McGovern & Waterman make All-Australian team

yes Howe here with the rest of the all Australian forward line and a man who is a firsttimer in the all Australian Jake wman congratulations Jake thank you mate it's a it's a bit of a well win last couple days for me and uh did you have this on your bingo catalog people talk about things are going to predict happening goals they want to do did you have on your bingo card you were going to kick 53 goals and be a member of the 2024 all Australian team what do you think um no no I did not I backed you in mate oh thank you um no mate it's uh yeah it's been a bit of a roller coaster of a year and I've sort of just just rode the waves of sort of bit of a purple patch and um yeah been riding that and having a bit of fun along the way and um yeah here I am very humbled to be a part of this team well congratulations mate well done on becoming an all Australian G it's been a long time between drinks 2019 you were a four-timer 5 years on and you finally get your fifth all Australian Blazer good to be back uh yeah it is it's just good to play footy again I haven't played much footy in the last three years so uh the body held up which is good but um yeah it's just good to be back out there and playing footy and and contributing to the to the club each week and you're on the cusp of having a new coach hearing a new voice how are you feeling about season 2025 yeah exciting yeah obviously a lot of change new coach comes a lot of change uh it's exciting with a young group as well so uh yeah for me being a bit older now on the older side it's uh it's good to have these young boys come around a bit of change and new voice so uh looking forward to next year well congratulations on your fifth place now I am going to go a little bit off script here
