chasing a pickup truck that made a mess a Honda driver who really thought he could get away from the Chase and a racer in a charger under the influence of [Music] drugs Miami dat County Florida on August 1st 2024 Broward sheriff's office deputies spotted a stolen Black GMC Denali near the Golden Glades interchange authorities followed the truck as it made its way onto Interstate 95 South in Miami Dade then on to the pal meow Expressway after briefly pulling over on Northwest South Avenue the driver 35-year-old Joseph gianino sped off hitting at White Mercedes and continuing his Reckless drive on the inside shoulder all right this FHP I got eyes they're approaching 12 [Music] right that's yours all right getting off at 12 the from the my C can you see if the was the driver that was transported to the hospital because I had no information 115 826 exit a 12 behind driver lower all the windows driver 11 1155 I got the signal 10 he's fleeing we're going to be 826 eastbound from 12 behind a signal 10 Black GMC finale it's going to be a 28 of 47 Bravo Zulu Rome and Quebec we're going to be [Music] eastbound 23 all it's 23 I believe he signal for the vehicle right now all right towards the Turn [Music] Pike he's going 12 Wy now going on the turnike signal 4 versus a truck and we got to r as he approach the the golden glazes interchange gianino lost control crashing into three vehicles before colliding with a box truck causing the box truck to roll over the Denali finally stopped on the grassy shoulder near State Road 91 of the entrance ramp of State Road 91 from Northwest 7 Avenue authorities arrested gianino on multiple charges including aggravated fleeing and auding causing injury grand theft of a motor vehicle leaving the scene of a crash and driving with a suspended light gianino was already on probation for fleeing and eluding while traveling north in the center lane I observed a white Honda sports utility vehicle overtaking me at a high rate of speed I also noticed that the vehicle's High Beam lights were activated and the windshield wipers were in operation the weather conditions were clear at the time so the use of windshield wipers and high beams was unconventional I then began to see the vehicle travel in a reckless manner the vehicle began driving from Lane to Lane while traveling at a high rate of speed the vehicle began driving directly behind my patrol car at an extremely close distance I activated my incar camera to capture these events and also need a des of the vehicle then began driving on the right shoulder cut across all Northbound travel lanes and then accelerated onto the left shoulder I overtook the vehicle and activated the Emergency Equipment on my marked patrol car including lights and sirons initially the vehicle slowed on the left shoulder but then accelerated aggressively to flee the traffic stop at this time I utilized my incar radio to relay the events unfolding I observed the attached Florida license plate 3 [Music] I continue to pursue the vehicle all while watching the motoring public narrowly missed a potentially deadly head-on collision with the defendant once I was able to determine I could safely end the pursuit I utilized a pit by placing the front right of my patrol vehicle into the rear right side of the defendant's vehicle the vehicle this caused the defendant's vehicle to travel in a Southern Le Direction across all Lanes of County Road 48 and onto the southern shoulder after cing with a mailbox the vehicle overt onto its roof the defendant was removed from the vehicle by myself Trooper Amato and the Sumter County Sheriff's office after receiving medical clearance the subject was transported to the Sumpter County Detention Center f man it's so dirty in here no why did you do this to me hey what's up bud hey I don't want to do this all right how are you how old are you nope hey never again what's your name 20 what's your name on December 25th 2023 at 2:52 a.m. an FHP Trooper was stationary in the center paved median of CR 876 west of Sr 82 while conducting speed enforcement he observed a vehicle approaching westbound the vehicle appeared to be a red Dodge Charger traveling at a high rate of speed and clocked at 88 mph in a posted 45 mph Zone this led to Troopers to conduct a traffic stop but the red Dodge Charger took off [Music] a little later the decision was made to push the Dodge off the road before it reached the city [Music] streets roll roll over 71 the suspect was apprehended and transported to the police station as it was later determined he was under the influence of substance did the law was breaking beond to me what did the law was breaking bad this time you not me what happened tonight what cost me a good time in general
