Have you changed the way you
prepare and within the last six years,
you know what I'm saying? Like have you changed even from the
last offseason to this offseason 102 say 100% I changed
everything. There's all season haven't ironed and Morgan
man on this team and I always had Morgan Morgan taught
me so much that when he was here the first time when I was a
young guy and now having tiring is a hall-of-fame left
tackle. He taught me so much stuff and just revamp my whole
entire offseason training my whole entire offseason
playing and the different things. He
taught me to oh my God. Are some of the things you just
one more thing, which is probably like my approach to
nutrition. I had to approach to nutrition already, but he got a
amazing physique man. He's a freak. Athlean got it playing
left tackle for a long time just action penis brains on
different things like hey, what the markets long as do
what this guy did what that got do like, how did you block
this guy? How did you see this guy? Like, what's the hardest guy? You ever blocked
me? And it just gave me so much information
going into the off season and just okay. I'm gonna do
this. I'm gonna do that. I'm a trainee is I'm going to turn
that I'm gonna eat this. I'ma do this this way. So having
those guys man. It's just been unbelievable looking at
ourselves and being the best version of yourself every single
game and every single day. That's the most important
thing focusing is on making sure we're
on the same page on Forest like our communication
and then also anticipating that my brother is going to make sure
that he's in the right spot and we're all speaking the
same language and on the same page. I know last year you changed you
talk to CJ and you change kind of what you did in this
offseason. Did you change anything again the D tweak it
this year. Are you doing the same thing you did last?
Last year, I kept a lot of stuff last year because it did work. But the biggest thing was getting deeper in the Playbook
really far as like learning the learning what two offices
presenting to me week in week out. So that's the
most important thing. So, like I said met with CJ a couple more
times what is c.j. Mosley mean to made means everything that's person I get my call from as also a person of when I come
in. I was like bro what we got this week. What did you see this
week because I'm because he do way. More film studies and I do
though. Do you want to do more film
studies do I'll be learning and then also be like man, it's
kind of like a lot for me man right now and he also been the
league a lot longer than me to do. So he seemed more do so.
There's also wait tell me he was like bro. Don't try to learn
like grass, but you can grabs now and then I'm gonna grasp it I can grab it and
when we work together like we going to be dominant, so
that's kind of like my mind says so like right now I'm more
focused on like the running backs and Run games and stuff
and he's like still in the inch bars like passes and things and
then when we come together, it's like one. Those things were
on the same page. The big thing is like you go
anywhere in this offense last year were Hackett and Aaron and
how they do things and the basis of the offense you get
a feel for how hacker called stuff you get a feel all go th
and training camp of like how Aaron does things and how you adjust things and it's a lot and it's kind of like, okay, how are you insane
pages are and how do I understand the offense? How do
I do things the way they wanted to be done? But also how do I
play free because that's also what they want. They want you to
go out there be a smart football player within the
within the offense so kind of being back in the same offense
for another year. Another offseason with Aaron and
kind of seeing like you got to start picking up on the way.
He does things and know when he's going to check stuff what
he's going to check to why you check to it, you know it snap
colleges, you know, obviously something everybody kind of
talks about just having such a unique snap count and although
that this listening just listening to
him and just playing and took all those little things
just kind of add up in a mount to making you feel more
comfortable making whole offense feel more comfortable
and I think that's why I've had a successful, you know, Camp so far when you are in the Huddle and you hear the and you see him
and watch him. What are you some kind of a little bit of it?
I like he's good. Yeah, I mean we talk about all the
time and I was hiding room and he told me a ball today on
one of the like we got them to jump offsides and I mean, he's
looking almost stopped running because he was looking to the
left side of filled the whole time like his whole body was turning all of a sudden the
ball just flown over to the right side to me and I might
like to have a good thing. I stopped running and yeah, I'm here just a no, I mean it's hard for me to believe that
like he was better when he was younger. I guess the best
way to say because he's so good now that it's just hard to like his arms so good. He makes
every throw look so effortless. This obviously the mind just keeps
getting better and better for him. So it's just I mean it is
kind of your and I thought
