a recent screening of Joker 2 has left people in absolute shock to the point where they gave the film a 5 minute standing ovation claiming that this might be one of the greatest achievements ever done in [Music] cinema whether you like or hate or love or despise Joker it's clear that the film will pull some emotion out of you one way or another other and certainly this film has its share of almost Star Trek like devoted religious Fanatics and almost as many detractors now whether or not this is your cup of tea for Joker or not that's obviously up to you everybody has an opinion but just recently we talk about how this film is apparently completely different than anything that's been seen before well thanks to the Venice Film Festival Alberto Barrera he talked a little bit more about everybody watching the film the reaction and how people reacted after the film ended he said that after the first screening of the film was done everybody was left astonished everybody's mouth was gaping open and they could not believe what they just saw during that screening and the ending of the film now again it's a high bar and certainly I think some people will probably have the same reaction that's literally the reaction I had when I walked out of the Batman I know other people didn't I know people that personally love the Joker one of my best friends this is his favorite film of all time like you can mention any film to him now he's like it's not as good as Joker it doesn't matter what it is it's not Joker Joker is Untouchable to him I understand there's people like that I also know that there's people with that first Joker film that wanted to love it and then they ended up hating it because it wasn't what they expected so it's not for everybody when you hear things like this from film festivals and stuff again take it with a grain of salt you know we've heard X Marvel film tests through the roof and then we got the eternals and then we got thor1 Thunder on DC side Executives of WB gave Batman v Superman a standing ovation one executive jumped up and said this is the death of Marvel Studios were winning it didn't go that way you know so again they're kind of preaching to the choir last year was it last year or the year before I can't remember Indiana Jones and the Temple of not Temple of Doom Indiana Jones and the dial of Destiny got a five minute standing ovation at can's Film Festival most people I know despise that film and everything in it so again just temper expectations just just do it [Music]
