until the till the final verdict right right okay why would I lie about videos that I'm going to show you in a weeks exactly so here's the part there's like a little clip of of I don't know if it's you and another guy are speaking and then it goes directly into uh she looks a little different than she does today I think it was 2014 right right okay she's sitting on a couch this is what I got here there's some people around here I know that now some of the people in the room are uh good guys right right right and some of and when I say good guys I mean people that are working with you and they know who you are Colombian undercover operators okay Colombia undercover operators and then there are others who are working with uh Joanna now I'm just going to start saying things and I want you to correct me if I'm wrong I remember you introduced yourself to her she's sitting on the couch yeah and then Troy I think we need to back up a minute okay sure they want to frame me as if I somehow recruited her either paid her recruited her tricked her or whatever and and this whole thing about oh you created demand you you you kind of you gave them so much money up front that they did things they otherwise wouldn't have done this is why there's this clip of the beach scene so to to tell you how this case started was the the Colombian prosecutors asked me to go to this Beach called Playa Blanca okay it's part a series of islands about a 40-minute boat ride from Carta called Lau so just and they said just go sit on the beach and see what's offered to you because we keep getting reports that children are being sold for sex on this beach to to American Tourist so you literally saw the footage of me being approached by this person oh okay I didn't quite understand the context now I do it starts and it's important that you understand that's how it starts okay I don't go around saying hey who's got 12y olds I got money right right right and that's why we film it that's why we film it okay you know so you see this guy coming up and he asks he says hey I got girls for you guys and you hear me say what what what exactly do you have what what exactly that's right okay I don't say do you have 10y olds I just say what are you talking about describe these girls and he freely rapidly without blinking he says I got girls 13 14 you know I'm like wow and he he actually he actually said I got him right here you could go right now and I said no I can't go right now of course we're filming this um I gotta get going but let's stay in touch and and I turned to one of the Colombian operators who was pretending to be like our our Taxi Driver you know or whatever said yeah hey this guy kind work for me down here so talk to him about what you got um and and maybe we can you know arrange something for later because I got friends who are into that so we left it at that and I we we give it to the prosecutor and remember I don't this is not my case it's being painted by these people who are untruthful and trying to get money as if I somehow like I'm the dictator of Columbia I don't make charging decisions I don't you know I I don't even know every detail of every part of the case right all I know is if if if a government says to me we believe children are being raped on this beach will you please go and sit there and see if someone offers because we you know we fit the profile the United States generally is the demand that's who they're looking to sell kids to so we film this I'm approached I don't approach them they approach me and say we got kids so I take that footage back to the prosecutor and I said your hunch was right your Intel seems correct they're selling kids and here's the guy that approached us he called himself wayo and they said thank you very much we're going to pursue this case and because I introduced this person trying to sell kids to me to the undercover operator they then begin their negotiation okay so a few weeks later they call me back and say Tim you know they they know you as the American client that has the American friends and this guy Fuego wants to introduce you to his partners because apparently it's a ring they work together they pull all the kids they have under their control and they bring them together so please come he he wants you to go into his house house which is very dangerous by the way you know you know you like to meet them in your territory right so we go in with our operators I can tell that they're armed I can see I can see that they're carrying on their on their ankle and it's very very dangerous situation that scene you're talking about so we go in and we're introduced to the people who will provide these children okay so again this isn't something like a oneoff right this is something guys do that's why he approached me it's very important okay and I'm introduced to Kelly as one of the people who's going to bring the kids to the party so does Kelly work for fuego they seem they said they are Partners they're all Partners so this is the first so this beach scene is important also because this is how you are introduced to Kelly correct I didn't go seek her out I show up to a trafficker house who's basically told me I'm a trafficker come meet my partners I don't know who's going to be there anyone could be there but I walk in and say this is this is Kelly she uh she is a model she was Miss kaha and some pageant and she has she's she's gonna also Supply the kids that you know along with Fuego and then I'm I'm introduced to a guy named Samwell and a guy named Edward and they're all saying all of us together are you know we together work together to bring you kids for sex now you meant you said uh oh this is he is are you talking about no I I yeah I just said I just said yeah I got a boss who's who's gonna pay for this okay yeah okay all right so she's sitting there and right off the bat folks uh there are people discussing and it's it's kind of sickening through the whole video it's disheartening because they're discussing these children as um as though they're a commodity for exchange and they're discussing uh money they're discussing uh the ages and she's sitting right there and uh so I remember that I took some notes uh I remember a guy saying something about uh the her SI oh no she says something about her sister correct yeah well they're talking about they're talking about um look we got a you know they're showing us pictures they're showing us this they said this look at this 12-year old they talk this 12-y old you know will cost you $1 thousand dollar right so now this meeting is we want we it's quick we want to get in and out we just want to identify who the people are selling the kids because this is very dangerous so it's a very short meeting we confirm who the players are they show us pictures they tell us that you know this 12-year-old's so beautiful you know she's going to cost you $1,000 doll and we get out of there okay we just want to build a little Rapport and then we we go to the prosecutor and say step two is done here you go Fuego has now introduced us to his Partners so now we got Samuel Fuego Kelly and Eduardo who are saying they're going to bring the kids right give it to the prosecutor again I'm not in charge of this case I consult on the case right I I help on the case this is what we do this is what our foundation was was built to do the prosecutor then says wow this is really serious this is really bad um we'd like you to arrange another meeting or like a have a lunch where you can set up a better camera angles because when we went into the apartment you know the footage you saw it's like a it's probably a watch cam or or something and so it's hard to get good angles so we set up the next scene where we have really good angles right I think we have like a water bottle cam we got a cam hiding up in the cabana it's a restaurant so now they're coming into our territory right and now you get into that next scene it's very clear right and they said now ask them more questions like okay you you've told us you're selling 12 13 year olds for sex eventually they'll s they're they're going to uh say we have 11 year olds and claim that one of the kids was 11 that was at the party and that we get into that in a second and the next scene and so now we got real clear footage and I you know do it what I'm instructed to do and by the way we're signed up as informants Like official undercover operators for the Colombian government okay so very official and so you remember I said I I said okay well what will these kids do you've told us they're they for sex but what can they do do they do everything do you remember yes and then a response now and I'm getting the idea is I'm watching this that it's important to play a role you have to be believable and to be believable you have to get into detail ask questions pretend that you're interested um so and I don't know if it's just pretending let me ask you is it important for you guys to know and I I I'm going to jump right into this what we're what we're getting at for them for uh so that you can get them talking right yeah because you gotta you go to when you're doing an undercover operation you're always picturing a trial so you know that they're gonna say so you're throwing little bones out there you're throwing stakes and you gotta get them to tell you what they plan to do with the kids so they can't later and say we were just having a pizza party with a bunch of kids we so that's why I said what are these kids going to do you've told us you're selling them for sex what exactly what everything what will they do right yeah we don't just do it once we do it several times every time we meet with them in fact we bring this up so there's no question to a judge or a jury what it is these people are trying to do yeah so I so I I asked them what will these kids do and uh Samuel one of the traffickers sitting there says well you know they're you know these are young kids early and there was another conversation I had where they said they start recruiting them about 9 years old then they have to start grooming them so by the time they're like 11 12 that's about when they start selling them and he says yeah you can do anything with them he says but just you know they're he actually said you heard him he says these are you know they're they're innocent kids so you just got to be a little bit and you kind of pauses looking for the word right then you hear Kelly Joanna finish the sentence and then Kelly finishes the sentence and says be delic yes be delicate with them yes and um and it was shocking to me okay because I've been doing this for now 20 years and I've never it's almost like an admission of guilt like we know they're innocent we know this is gonna cause them and by the way trigger warning to anyone who doesn't want to hear this but this is the real world of of child trafficking it's like saying yeah we know they're innocent this is going to hurt them so so be delicate about it and then she starts laughing I remember thatat she eats something and please be delicate with she's sitting right next to this other gentleman so when confronted with that in the media and other places she said no no no I was talking about myself I was saying be delicate with me when you when you have sex me which ridiculous watch the video we're clearly talking about children and only right and she's sitting at the table with the traffickers not with the children right um now we jump to the other scene okay right so so then we jump to the next scene um where we're at this is October 11th 2014 and we're sitting at the island and they have brought the kids they are here they are they brought them over on boats to this island and they're in another room and because I want to make sure that everybody knows when this goes the trial that everybody is very aware we we basically have the same conversation but every time we go a little deeper like you know a little more give me details because here we are I got my guys here is is this really what you're doing you know right this is this isn't just some kenetta here like you're you're really serious about this and and I say to her and I I actually call her by name I call them each out by name so they all have to answer me that's so that none of them can later say well I was just an innocent bystander I say Kelly the girls you brought what will they do that's right here and she says solo they'll do everything everything and then uh and then I go even more deep I said so tell me who you