potentially kind of go bananas for that PS5 Pro is when GTA 6 comes out people like look I want this game to look amazing I don't want to have to pick between Fidelity or performance with GTA I want both that would be my expectation of if the PS5 Pro does well I don't know if it'll do that well by the way 13 million units especially for that price tag but that would be my expectation right as we get to GTA 6 boom sales start skyrocketing you've given people a year to kind of save some money up as well they have it on their plan like look all right I need to have $700 saved up by the time GTA comes out cuz I want to get the PS5 Pro so that I think will be the one Saving Grace of this console unless Xbox has some crazy announcement right we've talked about it maybe we get something in 2026 from Xbox there bet a couple rumors but if XBox can say hey we're going to come out with our own product it's not going to be $700 it's going to be just as good or if not better than the PS5 Pro that might hurt a little bit but yeah I think GTA 6 will make or break the PS5 Pro if Sony can kind of get together with Rockstar say let's put an advertisement together say this is where you want to play GTA 6 I think the PS5 Pro will go absolutely bananas this time next year yeah I think you have a very valid point right I think think when we get into discussion for long term you take a look at PlayStation lineup we were hoping next year is a banger year for PlayStation where is Ghost of shush 2 where's Ben's game right where's Wolverine land all these are rumors for 2025 on top of other games that are already hitting for next year right and then we're going to get into the obviously the big elephant is GTA 6 where do you want to play that will that pull friends if you're on Xbox to the other side dude I am already planned on picking up on PS5 that's where I was already going in the first place cuz just my brother's over there and I know his buddy's over there and we're going to hang out and we will play on a nightly basis at this point too I'm also going GTA 6 has probably got to be crossplay right they're not going to be stagnant like they did with last gen just because the technology back then was a lot different but when you take a look at the presentation from yesterday dude it was I don't want to say it was night and day but it was pretty clearcut that the PS5 Pro is definitely packing a punch when it comes to what it has be the ability to do with rendering better graphics raid tracing right they called it the big three at the time Mark Cy is nerdy news and talking whatever stuff right so the big high tech points are all there if you're into the tech dude and you want the latest and greatest people are going to buy it I just don't think a lot of people right now as they sit back and go well my TV can't handle what I have now never mind a PS5 Pro so what's it matter that's the other side of it right
