[Music] what is up Texas A&M agies fans gigum your old friend Indy cartim here Aggie's post game versus MC mcne State and that's a little better right what we saw there uh on Saturday a little bit more promising and encouraging than what we saw versus Notre Dame in week one as the aies get their first win of the season with a blowout dominating performance against mcne State and boy howdy did they need that now I understand it's MCN State it's not Notre Dame so credit where credit is due but it doesn't mean that things are fixed and everything's hunky dory in Aggy land although the Aggies are now back in the wind column one in one on the season we can forget about that disappointing loss to the Fighting Irish in the opener in week one at cyfield last week um the aies hang up 52 points allow just 10 at C field this week to the MCN State Cowboys uh which you know it's it's good to get back on track it's good to score 52 it's good to see Connor wigman playing like we expect him to it's good to see the defense playing well but that doesn't mean things are fixed boys and girls there's still some serious issues in Agy land uh that you got to get cleaned up before uh you head to Florida to take on the Gators at the swamp for the first SEC test of the Season we'll get into that in just a second though um yeah the agies look like the Aggies we expected to see this year right um 52 points it's the largest margin of victory since the win over Mississippi State last season in November I believe um and maybe the most positive thing we take out of this is that Connor wigman looked like Connor wigman again right gon or the struggles that he had against Notre Dame and man he had some struggles make no mistake and we don't know how much of that was him struggling or how much of that was him maybe not understanding the offense the assignment or maybe that was just Notre Dame's defense which is very very good by the way confusing him with their looks but that doesn't explain the utter inaccuracy that he had last week but that's all gone he looked really really good uh 11 of 14 135 yards two touchdown passes he's also carried the ball four times for 39 yards he looked good on the ground um the overall ground game for the agies 333 yards between six different ball carriers Le'Veon Moss had the most nine carries for 84 yards and two touchdowns Amari Daniels 12 carries 75 yards and two touchdowns of his own the aies had 259 I'm sorry 529 had a dyslexic moment there for a second 529 yards of total offense and 29 first downs that's the Colin Klein offense that we need to see right every week week in and week out uh defensively the aies controlled the game in all four quarters they had allowed just two 279 yards of offense to MCN State and that includes only 99 yards through the air in the passing game they also had two interceptions so now that things appear to be fixed we've seen it on the field in the regular season we know that they can do it the question is can they do it against a good team can they do it against an sc team even a down SEC team in the Florida Gators uh man they've got their own issues this year that's for sure so it would sure be nice to see A&M roll into the swamp in their first SEC test of the season on the road uh and get a win and I don't care how ugly the win is if they you know Wegman 10 of 25 for 102 yards a touchdown and two picks I don't even care I just need to see a road win against an SEC team uh and I think I would be fine with that um just somehow win the game and you know that's going to be on the defense uh to make that happen and no I don't honestly think that would be Connor Wegman's line against the Gators but I'm just as by point of illustration uh he doesn't have to have the best day I think for them to beat Florida so we will roll into Florida next week uh we will see what happens we'll do some more analysis and um preview of that game as we get closer to it here on the Texas A&M Magie daily Blitz right here on fan streamsports by the way fanst streamsports.com the fan stream Sports mobile app fan stream sports TV which is our YouTube channel make sure you go over there and subscribe uh it's probably where you're seeing this video as a matter of fact if you are indeed watching the video if you're listening to the audio portion I encourage you to subscribe wherever you get your podcasts um or head over to Fan streamsports.com where you can get all of our great programming all of our schools pro teams that we cover everything over there golf MMA all that good stuff here on fan stream Sports uh but yes Aggie's Big Win much needed win we'll talk more about it here throughout the week boys and girls as as we kind of get geared up for Florida the Gators at the swamp until then boys and girls I'm indart Tim and we'll see you [Music]