brought right we said well we got we got this little boy who's 11 years old okay now I don't know maybe he was 12 maybe he was 13 but I saw him and he looked somewhere between 11 and 13 you know you know and I said well tell me specifically about him what will he do and this is okay trigger warning so Edward then says very clearly he'll do anel he'll do oral and all the girls will do whatever you want and you see Kelly sitting there just nodding now here what's so interesting about this is her best fake news story that she could give you right is that I was just there selling myself but her best story is that she's a prostitute selling herself which is not true she was she was selling the kids to us but but imagine this the best thing she could even make up is it's cool they're selling kids and I'm just sitting here and I'm GNA be part of it I'm not calling the cops I'm not doing anything she's laughing she's eating um and after he gets real graphic Edward he says you know you know anal oral vaginal with all of them I said even the 11-year-old they confirm yes and then she says again she says per like again just be delicate with you now what's interesting about that scene is I showed these videos to the screenwriter Alejandro Monte they before while he was writing the script now get this he saw that he was so disgusted as what all the reporters by the way in Columbia this week that I was with they're just like one of them said I want to cry watching this it's so sad how can this person possibly think that she's going to get away with this he said and but Alejandro told me I can't even write those words words in the script Tim because it's so grotesque that it's it's it crosses the line and it'd be so offensive go ahead and rape these children but just do it Suave Sito do it delicately like it's there's just something about that that's just like it's it's it's beyond what what what usually the conversation it's like I know this is gonna be painful for these children so you know I want I want my money and I'm doing this and she's laughing through it you know and I remember at one point in the video you you you remember one of the operators who works for me and he says all this for me all this for me and she and she actually turns and you know she doesn't know there's hidden camera and starts laughing yeah just be delicate with him right so I mean I would say we even did this girl girl a favor by not showing everything she actually said because it was way too offensive I want everybody to understand I'm nodding my head because everything he's saying is true I watched it she's not way far away from from The Operators she's not at another table she is sitting less than two feet away sometimes with with with several men around talking the dialogue is all about uh the uh The Exchange and what what people are allowed to do what they're not allowed to do uh later on Troy we get into I mean it's a long a longer conversation right uh but they start talking about the sex hotel which is depicted in the film in the film I think they made it my like as if it were my idea Jim could be something I got it was actually their idea they're like hey look if we pull all these kids together that we all are controlling here we could build a hotel and and we'll disguise it as the modeling agency and she's totally participating in the conversation giving advice on how best to do this so we don't get caught I mean I I don't think I've ever seen a case with such overwhelming evidence right and so I sit back and just scratch my head and it's important to remember okay Morton sit in Rasmus and these attorneys who represent all these other women who are lying about me okay they are the ones who go down there with her on the media now think about this this is not just about this case or even the cases against me this is about fighting human trafficking okay now I'm not saying that rasmon and Mortenson are are traffickers at all but what I am gonna say this because I think this is important what do traffickers do they take advantage of situations of the most extreme tragic situations you can imagine children as young as the first reports were 11 12 13 you understand once the kids get rescued we don't have access to them unless they want to reach out you know um and so I do have contact with with with some but um traffickers take advantage of tragedies like children being raped to make money this might sound too strong but what rasmon and Morton are doing the same thing they're not trafficking but they're taking advantage of a situation of children being raped and why are they doing it for money absolutely and they're actually sitting down with someone that has all this evidence against her flipping the story calling the good guys bad and the bad guys good and somehow trying to convince the world that with CBS News this this was CBS News Scott P reporting this is the national news their guy was on the ground with us not only that but an independent uh documentary company that was doing the documentary not only that but the US Embassy Homeland Security is on the ground and they're GNA try to lie to the world and convince them that Tim Ballard is the dictator of Columbia and somehow got around all of this paid these people off and it's all it's all a play it's all fake if they're successful oh they get lots of money but at the cost of what at the cost of taking basically saying human trafficking is not real because they have to invent it it's all a cosplay it's it's fake right right so the traffickers love these I've said this before they love this they love the loss suits they love what Morton and rasmon are doing trying to make someone who's literally instructing you how to rape a child on film literally instructing who they believe are clients how to rape a child but do it delicately can you imagine can you imagine rep being okay representing that kind of person no and flipping the story and what does that say about all the other cases well okay yeah so that kind of leads into we were talking earlier about the case you you were in Colombia why were you there can you talk a little bit more about uh how that's going you were there because she's being uh she was well what was she doing what was her that was her trial right yeah so the reason I went down there is these attorneys rasmuson and Morton go down to uh the media with Kelly um Kelly claims she's innocent and then mortensson literally says States as fact as not like maybe he says the the irony here is that Tim Ballard was the trafficker right he says that and then and then it has uh rasmason saying he abused this girl the whole time or whatever so it was just like you gotta be kidding me like I and then the Press wants my response hey they they said you trafficked her right I mean it it is so unbelievable so how is it looking is it what oh I mean the prosecutor is so confident the tapes I told you are absolutely TR it's worse than when you see it and I can't wait till the day comes when everybody to see it but uh so they were allowed to see it in court the the is there a jury is it like here it's a judge it's just a judge and yeah all the all those videos are with the judge barters or or whatever they call them and judges yeah the judge has all this evidence okay I testified it's it's it's so beyond reasonable to think because you know how how these these these people who are such incredible Liars trying to sell this to the world that I was able to outwit the US Embassy the entire co go uh government of Columbia the Attorney General of Utah who was down there just as a volunteer is standing three feet away from her as well um that this is somehow set up or fake right from beginning to end they approach me they invite me to their house we invite them to lunch they bring the kids and all throughout this Kelly Moya is saying it's totally part of it laughing joking and two times on video I remember that I saw it you can do it all but just be just be delicate it's it's so grotesque well I sent you a text right after I watched it and I think that's the main thing that stood out to me right was that she mentions twice amongst other things that she mentions yeah uh to be delicate she wasn't like and like I said this this is much bigger than just the this case or the cases against me it is important to note though what rasmason and Morton are willing to do they they what how how much they care about truth here okay and it just breaks my heart there they actually revealed the name Kelly revealed the name of one of the uh survivors okay we've had to move this guy three times we're about to move him again uh because he's scared for his life he's got a little girl now you know this this case was 10 years ago and uh just it's so much bigger because you you you you can't Ally yourself with traffickers and get away with it right you're helping the traffickers by taking someone who's done these things and turning them into this innocent victim and the people actually doing the the rescues and I'm referring mostly to the government of Colombia they have a serious problem there's we we've done other operations in Colombia we're in the middle of planning others right so to to to discredit this case you can't let people do this you can't let people get away away with this right and they need to be exposed right they need to be exposed for the Liars that they are and their willingness to try to spin a story about someone who's clearly selling children and make them the good guy you know what that does for the cause that would demoralize uh the whole fight it would make people think this isn't really happening if these guys have to invent stuff and make stuff up then it must not be really happening the amount of people who Witness this right they were they were part of this takedown everybody wants to paint it as if I have the power to I don't make charging decisions I don't I don't I'm not the case agent we simply do our role in these operations they need to have American clients show up because that's the quickest way to infiltrate these operations that's why they asked me to go to the beach that's why they asked me to go to the lunch that's why they talk about the clan government asked me and my team to go to the final Island where they're gonna bring the kids and people that were on my team included undercover operators you know the obviously the Colombian undercover operators um the Aftercare teams waiting in the wings to help the kids ride away the US embassies down there they did plenty of you can find the press releases they did calling out Kelly Suarez also as a you know someone who was arrested for trafficking kidss because they were there too they saw the footage as well they were witnesses to it there and even the Attorney General of Utah was came down as a volunteer as an undercover operator and he was two feet away from her listening to her say be delicate with these kids you know it's fine to do all these sex acts with them just be delicate with them right so um it's it's it's just it's impossible it's imp possible for anyone to think that this person could possibly be innocent in my mind uh and for for someone to go down and accuse us or me as being a trafficker or paying people to play the role of actors or kids or whatever it's it's it's so ridiculous and it would be funny if it wasn't for the for the fact that what they're doing is assisting helping the cause of human traffickers they love it they would love for the world to think that hey look you gota you got to make this stuff up because we're not doing anything bad down here and that's what this case to me is about it's a much bigger picture and uh you know I think in the end what these Utah attorneys are doing to this girl is she's gonna Ru the day that she ever met them oh absolutely they go and put her on the Press she could have done her time and just kind of quietly lived a life she's now G to be known as she's gonna be a more famous villain than than than she otherwise would have been if she didn't try to sue me for defamation which caused me to react and go down to Colombia and tell the people what's going on yeah and and in the end it's going to be a net positive I believe for us because now people are going to be even more upset not just at traffickers but at attorneys who would take advantage absolutely children being raped so that they can make a little money and hopefully spin a story back in Utah about a person being innocent who's selling children to be raped it's