proportioned a few things I want to point out the first is that we've got proper skirting boards and we have gorgeous ornate Corner sink ceiling roses higher Co ceilings of course as well and the windows we have actual window seals so the home has been very well built and very well finished beautiful space I'll swing around and you can see back to that formal entry there and I really love this addition there's a few things the sellers have done that you won't find in the other properties and the first of them is this so this gorgeous little basically drink station so you've got a nice little bar fridge popped away or bar space popped away in here that's how it's currently being used we've got cab cabinet there we've got a lovely little sink we've got space for a fridge and then off herb garden there I'll just scan up and you can see the rest of the property there and then we've got fantastic gardens around the side as well I'll just sweep back around you can get another view of the oven and all of that glorious area right we are downstairs but laundry now there's a few things again in here I get very excited by gadgets um laundry is a great space but check this out this is an electric clothes drying and hanging system it's got fans and it's got heat and so you can put your clothes here in that actually has a little motor so it comes down and you can do all your washing inside when the weather's rubbish how cool is that we've got the big front space that we started with and then we we've also got all of this great outdoor space here at the rear and so you've got a head back up and we'll go and check out the kitchen kitchen dining Tada I'm so I just adore this kitchen I love the color I love the play fness of it and the storage space and workbench space and the quality of the appliances you are just going to be in heaven so dining here and then we'll pop out to the balcony and you can see the views and behind me we've got the stairs going up to the bedrooms but let's start with the kitchen island bench we've got this amazing Stone that's used not just for the bench tops but the splashback as well it is absolutely stunning gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous
