[Music] all right guys we're here at Super Bowl 58 in Las Vegas I'm here with the 49ers Demetrius Flanigan fos how great is it that you're at the Super Bowl man it's it's a blessing man to be out here and be out here with my teammates and spend spend time with one another and just be able to be in this type of environment it's it's a it's a blessing when you think about the journey God has taken you on this season what's the lesson he's taught you what's the lesson he showed you throughout this year when you think about your relationship with the Lord just trust him trust him you know there's been there's been times where you know things didn't look too good you know we started off 5 and0 then we live in that three game skid you know the world was against us but we kind of we we he he was with us and he pulled us through and then you had the situations where these two PL past two playoff games where you know we had all we had every right to lose our faith but we persevered and we just kept pushing and we got the job done tell me about your relationship with the Lord maybe where it started a quick testimony of your faith it's everything to me it it started when I was younger I didn't really understand when I was younger but you know as everything as you get older you start to appreciate it more and more so it started off with you know my mom and my grandparents and my my whole family really it takes a village right so them you know forcing me to go to church you know as a kid you don't really want to go to church and yes you know just forcing me to be in there forcing me to stand up when it's time to stand up forcing me to sit down forcing me to usher and then that just kind of just kept building me up kept building me up into the type of character that you know that I I am today the type of guy I am today and and now just you know it it it brings me joy that I am able just to open up my Bible and really find joy Jo and reading the Bible and and really learning and building my relationship with with the Lord who is Jesus to you he's everything he died for my sins his grace is sufficient I would not be here without him congratulations thank you I appreciate it thanks brother