I mean it's it's it's quite a drama it's unbelievable but I I'm actually grateful in a weird way that it happened because all it's going to do all it's going to do in the end is prove how legitimate our operations are and how important this issue is it already it's already happening government officials when I was down there they found out I was down there the the minister of the interior uh or maybe it was the deputy of Minister interior called us to meet with us said hey what else can we do here we're having a major problem we got to fix our laws you know we saw the movie so this is a big deal and and uh you know Kelly going on and spinning a story and and and these attorneys from Utah spending the story even deeper calling me a trafficker it's only gonna in the end I think it's going to it's just going to show what a big deal human trafficking is is and now there can be kind of outside accomplices maybe they're not human traffickers but they're helping by going down and trying to spin a story you know what I mean I mean it's one thing some everybody needs a defense attorney if you're guilty or not I agree with that concept but this is outside of that this is hey let's let's bring Kelly on the news and Sue Tim Ballard in Angel Studios for defamation that's a different level that that's that's a level that that the traffickers are just going yes I hope they pull it off but they're not going to okay we took a little break uh we recorded yesterday and now it's today uh and we spoke about what went on there in uh Cena uh the videos and we have another issue and that is uh a gentleman by the name of Ryan fiser uh he is becoming well-renowned and uh making his rounds um in the blogosphere in uh just various platforms and places uh wanting to be well known you know what Timmy reminds me of a few other men that have done the same thing that I reacted to eight eight months ago um and I'm not going to name any names because people know who I'm talking about but uh it mimics a a uh a Resonance of of jealousy uh animosity uh and uh just everything that is um not good and wholesome in a person that that wants to like I said to you earlier on the phone today U people the one thing that Ryan and uh Moya have in common is they're angry at the man that brought them to justice and is and people are like well what do you mean Ryan fiser well we're going to get into it right now so what I have him is uh I have a uh what's it called again I think it's his statement his sworn statement under penalty of perjury okay now that was uh under penalty of perjury being the operative uh part of that sentence got it okay so let's pull that up here and would you mind going through it with me Tim so that and the and the point is is we're not here to uh well CU I see us as the good guys okay and the good guys don't normally go hahaa and laugh at people's demise but as we know Ryan is uh amongst other people uh not you we talk about hell Mary's right uh he's really going for broke and he's hoping uh that things are going to work out in his favor but I don't see that and uh but anyway we'll we'll get into it and we'll we'll we'll let you guys know exactly what we're talking about so so this is a statement and I found it in English but it's in it's mainly in Spanish right now is that what we were saying that it's in it's in both yeah because he used it in his uh witness in defending uh a child trafficker okay all right so let's go to the first page and uh uh do you mind reading it Tim and discussing what uh or I could take turns reading it with you if you run out of breath but um I want people to see uh like I said we we're not trying to make fun of somebody's character but it's ridiculous he's going on a podcast that I'm not going to name because I'm not going to plug this person but uh a lot of you know if you are my subscribers who I'm talking about um and and this is going to point out the Ridiculousness uh and the maybe even to the point of incriminating himself if he's not careful f is a real thing a real thing yeah yep that's what we're talking about so without further Ado let's get into this starting now well it starts off by saying I Ryan Fischer declare as follows and this this first point is very important I have personal knowledge of the facts stated here in in this is very important because later on he's going to admit in court also under penalty of perjury that he didn't have personal knowledge but he heard it from the the attorneys defending right that's his personal knowledge so there's one obvious piece of purgy here and I want to say pjy is a very serious thing is a felony I mean so so but he says I have personal knowledge of the facts say later he's going to say that the operation depicted in Center Freedom was all fake with actors and then he has to admit in court that he has no personal knowledge whatsoever of that so there if you want to talk about credibility we could end we could end this interview right here and there there there you have it this is a person who spin a tail and doesn't have a problem with it right he admits he has no personal knowledge of anything to do with the operation he wasn't near the operation he wasn't part of planning it he wasn't he wasn't there free post during I mean it's just ridiculous but but he has personal knowledge of all the facts so let's go but and there's so much more to it than just that okay he doesn't that to that till the end he wants to you're gonna see this bizarre like conspiracy let me know if when you want me to read I'll read a little bit too and then you know we'll take turns all right I met him and a firm foundation conference in 2011 as we both were authors of Book of Mormon theories and took great interest in r view of the United States history that was referred to as a covenant land in the Book of Mormon and Ballard called it the American Covenant name of the book true statement Ballard was still with the Department of Homeland Security at that time based out of central California correct okay B had written a book entitled The American Covenant correct I was a freelance investigative journalist and filmmaker and TV producer and National Geographic photographer at the time I I don't know uh but that doesn't affect you if he's yeah right I began investigating the Heartland model of the Book of Mormon geography which claims The Book of Mormon occurred in the midwest portions of the us correct to that's what I believe at the time I had created a TV show called nead Explorer which subsequently Aon KJ Channel 14 in Salt Lake City every Sunday night and it frequently discussed the American Covenant among other topics also that's true um uh I I I I'm gonna comment on this I'm in it quite a bit that TV show okay and I'll just say if you know my wife like she's like the least judgmental person on the planet like she always gives the benefit of the doubt even to like the worst of my accusers and stuff and I remember after watching the first episode we were driving away from his we were at his parents house and she said it really bugs me he's taken all the research of me uh Bruce Porter and Rod Meldrum and made it and it's trying to convince the people that he discovered it oh my said yeah I don't really care I just want the message out there but it bugged her and it was true like he he pretends he's driving his motorcycle through you know the mid East you know he's out in the Utah desert and he's like and then I stumbled upon this passage in Genesis 4 I mean he he he pretends that he is discovering he Indiana Jones it right oh it's it's yeah I mean it's just like plagiarism but I didn't care because I always just wanted the message out but I'm through here um I also had a business tour this is this is false I also had a business tour called the American Covenant tour where I would take tourists to both Mormon and US History sites on the east coast and explain how uh American Covenant fit into the historical stories and places I began having um Tim on my television show let me talk about this he said he I I was aware that he was doing tours in and you know the Heartland model you know where wherever he was I wasn't part of that the American Covenant tour is called the American Covenant tour because it's based on a book called The American Covenant which he just referred to as my book okay so he's gonna he's goingon to lead you to believe as you read through this that he had this tour company and invited me to join it it's complete falsehood right first time he ever did the American comen in tour was with his partner Tim Ballard because there was no tour without me the whole entire thing was based on my books okay I was the lecturer and he was the logistics guy and we'll get into this later when he but just just know this is well and I had I had discussed that before on a previous podcast as well so that knowledge is I'm privy to that it was an agreement on a handshake we'll we'll we'll do this I'll Trust you part of the logistics is he has control of the finances so I just trusted him and at the end after the costs were done we would split 5050 whatever was was L was was left over so this this any idea that if this was his tour that he invited me on is completely false right everybody who was involved knows that the first time he did a tour starting in Boston down to DC was with me as his 50-50 partner okay we'll get we'll get more to that little later gotcha um I began having Ballard on my television show at this time ell Ballard of the Cor the 12 apostles reached out to Ballard and asked for his help in locating uh uh gardy Marty not Marty gardy who was an lbs boy in Haiti who was kidnapped this is true okay Valor did ask me to come in I was still looking for the Department of home security he said a little boy was kidnapped from church premises uh in Haiti would you look into it and now I don't and this isn't really I don't know it doesn't have anything to do with the casee maybe but that was was very sacred and private at one time and now it's been made public because he made it public sure right and um so uh in in my understanding the ballot arranged the search in Haiti for Marty based upon other bot's request the search was unsuccessful and Marty remains missing today um this is true we did we we we continue to actually look for him we've actually interestingly rescued um I believe the count is in the hundreds everywhere we went looking for guardy we ended up finding other traffickers we ended up actually finding his traffickers and kidnappers who were arrested and that entire story is documented by an independent documentary company called DNA films called operation 2 Saint so in our search for gardi uh we ended up rescuing a lot of others got the captors but we still look for this little boy today and I still to this day and my family prays for him that we will find him but actually led us to places and other bad guys and rescuing other kids um and it's all documented Again by DNA films and and it's on Amazon Prime operation to Saint um uh 13 Ballard and I became deao business partners in the American Covenant tour and I believed we had become friends I paid Ballard this is totally misleading I paid Ballard to come on my tours and Ballard would accompany on my tours that were about the American Covenant again completely false you can ask people like Brian Mickelson of of lbs Travel Tours who is part of one of the first tours this was not his tours we came up with this idea together right this was based on my book um so he didn't pay me the deal and he knows no he he did the logistics and you did the the speaking Yeah and it was a 50-50 partnership right Elder Ballard a great great nephew of the Mormon Church founder Joseph Smith and great great grandson of Joseph's brother hman Smith was enamored by Tim bard book The American Covenant um I've never heard him say he was enamored I did meet Elder Ballard oh 2012 I think because he reached out to me after having read my book The American Covenant and took interest in in what I was saying right that's when you brought your dad with you I know Katherine talks about it with me because you were scared I was scared because I thought oh no because I the book had been on the shelves for like two weeks and I'm like did I say something that's going to get me in trouble here right right he said you you you you're on to something here that's very important about the Covenant on this land and we began a relationship that Katherine did an interview very open I mean he he's told