it's it's just not a good look for Michigan it's like back to square one I think but we're national champions and we will be national champions until mid January so or you just win the National Championship in January yeah that that's probably out of the guards this year but I appreciate that what about you what do you take away from this um Texas is a national title Contender I think we knew that going into the season I don't think that's that shouldn't be a surprise for anyone and then also that I didn't really take away anything away this is what I thought was going to happen it's that Michigan doesn't have an offense they really don't it's just not there when it becomes third you if it's run run pass every single possession it's too predictable and then when it becomes third you take away about was Michigan's defense bad is Texas's offense good is it something in between no I I really think this was a carbon copy of Georgia Clemson besides it was a little closer in the first half of Georgia Clemson but I think Michigan has an elite defense still I even though Texas put up 31 and 24 in the first half I still think Michigan still has an elite defense they're no joke but the offense is so hilariously bad it's so bad it's and that's I think the offense you know we talked about that bad Punt and then I think two interceptions that gave Texas great field position and at that point you can't really slam the defense when they score it's like your offense didn't put you in a great spot so it's I I still think the defense is good uh offense just didn't do anything to help it was punts deep in territory bad punts turnovers so it's not great I do want to uh there's a couple comments here Dallas Texas thank you for acknowledging that bad take I didn't acknowledge that the take was bad I can acknowledge that the take was wrong it it was it was right the process was right it was wrong it the no it was was a bad take everything I said what it was well thought it was good it was just wrong and then he says do you think Texas is back no yeah what do you mean now they were in the college football playoff last they're going to be in the college football playoffs again they're a national title Contender that means Texas is back but they were Texas Texas was in the playoffs last year so is what is back where were they last year if they if they're if you want to be back this talk about in general for years and years and years it was is Texas back is Texas back they're kind of getting the Miami oh you know is the you back is the you back both are back now both are very much Back Then I then I guess maybe it depends what you think but like I mean you still there are teams out there that are going to be better than Texas and I'm thinking Georgia I'm thinking or but by saying by saying Texas is back it means they are contending for a national title they are that good contending but what's contending making the playoffs uh I mean making the you know what they are though like there's going to be 12 teams this playoff but you're not going to sit here and say Penn State can truly contend for the national title they're a playoff Contender but they're not a national title Contender I think there's a difference there um I don't know I don't know if I'm ready to say I mean yeah I guess I could say Texas is National Title Contender I think there's there's five or six teams I would say that are and Texas would be one of those but it's I there's still I think Georgia and Oregon are up above everybody and then everybody like then you have the Alabama then you have the the Ohio State then you have the old Miss like they all Texas they all kind of fall in that secondary lump of teams um watching right now two Lane's driveing two minutes too go and uh pit
