Good evening, everybody. Welcome into sports. I'm here with Ken Dana Rocket City Trash Pan is Ace, also representative of the Los Angeles Angels here at the Futures game in Arlington, Texas. First of all, Ken, congratulations. Thank you. This announcement came out a couple of weeks ago. It's not really setting in. Yeah. No, it's, uh, being in a locker right now with all these guys is definitely setting in right now. You made your debut just recently in the top 100 of mlb.com in terms of prospects in baseball. Number one prospect in the Angels organization. Is there any added pressure come with that? I kind of just block it out, to be honest. Uh, it's all good, all good news, like all good outside noise, but, um, it doesn't really add any, any pressure and confidence always stays the same. You were 1/11 round pick in 2022. You sort of rocketed through the organization now with the Pandit now, looking poised to, to get a promotion, just how have you sort of dealt with that is going from a guy that was a, you know, a mid round pick in baseball and all of a sudden now you're, you're gonna be playing on national TV. Yeah. No, at first, like it was, I didn't, I, I don't really know too much. It was just like I thought being in the round would affect how much they have interest in you. But, uh, honestly the angels have shown me a lot of love and, uh, I don't think it really mattered what round I went in so I'm grateful for that. And, uh, yeah, I mean, like just, you know, I try to block out those, those thoughts of, you know, moving up and just trying to be where my feet are and Huntsville has helped me do that. It's a great place love. Huntsville. We talked before off camera about, about your two primary pitches. You obviously got a fastball and then you got a wipe out slider helping you rack up 910 K's a night like we've seen recently in Madison. Who do you owe the development of those pitches to? Um, it's honestly been like just something I've been playing around with, uh, not too much but, uh, Michael Wertz, obviously our pitching coach, he, he kind of just put a thought in my head where it was like, you know, have this mentality with it. And, uh, ever since then, ever since that bullpen I had with him and it's been different ever since, you know, if you're in this game, you're poised to eventually be playing in major league baseball, that's at least the thought, right. But if you are going to one day be pitching every fifth day as a starter in major league baseball, what do you feel like you need to do over the next weeks, months, years to make that reality possible. Uh I gotta keep doing what I'm doing. I mean, I, I'm ready to take on that role. 100%. Good luck, man. Thank you so much. That's Kate and Dana.