me multiple times that he considers me a grandson we've traveled together I've been to his home many times we were very very close friends and in fact I I never went he's the first one who went public with it when he gave a talk back in Boston Ryan talks about this later said it was at BYU Idaho I don't know where he got that information um and he well no there's there's photos of you guys there's public appearances where he's standing with you in different places yeah and he actually mentioned me in in a talk right because he had done he had asked me to take him on um on on the tour it was just him and some close family and friends and we took him to those places that I write about in my book right um at the time both ballor and I shared an interest in the book visions of Glory was published in November 2012 and I became aware that Tim ballad was getting counsel from the author of visions of glory Tom Harrison I did read that book I find it very intriguing I think Tom Harrison is one of the best men on the planet and he has been a mentor and a counselor to me um ballor told me that Tom Harrison was advising him this is complete false this is ridiculous ballor told me that Tom Harrison was advising him on how to prepare for the imminent destruction of society and the second coming of Jesus Christ I mean this is where he just starts getting fictional I he wasn't preparing me for for for anything like that we talked about all sorts of issues but never was there Tim I'm here to prepare you for I mean well latterday Saints believe in a second coming and we all talk I mean your run-of-the-mill mid mainstream latterday Saints talk about the second coming so that's not that's not illegal we're all supposed to be preparing for it but he makes it sound like some secret society well right you'll see as we well that you're some apocalyptic fanatic and I you're hearing that in the anti-mormon community and it's it's it's not true folks go ahead Bor told me that Tom Harrison was advising him on how to prepare for the okay part of his Council was to prepare this isn't such a Lie part of his Council was to prepare an organization for taking in thousands of children who would be survivors after their captures were destroyed in doomsday calamity that we're I'm sorry I just it's so bizarre and amazing to me that someone could just start making stuff up like this right that I somehow formed an organization that was designed to collect the children after the Doomsday calamities okay here Here Comes his imagination and it's going to get worse ballor planned on using OU our resources to prepare for this doomday event and hired Tom Harrison to Secret to secretly make these preparations how I mean it's absolutely insane uh oou did hire Tom as a contractor to help a single Survivor who Tom that's what Tom's profession is or was was a a a clinical psychologist to help uh people who have been through great trauma right right the only contract he ever had it was it was very shortlived and was for one person and that's that that was it well and I've spoken to many people about Tom Harrison because I had to do my homework several months ago that the anti Mormon Community uh paints a picture of of Tim Ballard with uh visions of Glory like that's your uh uh handbook you know he was a friend of yours and many people have said only good things about Tom Harrison yeah yeah that's right he's a great man and and he's one of my good friends um notice that Ryan says these things but somehow nothing has ever backed up with any evidence like I know this because I have this document or I know this because so and so told me says he wants um it was my understanding that Tom Harrison was officially it was my understanding now why Ryan why was it your understanding who told you this where's your documentation but it's his understanding that Tom Harrison was officially officially an Aftercare specialist lawyer but his real Purp purpose Was preparing for the destructions of the last days and the influx of refugee children who have been liberated from sex slavery when many of the wicked people were destroyed Ballard received counsel from both Tom Harrison and Elder Ballard both of which he considered to be prophets uh I I I sustained and still do Elder Ballard as a prophet Sean Revelator Tom Harrison as a very inspired man um that with with in my belief is very spiritual gifts um this this is overstated Tom I don't know that I've ever said Tom Harrison is a prophet I don't know what that term means yeah well as as as all anti-mormon rhetoric is like you and I talked a couple days ago and I said look Tim this is what what we're seeing now it's spinning into just anti- latterday Saint stuff oh yeah well that's what this is this is right using Ryan's using me to try to hit the church exactly exactly he's very anti-mormon Elder Ballard would have regular meetings with Ballard and discuss how to bring Mormonism into American Evangelical Homes without Evangel evangelicals realizing such total lie 1,00% lie Elder Ballard was interested in finding and helping children and he was interested in the message that there is a covenant on this land and that all people should learn about this that it's time to turn the nation back to God and he he made that very clear in the speech he gave in Boston in which he you know actually cited me in the the talk at least twice um because of you know the things that that that we had learned together in um you know the the trip I took him on right um I was in meetings with general authorities of the LVS Church including other Ballard and had many discussions with Ballard in which he relayed various plans of the Ballard and the church formulated to use Ballard and his message to infiltrate Evangelical American culture and an effort to influence their perception of the Morman church again completely false and I would love Ryan to say I was in meetings with general authorities who he was in one meeting that I unfortunately took him to at one point when we were doing our tours uh thinking that you know he might Elder B might have some insight into how to make this better or how to get the message to the public because Elder ballards never said anything about trying to make more Mormons he just wanted the nation to turn back to God read read the talk maybe you could put a link to the talk he gave he's asking the nation to turn back to God and he saw that the things I had written might be an effective tool in that and that's it there is never any secret plans to Bap to and he's gonna Ryan will contradict himself in a second here that actually proves my point okay um to accomplish this they proposed oh here it is to accomplish this they proposed scrubbing the internet of Ballard's Mormon beliefs and background and publish a non-mormon version of the book okay well it is true that I I published a non denominational version of the book called The Covenant and that was a suggestion that El had because he wanted he said to reach out to more people yeah because he wants more people praying to God he he he knows that people outside the church aren't going to probably jump into my my books that are based in the Book of Mormon right and and that was it but here's what's so funny we got a scrub Tim right later you'll see him contradict himself in a few paragraphs where he says Elder Bard wants to put me on BYU TV and wants deser book to publish my books which basically screams Tim Balor is connected to the Mormon church and yet at the same time he supposed to be scrubbing me from the church one of many contradictions uh that that Ryan right is proving who he actually is and what he's trying to do here um ELD the Ballard of the Mormon Church also created a plan to make Tim a celebrity and American Hero by helping him launch a nonprofit called operation Underground Railroad the Church of Jesus Christ letter Saints did absolutely nothing nor did I ask nor would I even have wanted them to have anything to do with me creating operation Underground Railroad in fact I specifically stated I would never ever even want a a donation from LVS philanthropies or anything because I it wouldn't be good for either side to be connected to that especially when we're doing undercover operations overseas and you we we would hate for our our the missionaries the you know the LVS missionaries to be accused of being operators or something so the church had nothing to do at all with the idea or the creation of O nor was there any conversation about trying to make me famous um other ballot issued requests to various wealthy and influential Mormon individuals and organ organizations asking them to fund and help launch o never happened in fact it was like intentional no never happened give me the names give me the people who to my knowledge unless you did it behind my back other B never asked anyone to for money for o I can't think of any time where that was even a possibility because we had talked about these you don't want them it's it's we don't want to be connected it's not good for either side to be connected well that's not how the church operates anyway and people that are active in the church U they know that that's just not how the church operates period one of these contacts was Glenn Beck who is propositioned on hiring Ballard completely false that's easy just go go ask Glenn me and Glenn have never talked about him hiring me for anything for any reason so it's like his imagination just crazy here to work for his company Blaze TV fulltime to provide valerin income while he transitioned from quitting DHS and launching his own own organization that's completely made up out of hle cloth never happened not not even a suggestion not a whisper not a discussion Elder Ballard and the Mormon Church were primarily interested in building Ballard into an American her hero so they could take advantage of the fact that that later it would reflect well on the Mormon church and help their long-term goal of assimilating into the family of American Evangelical churches I've already addressed how incredibly false that is the Mormon Church however has stated consistently that Ella's interest in helping Tim was a shared interest in helping vulnerable children and people around the world who have been trafficked which was not the primary focus of Ballard's career or the Mormon churches involvement from my perspective my objective starting o was to rescue children from sex slavery we have documented it it's clear thousands of women and children have been rescued assisted liberated by o by AAL recovery other organizations that worked with consulted with that's the goal of o no o funding No in fact we were insistent to make sure in fact even a book I wrote called slave Steelers which will come up later that tells the story of the founding of O and and all this even we we kept that off even though it's The Story of O we didn't even use o platforms to even tell that story that's how care careful we were to keep everything separate because I talk about the American Covenant also in that book okay so that's how separate everything was the primary focus was to make Bell into a celebrity and American hero and wider non-m Mormon American culture I already talked about the silliness of that to accomplish this the Mormon Church Ballard and and are needed Ballard to be perceived as a savior of children again we've already discussed so stupid so dumb and that's also a contradiction to what he said earlier about scrubbing exactly it's it's full of contradictions yeah the purpose of all the film you're gonna he admits here his motive for doing what he's doing it's so obvious to the objective reader we'll get to it why is he doing this why is he going down and testifying uh in favor of someone who's um the purpose of all film projects ballor engaged in was to accomplish this perception persuade others to donate money to ballor organization and ultimately accomplish the Public Relation to goals of the Mormon church I I there couldn't be anything more false than that again o was established to save children and we've proven that we did that period um to my knowledge this plan was never made known to 's donors or to those who donated to other organizations ballot overa again I'd love to see some proof where did any O Donor dollars go towards promoting anything other than rescuing children you won't find it believe me if it was out there it would be it' be it'd be there you'd see it and it would be against the law because we were had one purpose and