Disney Sued Over Digital Resurrection of Peter Cushing in Rogue One

[Applause] Disney's very own Lucas film and the makers of Rog one a Star Wars story are been sued for using Peter kin's likeness kushen who passed away in 1994 portrayed Grandma staring in Star Wars on New Hope back in 1977 Disney recreated His Image digitally in Rogue one 2016 and some people call this a digital Resurrection fast forward 8 years and this has led to legal action from Kevin Francis one of Cushing's oldest friends Francis claimed there was a 1983 agreement prohibiting the reproduction of Cushing's appearance without his approval but does he have any proof we don't know but here's the thing Disney tried to get the case dismissed but the court rejected that request that's weird will this lwuit impact how Disney uses CGI to bring back characters in the future is this about preserving Peter Christian's Legacy or just a cash grab what's your take on this
