often people talk about the future of this region as one that may be defined by War once again with what's going on in the South China Sea or or Taiwan so do you think when you see China or the Philippines going after each other in the South China Sea you hear China saying that the United States is should be poking its nose in this region as much as it is do you think that peace is possible in this region in the coming decades yeah we have seen number of incidents it's true but I am absolutely convinced that we will not go to war and why why are you convinced that I'm convinced because I mean the consequences would be so dramatic that I believe Common Sense will prevail