one purpose only to help trafficed children once ballad was a household name in Evangelical Homes it would be revealed that he was a Mormon and he would uh bring evangelicals to believe in who likewise believe in American americanism into the Mormon Church excepting the [ __ ] but again contradiction I thought I wasn't supposed to be known I had I was the plan was for me to be screed scrubbed um Elder Ballard also made Arrangement so the deser book would market and sell tim B's book to L hypothesis and raise ballor royalties beyond the normal royalties paid to firsttime Desert office can can I say something real quick it almost seems like he had this idea of his own and then like he had this somewhere like this was his plan to do something as a journalist a freelance journalist and you know when someone calls themselves a freelance Journal you can imply you can you can you know no one wanted to hire you right right right um anyway um so this is easy factual how would he have any idea what my roties were but they were standard as standarded as anybody's and the only negotiation I had was with me and desert book Executives Elder Ballard had nothing to do with those negotiations at all um it is believed it is believed by who by Ryan fiser because it's it's known to me that this not to be true that I am the highest earning author in desert desert book history why would you put again why would you put something out there that's so easy to to disprove it's it's like him testifying that the kids are all actors and I I've I've warned him I've warned everybody we have the video footage it's all coming out and if he's really a journalist then he will have to admit that he's looking at videos where there is it's beyond it's beyond again we talked about this I went on the news unlike all these news programs that were not biased one way or the other and they're just saying oh my gosh we couldn't show the videos yet you know until after the verdict right but but the reporters were allowed to look at the videos and then comment and they're like it's overwhelming it's unbelievable it's out of her own mouth I mean people got emotional some of the reporters even got emotional wow how horrific the footage was I think I I I I already said this before but um I did show the videos when they were making sound of freedom to the director Alejandro mtiv and he said I can't even put in the lines that Kelly Suarez says because it's too disgusting for audiences it goes too far because as we've talked about and you'll see she's she she's she's talking with the other traffickers about anal sex with the kids as young as 11 years old 12 years old 13 years old oral everything but she says just be delicate with them when you're doing it to Alejandra that was too much right it's like they even one of the traffickers at one point in front of Kelly saying these are innocent kids and she says yeah and she she agrees and says he'll be delicate with them again it's all coming out and and and all these posts that Ryan's doing right now oh they are not going to age well at all right well I was going to say number 36 it's it's easy to say like you said uh It is believed that's kind of a safe way to uh not incriminate yourself but also to cast doubt so you can say anything you can make he and that's what he's doing he's he's making sure that he uses little words that kind of uh you know protect him yeah Elder Balor also planned for Tim Balor to be featured in other Mormon media firms including by TV okay one this discussion never happened he's never suggested I go on BV and again wait a minute I'm supposed to be scrubbed from the Moran church so they're scrubbing me but putting me on be TV okay well this this is an amazing journalist this Ryan Fischer uh Elder Ballard brought in Mormon Glenn Beck to help plan how to get Tim Ballard into evangelica Holes Zero truth to that Glenn would back that up Glenn donated significant amounts of money for ball to create o and invited him to host one of his programs on TV Glen was was very instrumental in raising money um and he did have me host one of his shows yeah and that's that's public knowledge people know that I created a TV show concept called the Abolitionist in 2012 which would feature Ballard and his team setting up sting operations and saving kids and that's AR that's arguable I came up with the name abolitionist we had discussions when I was at Homeland Security he said what if we what if we track you doing this privately okay and he continues Ballard and I pitched Geographic Channel on the concept they loved it they wanted it to air through their International Network distribution which reached many of the countries where human trafficing have kids a major problem it wouldn't necessarily be aired in the United States initially balor's plan was to leave DHS in the near future National Geographic Channel wanted to produce and air the TV series as soon as Ballard left DHS Ballard backed out of the project because he wouldn't get paid a lot of money for participation and might not get the fame in the United States he and the Mormon Church sought for first of all if I had National Geographic doing a documentary about me I think that would lead to fame if that's what I wanted I mean that's that's a pretty big deal um I turned it down and by the way I didn't pitch them they called me Ryan got on a phone call they pitched me the idea and and they said we will control where you do the operations it won't be based on necessity it won't be based on what's most effective it's going to be based on what's most entertaining and I actually respected the fact that they were being on right also made my stomach churn and I said if I were ever leave and do this privately I'm going to do it in the way that rescues the most kids and that was it and they were probably offering you money lots of money they offered me money I can't remember how much they offered me but it didn't matter because when they told me that this was about entertainment I had spent I had spent a decade rescuing children it was my passion it still is my passion and believe me no no amount of money would be worth what I've had to go through right risking my life almost widowing my my wife almost orphaning my children I don't know how many times this is about rescuing children absolutely and when they told when National Geographic said this was going to be an entertainment and they're gonna they direct they're going to have total control of how of where I do the operations based on entertainment I said no not at all there is no discussion by the way about if it was in the US or outside of the US um he he's saying that Elder Ballard in the church wanted me to to be famous in the US that total contradiction look at the first two years of O it was all International I had no I thought of doing domestic work until I think year three or four when we started realizing that we could start helping in the US as well that's all explained in sound of Freedom the idea that the resources weren't available the expertise wasn't available in certain countries like Colombia that was why I went until years later that we thought hey we can help in the US as well again if the goal being that I'm supposed to be some us star then how come go look at go look at oar's record all of our first operations are all overseas and because that was the original intent um it was apparent to me that while it was ELD Ballard's wish to get Ballard into Evangelical Homes Ballard's interest in making the abolitionist was primarily to make money and gain Fame not to save kids or combat human trafficking again no explanation just just it became apparent to him I I don't know what that means you think I made a lot of money on the Abolitionist are you kidding me um uh the the idea of doing of documenting our work is very important one for evidence two to show the world what's happening because nobody could believe that children were being sold um and so it's very important Elder ballor Association and support was frequently discussed by ballot to potential supporters or donors and gave him credibility wherever he was seeking support or money for his Endeavors again I've addressed this to my knowledge unless he did it behind my back Elder Ballard never told anybody to donate to ur without Elder Ballard's support Ballard likely would not have accomplished celebrity status and all are would likely not have been launched or become successful again I have zero knowledge and neither does Ryan or he' put it in here of any single person Group whatever institution that Elder Ballard went to and said hey go make this guy famous give them money because it never happened and and again if it did and he had personal knowledge of it you know he would have put it in here right other Ballard helped Tim Ballard in obtaining donors for his documentary TV series and O under the pretext that they were helping to rescue child sex slaves in Columbia Elder Balor had nothing to do in any way ship or form with the investors who came in and started the Abolitionist zero he didn't meet with them to my knowledge unless all this was happening on my back this was completely separate from anything at all with with with Elder Ballard um uh however once donors were lined up to pledge money for the production of the Abolitionist okay once donors it was one single donor who who who funded the Abolitionist okay so right there shows his absolute ignorance once donors were lined up to pledge money for the production of abolition Ballard cut me out of the project and simply pocketed the money and never made anything besides a fundraising movie which was a flop at the box office and never did anything significant to raise awareness domestically or internationally about the problem wow see first of all let's talk about this I cut him out of what so years earlier he makes a pitch to me that I reject okay then couple years later I get another offer from someone who I think is a lot more talented I'd seen Ryan stuff his show got cancelled I'm personally I didn't find him I don't find him I don't think he's been very successfully uh professionally and I think that's easy for no just go look him up um I didn't choose him I said no to his pitch years later I say yes to someone else's pitch and that that means I cut him out of what he was part of nothing but me saying no I don't want to do your project right like cut him out okay this this just goes to his credibility and his willingness to just just be completely dishonest um uh oh also it was a flop at the box office funny enough go check this out it was a fathom event it was one of their more successful events over 70,000 uh tickets were purchased for that that one night event and it was a super success it it it had very much significance in the fight against human trafficking and awareness I get people coming up to me all the time saying I learned about you for the first time when I saw the Abolitionist 70,000 people going to a documentary on a single night pretty significant then it gets even worse for Ryan because that turned the Abolitionist some of the same footage and part of the story was turned into another uh documentary called operation to Saint and I just did I just checked with the producers and only only about three million um and change have tuned in and watched on Amazon Prime or YouTube the Abolitionist is or I'm sorry operation two saint highly significant uh in in in both awareness and in fundraising that allowed us to rescue thousands now of women and children and not just our organization but others as well so it's just it's it's just on its face completely false what he's saying and of course that's why he doesn't include numbers it was a flop a real journalist would say it was a flop only 2,000 tickets were sold there's no journalist on the planet who would just say this I me I'm talking about a real journalist giv specifics yeah right you go look it up it's all there it's public information how many people so the fact that he can't back any of this up notice that everything he says is backed up with exactly zero evidence okay um and that that film I said has been super significant in our fight to help the most vulnerable children on the planet after the abelicious movie was circulated other reputable human trafficking organizations denounced o techniques as re Reckless dangerous counterproductive because they were creating a market for child exploitation wherever they went and trying to solicit children from the promise of a big payday for participants taking advantage of desperate people in Desperate situations that's just I'm I I don't know where he got that I'm sure people say all sorts of things about people who are successful that's not how we do our operations we've been very clear from the beginning we do not create demand and we for example like the case of Kelly Suarez you know we've talked about this we were asked to go sit on P Blanca because the Colombians were getting into the children were being sold we have the camera footage of this guy Fuego who comes up to me and solicits me he says do you want girls I said what exactly girl what do you mean by girls what do you got it's all in the footage it's all going to come out he says I got 13 year olds 14 year olds boom boom boom boom that's how we do our work right we don't go around soliciting we put ourselves in the positions where we know kids are being where we believe kids are being sold and they bring up if if we're solicited then we follow that lead that's how law enforcement Works 's own employees rais concerns about these tactics as well as misappropriation of funds but no action was taken directly again a true journalist would say more details about this I don't know talking about who what employees who who said it give me the situation give me the date give me the time okay just just another just fluff paragraph Okay so given the failure of the Abolitionist and again I want to mention the executive producer of the Abolitionist is Jerry Mullen the academy award-winning producer of Schindler's List and many other films and again it was a great success I'm going to make another Point 70,000 plus ticket get sold in one night try doing that with the documentary leads to operation 2 saint has over 3 million streams that leads to sound of Freedom over a 100 million people watch that movie it was all very successful no I was one of them like Ryan doesn't want it to be successful he wants you to think it wasn't because guess what he wanted to do it and we didn't want him to do it he he he wanted he wanted the job and I said no and go watch nead Explorer mean where he pretends that he comes up with all this stuff when he's it's all plagiarized from other people you know um well like I said at the beginning it's jealousy canel it was cancelled okay uh my stuff didn't get canceled my stuff just kept growing and growing and getting bigger and bigger and we're already in pre-production of s of Freedom too so this is a guy I'm just gonna make an opinion here who and you said it is very jealous okay he's been trying to make money off of me from day one with first with the tours which we're gonna get to that in a minute how that ended he couldn't do that tour without me in fact I told him I said go do it on your own then and and I was laughing inside because I know he he he can't he couldn't even begin to do the tours they're all based on my research and my books well and you everything you've been describing like all you're using numbers you're using stats you're using figures that's right and he's not and he's not but but he's the journalist right bottom line is this Ryan fiser has tried to make a career out of make writing my coattails try to make money okay he failed with his pitch on his show he failed on the tours and I can't wait to tell you that true story and so guess what he's still trying to make money off of me but now he's like now I'm gonna turn Tim into a bad guy and try to make money off of him he literally went on on in the public with with his partner and and is asking for money so that he can be paid so he continues the same cycle how can I make myself rich and famous off of Tim Ballard it didn't work on the positive so now we'll take it we'll hit him on the negative right it's it's it's very clear to me what's going on um do you do you want me to read do you want me to read and then you could talk about it sure in 2016 Ballard invited me to a private meeting with elder Ballard Tim Ballard and president of UR John Morland in Elder Ballard's private office where Ballard and I were given an assignment or an unofficial calling to make a different TV show that would reach a national audience and accomplish these goals for the church what say you completely false call John Morland there was never an idea to do a different TV show we never talked about that Ryan and I were doing tours at the time I was stupid to bring him you know at the time he was a friend um Elder Ballard was very interested in our messaging about turning the nation back to God and I decided I I meet with I met with Elder Ballard so often that it wasn't you know a big deal to bring somebody and say hey right you know we're doing these tours together do you have any thoughts for how we can help you know get this message to the world and again never was there a message about let's trick people into joining the church it was all about just turning people back to God that was it and he saw that we were trying to do that and he was happy to help give advice on how to do that that's it right um and he was very concerned about missing children and hurt children that's why he asked me to go it wasn't an official Church assignment he just said hey I got information about this little boy in Haiti was kidnapped from church property would you be willing to go look for him and and and I said yes you know I mean anyway so go on all right 57 this show was to be based on Tim's research and have no Mormon references in another attempt to be appealing to Evangelical Christians false that's all I can say didn't happen that's John Morland on the okay Elder Ballard issued assignments or callings to others to help in the effort to get Ballard's celebrity status in The Wider Evangelical culture false all I can do is say false this included Ken krogue who was another friend of Elder Ballard's and who was in charge of the Mormon Church's social media campaigns and I I love that he finally brings something in here that you can actually try to verify call Ken krog he will verify everything I'm saying is is true no one talked about doing a TV show in fact if I can be real honest the only conversations we had was if we were to do anything at all Ryan didn't have the talent to do it right and that's apparent by well this was all based on Talent like I said disg grunt a disgruntled Guy where his career was plummeting he's go look at him what has he done what has he done he's trying to make money off of lies about me I mean what a great career path he's been on well you can you know the difference between like people that really have worked in law enforcement really have been in serious operations where it's a life or death situation uh my wife called him a larper you know what a larper is somebody that pretends you know like at the Renaissance Fair there's a difference between a real Knight and the guy that puts tenf foil around the cardboard sword and pretends and that's what he's and that's what he's doing right now it's funny right now as we speak he is doing what he accused me of doing creating this like tragic difficult situation and he's the hero it is so I'm I'm dying extraordinaire you know like that I that's an implosion man the guy who the guy who works for the the person who was selling kids as proven in so many ways in the videotapes told me that's how I know that's my personal knowledge and he he's he's writing these dispatches back home so his buddy can post them and stuff about like he's so it's so dangerous and I'm I'm alive I'm I'm here I'm telling this by personal knowledge I know this because the attorney who's representing you know the the person selling the kids told me and you won't believe what they told me oh all the stuff I'm learned you know what a journalist does because he says he a journalist they go do some a little research you know they would have gone and listened to the interviews that I have done listen to the response of the reporters who are actually journalists reporting on the videos that they saw you know am I paying all these reporters just pretend I mean the videos are come out well and it also makes you wonder how much do the attorneys believe he's saying her his ATT the the attorneys he's working with you know and and they started set him up they they set him up like you can't believe I I feel bad for him they totally just set him up it's a guy that's he he has a grudge against I mean he's telling you his motives right here I rejected every offer he came to me with I walked away from I walked away from the tours which I can't wait to get to to explain the truth of that one and that again you could you could prove this in a criminal investigation by the money transactions that what I'm saying is true but we got to wait till we get to that part all right here we go Ballard met with Elder Ballard on a very regular basis uh B Ballard was obsessed with feelings of guilt questioning whether his work in child sex slavery at DHS and OU made him morally unclean this is this is absolutely ridiculous that never happened and he what he's doing here is setting up to bring in this most bizarre story that I've ever heard in the whole statement he's setting it up Tim feels unclean about his work okay now you'll go on all right here we go as Ballard's business advisor and religious leader Ballard went to Elder Ballard about his concerns I've never gone to Elder Ballard about my concerns or your business he's not your business adviser either I'm your business advisor okay Ballard told me that Elder Ballard had given him special blessings which took away any concerns he had about whether he was morally clean that is not something an apostle of Jesus Christ would do it never happened he G he did give me many many blessings that were beautiful and sacred um and to my family he he set apart my boys for their missions um you know that was the relationship we had but there was never a time when he gave me a blessing where he about whether I was morally clean and assured him that that he would not be sinning or held accountable before the church and God for immoral things he engaged in okay complete BS given the Ballard's concerns about his moral cleanness were removed Tim became emboldened in his approach to everyone and everything after receiving these blessings complete BS I don't know else to say backed up by nothing of course fluff yeah it it is my belief that Ballard likely received a secret Temple or yeah this is where you want to highfive each other okay this is implosion 101 he's like you know what I took it this far put something like this in to go this far I'm Gonna Keep on man you know what I can create because nobody knows what goes on right get a journalist can you imagine he called himself a journalist can you imagine a journalist saying it is my belief that that you know the Donald Trump was part of skull and bones and and did weird ordinances and kids wouldn't do something you got to back it up with something right it's my belief that Ballard likely receiv received a temple ordinance from Elder Ballard called the second anointing the first time I've ever heard of an of an ordinance or so-called uh the second anointing was reading this statement I don't even know what he's talking about I've never heard of the second anointing yeah I others said they've heard of rumors or something it's it's it's folk lorish it's there's nothing substantial there's there's nowhere there's nothing really substantiated about that at all uh okay here we go Elder Ballard's great great great uncle taught that the second anointing served to ensure and guarantee salvation guaranteed exaltation and conferred godhead and that one could not fall from these blessings even if one sinned I have no idea what he's talking about never read that anywhere I've never seen that anywhere well and and he's getting it now I'm not going to get into theology there is something called your calling election made sure but that's usually somebody receives a priesthood blessing and by the Holy Ghost someone has you know usually they're 90 years old they're getting ready to die and somebody has felt prompted to tell them that they that they're going to go to a good place that's about it then he goes on and he these guys Tom Phillips Elder Matson who I don't know who these people are they got the one too whatever Tim Ballard continue to author books books I don't I've never heard of Tom Phillips or Elder Hans mson I don't know who they are Tim Ballard continued to author books that church owned Des are a book and Covenant book sold you know again all this while they're trying to scrub me from the internet pretending that I'm not part of the church at this point in time after becoming angry at o deser a book and anyone who was profiting off of what he called his message and his calling as the prophet of the American Covenant the prophet of American Covenant and I and I was angry at DES a book and are what I call well wait I want to say this I've known you for a while I've never heard you refer to me refer to yourself as a prophet I've never no neither has anybody else but or anything like that it is believed apparently that I'm the profit of the American Covenant um this part it's fun at this point after now that I've I've proclaimed myself a prophet Balor demanded that I pay him more money than what was already agreed upon for his participation in my tour business when I refused because I didn't have more money he angrily demanded that I turn over my tour company documents under the guys that he wanted to audit me okay let's just talk about this this is this is again this is one of my favorite of his lies so like I told you before it wasn't his company NOP we were Partners 5050 based on my books the first time he ever did a tour from Boston to DC that's our tour was with me 5050 he was in charge of logistics I was in charge of the tour he I trusted him with the finances which was a huge error on my part I trust that he was honest and after he paid the vendors the bus you know any kind of museums we were going to so for the hotels okay then what was left over hopefully there's a profit and we cut it half and half that was the deal well I noticed on after one of the tours I got a check that was very small like smaller than the previous checks had been yet we had the same or more amount of people so I'm I did the math in my head I'm like there's no way this is 50% of the of the of the take so I give him a call and I said Ryan can you explain to me why this check is so much smaller and he hemmed and he hot and he was like getting nervous and I'm like what did you do and he admits to me he's like well I paid my I was paying myself for doing the some of the logistics work and I did get mad and I did I I I remember I remember yelling and I shouldn't have yelled but I was so upset because in my world that's called embezzlement that's called robbery absolutely I mean can you imagine so he's he's that'd be like me putting in invoices and I told him I I said that'd be like me putting in invoices for every day that I gave a tour or I gave a lecture he knew the deal the deal was clear we split 50/50 well he decided to take that final pool and shrink it shrink it shrink it by paying himself to do the logistics work that he was supposed to get paid for to do so pay basically paying himself twice and cutting me out but all the while acting like I'm working for him like he paid me to do this okay that's exactly what happened you could do it a full investigation look into him showing the bank record showing him paying himself robbing me at that point I knew I can no longer do business with this person right so he says so he he angry demanded I give him all the money I had in my bank account complete bull crap I said I want because what happened was well let me let me finish and I'll get to that um you know I can find anything that I want implying to me that he can take me down if I don't comply with his demands I don't know maybe I probably did say I I would say I I I want to audit this I mean I didn't really need to because he confessed to me that he had done it and you know uh and the fact that he didn't tell me like if he if he came to me said hey look this is this is more this is taking more time than I thought would you be okay if I took x amount out he was paying himself whatever he wanted right and and I might have said yes I might have said oh I I can see this taking a lot of time but but the truth is it took me over 10 years to get to the point to have enough knowledge to even put on it to her I could I could charge you for all that time for 10 years of research what he did was completely dishonest by any objective standard okay and then he didn't give me all the the money out of his bank account he what happened was he said I have I think like I have $5,000 left in the pool and I'm keeping that $5,000 for our next tour for marketing and I said no I want my half of that right now because I'm done doing tours with you I will never trust somebody who did who did what you just did and again if if if if it turned into an investigation it all the the accounting the forensics would be clear as day this is what he did he admitted to doing it with me would you stay in business with someone who did that nope I absolutely not I was done and the and the fact that you were trusting him to to to control the money as well part of part of the logistics was controlling the finances right and I stupidly just trusted him he was doing that I mean anyone in my place would be so ticked off and and and you know that kind of shows not kind of that is a trait of someone that is trustworthy people that trust others so you you in a you were being trustworthy yourself because you trusted him right that's right so uh fearing his threats and anger I turned over my tour vendor contacts my financials my budget and gave him all the money in my bank account including my marketing money set aside to Market next year's tour the only partial truth there is that that I got half of the money which was mine save for marketing because I wasn't going to Market with him again there other part fearing his threats and anger I turned over my tour vendor contacts okay how Ryan I assume that would be an email I don't think you would have packaged all that and live to else provide the email where you turned over vendor contacts financials budget none of that happened more here say yeah and it's again and it's provable and and seriously what kind of wimp would I mean you're fearing his threats and anger I I gave him all my money I mean what really some dude calls you and says give me all the money from your B oh okay here you go I'm surprised willing to even in in his fake version of what happened that he's willing to to make himself look like such a coward anyway um Ballard used all of this to create his own American Covenant to her by the same name okay that name is the name of my book I named the to her because my book is called the American Covenant building off of years of branding my company built following the same itinerary and took my marketing money to Market his own tour behind my back okay he knows this there's text I have the text between him and I the tour that I did was not the same tour the tour I did was B was based on my new book called slave Steelers which was published in 2018 and I did a tour about Harriet Jacobs and um it starts in Edon North Carol Carolina it was a totally separate tour if I wanted to do the same tour that Brian and I did there was no problem doing that I would have called them I probably would have call them and I actually told them you know when we did have a little communication hey hey look I'm sorry I I guess I should have told you that I was doing this other tour just as a courtesy but but I said you're doing tours all the time he was doing tours in other places he didn't have to call me like I didn't you know and and and I I I didn't use his brand he has no he has no followers I didn't I didn't like as if I stole his marketing like I used his brand what brand he didn't have a brand he still doesn't have one he's he's trying to build a right now off of me right um so uh that's the truth of that and that could all be fically proven and he knows that's the truth um during the summer of 2019 Elder Ballard accompanied Ballard and his family on the American Covenant tour it I I he did ask me to take him on the tour site it wasn't a paid for tour it was just a you know two friends and a couple of family members who you wanted to see the sites and hear pictures it's true so what in December of 2019 Elder ballad mentioned Ballard in his commencement address to be Idaho if he did that that's news to me and I want to point something out just real quick you brought up a good point you said so what why is he mentioning it uh mentioning uh um a a uh a fact that doesn't matter because when you put little truths mix he's he's trying to weave something here so when you have little bits of un what do you call it pointless truth or you know that means to bring some credibility to exactly exactly go ahead so uh in December ELD Balor mentioned him in the commencement address I invite anyone to go to the commencement address of 2019 and see if I mention there I will be shocked if I am I think I would have heard about that and claimed Ballard to be an expert on Nephi Nephi's vision and the pilgrims right before Tim bellad released his new book in May of 2020 the pilgrim hypothesis with a forward by Glenn Beck now I do know that Elder Balor did give a talk in Boston and he talks about the sites that I had taken him to and the things that I explained about the historical connection between God and America he did that I didn't ask him to do that I was actually shocked that he did I think he mentioned me like twice in the talk that it certainly wasn't at that place and who cares anyway he can do what he wants that's what he did with his and there was there was no connection to my book he didn't mention my book he wasn't marking I book these actions by Elder Ballard were very upsetting to me because Ballard had stolen my company from me and an apostle of the church was giving Ballard credibility of which he was undeserving so that's that's I guess you know he I guess he's aining on what Elder Balor thinks is deserving or not and that's his right to do I had nothing to do with that um and again we've already addressed how I stole his company from him you I remember saying to him I said hey Ryan there's no we never there's no agreement here there's no contract you do your again he did his he did his own tours all the time in other places in in in the United States on the Book of Mormon you know Heartland area and I didn't complain and I went ahead and said Hey listen and by the way feel free to to take people on that American Coven T anytime you want and and this is we this is my weakness manifesting but I was laughing inside because I knew he he wouldn't even be able to stumble through a few sentences about it I mean I I I literally got complaints every now and then on the tour he D he' grabbed the microphone I had multiple complaints people saying hey when he when he's talking he does it doesn't even make sense he doesn't even know what he's talking about right again he's never he he doesn't come up with anything original he doesn't Discover he just takes my stuff and others I know he's used Bruce Porter stuff and Ron meldam stuff and and in his neat Explorer show clearly makes you believe that he discovered it while driving on his motorcycle through the desert I mean it's it's it's it's quite interesting um um oh this one I love I love this one okay I had no further I had no further dealings with Ballard yep that's because I walked away not because he did he got mad that I walked away until he was under investigation from the davidon County Attorney office I love this at this point in time Ballard contacted me and offered to send me his new book he had the audacity to act as if nothing had happened okay this is this is another great journalistic experience from the great journalist right okay so in in September of 2018 I published a book called slave Steelers okay that year I gave that book away to I I don't know I think about like 50 to 100 copies and I gave it away as as Christmas presents and I remember thinking to myself clearly I I misread Ryan it was so obvious that he had wronged me it was so obvious that he was stealing money from the tour account and I actually told Katherine I said I think I'm gonna send Ryan a copy of the book so he knows as a way to say like hey all is well by gon or by gon because I really believed that it what he had done against me which was criminal right in my opinion is stealing money but we had no contract so I was there's nothing to pursue really you know which is his word against mine or I suppose um but what he what he had done was so unethical and I I I thought that he was moral enough to recognize dang that was really wrong of me to do that um and so my intention of sending the book was like hey everything's cool you know all things forgiven kind of right well that's but but but here's what he says he says okay I I responded by accusing him of stealing my business to which he replied that if I took something that wasn't his that he'd make it right which is true I said hey if I took more than my half somehow tell me because my my understanding is that you took more than your half and I just I got I still I'm left with left with less than what was owed me because you already used it and spent it right so I did say how could I possibly be guilty of something you still have more money than I got from that tour against our agreement right but this is the best part 81 I believe that Tim contacted me and tried to give me his book and hopes I would remain silent with regard to being a witness in the Davis County Fraud investigation against him and O are okay there was an investigation which was open and closed okay now here's the kicker to the the great journalist Ryan Fischer I gave him that book it was published in September of 2018 I gave it to him in December of 2018 the investigation with Davis County began two years later in the fall of 2020 the investigation begins that's documented this is all I mean it's just absolutely it just tells you everything you need to know about who Ryan fiser is and what Moes to make a con yeah and and that's why I pointed out at the beginning we're not here to uh poke fun we're here to show character apologize if I'm poking fun but right no Cara the character of the person right and that's all factual go look it up we were under investigation at Davis County between 2020 and I think the beginning of 2023 when they closed the case because they couldn't find anything because there was nothing there to find and Ryan's book was given to him two years before for that investigation not even close so you see how he's very loose and fat with making these great connections with His Brilliant mind I mean it's just it's just so sad it's embarrassing I still fearing and not trusting him I simply asked him to leave me alone I believe that Tim contacted me and tried to give me his book and hopes I don't mean s he did that I never heard for from or spoke to Tim again I had been warned by multiple friends who were former Oar employees that ballor threatened them in an attempt to keep them silent from publicly speaking out against him and participating in the Davis County investigation that never happened there's no proof of that I was dead as a grave when it came to that Ian I I encourage people anyone who wants to go talk go talk get out there in fact there's records of it my attorneys are reaching out constantly what do you want what do you want because we knew we were innocent so that's just another fluff piece with no backing whatsoever um and then 84 this is this and this part is just the fun part now this completely just changed subjects completely and somehow all of this we're up to 83 now now 84 jumps into this whole new thing what I want this court to understand is that the raid in caha was a well staged cosplay fraud fictional situation performed by actors funded by wealthy members of the Mormon church and listed by Elder Ballard with the primary intention to provide Tim Ballard a Sizzle reel or the perception of saving children so we could get money and fame so that a movie could be made about Tim and and be presented into Evangelical Homes across the country as an American hero blah blah blah okay here's the problem I want to go back again to the very first part of this okay these states under penalty of perjury you don't need to go back because it's just right right right right under penalty of perjury okay this is a felony potentially this is serious okay he says everything below I know from firstand knowledge from personal knowledge okay and now here he is saying he didn't he in other parts he said it's believed or it's my impression no he States his absolute facts I want this jury to understand that the raid in Carta was was a fraud a fictional situation performed by actors okay wow because perjury is a real thing and everybody's watching this case okay and and and after the verdict and the videos come out and prove everything I mean this is very serious it's very serious I know want to make money off of me he's been trying to you know for the last more than a decade but I wonder if it's worth it to to to to go this far um well and I've been following this case for almost a year well how long's it been like nine months eight months that uh the request for comment came out and I looked at the I I I watched the videos um and it it's uh I I'm feeling bad for him as well we should probably be praying for him I honestly feel bad I feel embarrassed and my wife child last night I started laughing and she's like Tim this is yeah he's got a wife he's got kids yeah it's so embarrassing and and and he's he's acting like again the someone are people are sending me this post like I'm still alive I'm here I'm not scared of the cartels when I'm scared of Tim Ballard dude I'm oh he also said that he thinks I'm going to be in the courtroom to confront him dude I'm back home I'm back home in bed working out hanging I mean I are you kidding me we were all excited we're like I'm so glad that Ryan fiser with all of these lies that are provable he's gonna go to the court and say I know that they were actors how do you know that uh because the attorney who's defending and representing the the accused trafficker told me like wow that what what great journalism you know journalists know that they don't say things unless they can back them up absolutely back up with that the attorneys who are representing the defendant told me oh no I'm embarrassed I'm embarrassed and I and I and I wonder if him and his his companions you know are gonna have the the journalistic integrity and I'm GNA ask you Troy yeah to will you show the videos Ryan will you be honest and actually say I saw the videos or you just gonna pretend that they didn't come out because they're all gonna come out and the judge has them and everybody that watches my program you know either I'm lying or Ryan's lying well why would you and why would me or you lie about a video that we know we're gonna put out that we know is Gonna Come Out minute the verdict comes in those videos are released yep why absolutely why would you why would you put your credibility on the line I would do that we know what the videos say the judge knows what they say a dozen or more like legitimate actual journalists in Columbia who interviewed me last week know what's in those videos their reactions are are genuine in fact you can tune in h tomorrow their version of 60 minutes it's kakle which is like the largest I was told the largest media Outlet in Columbia they have a special show it's their version of 60 minutes I'm the guest I showed the reporter the videos and then she starts the questioning look at her reaction they're appalled they're absolutely appalled and they can't believe you know that these people from the United States including you know the attorneys who are representing all the people suing me right including Kelly Kelly SS would have the audacity to come down into their country and try to meddle in in this thing and try to set free somebody who is selling an 11-year-old absolutely because they know the damage that's already being done there with human trafficking I would just ask people I would ask Ryan fiser I'm sure I know he has kids and picture one of your kids when they were 11 years old 12 years old 13 years old right just picture that that's you're gonna see in the video that that's who Kelly Suarez was selling and not just selling but instructing us on how to rape them okay think about that because that's what I think about when I'm doing operations I can't help it I superimpose the my children's faces on those kids in the in the end that's who Ryan fiser is attacking that's who he is re abusing well that's that's who they're all attacking he's re exploiting these kids who have who H who were not actors there there's a there's an Aftercare institution called reer who are just as upset as I am they took those kid those kids in and took care of them for years are you tell me they took in actors for years and and undone and undid all the horrific damage that had happened to them there there's one Survivor who's gonna come out pretty soon but he he's running around we've had to move him three times we got to move out of the country because of what Ryan and these people are doing by by by pretending to know things they don't know and twisting a story I mean they're they're continuing actually supporting human trafficking by doing what they're doing and and what's the most motive I think Ryan gave us his motive right here he's mad because I refuse to allow him to use me to make money and he's mad that he got caught taking money from the coffers that he knew he wasn't supposed to he's mad that I didn't choose him because I didn't think he was talented enough when I had an offer that was better the guy's mad he's he has a grudge he left the church he's trying to attack the church here I think it's obvious I think he says it all right there in his statement we went through everything Y and and I I can't wait for the verdict to to to come out I'm hoping it's as early as as as next week so and like I said we're we've talked before I was talking to my wife I think it was last night there's a difference between those who extend a hand of Fellowship who extend a hand of forgiveness it's never going to come from [Music] the the the minions I'm going to just say the minions of the adversary who Gaslight you they you know because you you you've try tried several times to uh you know you gave them your book you're you're you're reaching out to him but Tim you can never get a sociopath or a psychopath and that's who they are these people are psychopaths or sociopaths they are they're narcissistic and um and you you can't get through to people like that they don't care about the higher way and that those are my personal beliefs as well as many others and let the let the facts speak for themselves that's all you can do the facts speak for themselves I feel bad for um Ryan I do I feel bad for his family you know from whatever I ever saw from his wife and children they're great people um and it's just going to be really embarrassing yeah these videos come out and but you know we're not gonna we're also not going to stand back and and not defend ourselves against vicious lies because again like I've said I'm GNA end this by saying this this is not about me it's not about even this case this is about the future of children in Colombia and around the world who need to be rescued and if they can discredit this case and if they can make up stories about someone selling kids then they discredit the cause they demoralize the cause okay and and so by standing up against Ryan I am standing for the children who still need to be rescued and with that I'm ready to end the God I thank you Troy I I thank you because I think you did 35 episodes defending me uh before I even knew you and I'm grateful for your gift of discernment I'm grateful for you actually doing the research and we're going to continue fighting for righteousness because my goal has never changed right through all of this turmoil and it's been hell I'm not going to lie I'm not going to pretend that that I'm resilient this really this these attacks and these lies have been very hurtful to my family um but if you if if you're watching I'm not stopping I we're we're doing as many rescues as ever um uh you know we we talked recently about one we did in in in in Mexico and Ryan and his team said oh look they're lying about that because the Mexican paper didn't include their name in it guess what folks we asked them not to because we want the Mexicans to take the credit for the work they do we literally ask them don't include us in your first stories keep us out we want we want the people to know that you are trustworthy that you are long we'll tell the story at the right time in the right place you know with the permission of the of the Mexican Government but um we we want we want them to be built up but it's just they'll stop at nothing and and they're hurting kids bottom line they're hurting kids and I will stand up for kids and that's why I'm doing this interview so
