KANSAS CITY ROYALS BEAT MINNESOTA TWINS 2-0 REACTION

ladies ladies ladies I'm here on the I'm here in my first video day I'm here to talk about the final game a three game series uh between the uh Kansas City Royals and the um and the Minnesota Twins and the Kansas City Royals complete a three- game sweep of their division rival with a two to nothing Victory uh with scoring two runs in the bottom of the fifth inning I really want really the small ball today sacrifice fly and then field single those were the two those were the those were the two runs that were scored then you got a seven shutout Innings from Michael walk starting pitching was really good for the uh twin for the Royals in this series I mean the twins offense man just a really ugly serious for them I thought really ugly but hey you got to get CR those seven scoreless innings and a two nothing Victory got think two scores in from the bullpen and Michael w w w gets his 100th career win been really good for this rotation along with Seth Lugo and Cole Reagan so they got a sneaky good rotation and they're going to make the playoffs um and this team is streaky I'll say that I think is there really a more streaky team in baseball than this it's good to see him back on the winning track to his way up they were really hot and they lost I think six seven and row and now they won the last game that Guardian series and they and then they and and then they get a sweep here and also that's the Royal 79th win this season one win away from uh their 80th uh win this year and their winning streak is now four and a [Applause] row so the Mano twins in regular season uh series with Kansas City being swept and they finished 76 with a minus two run differential and they were held to two runs in three games their offense just was just nonexistent I mean that's just thing thing is but you got to give credit to the Royals pitching staff there and a pair of shut out wins held the twin of two runs during the entire series and they only issued two walks in this series The Starters win 18 18 Innings 12 hits two runs SL earn two walks and 19 strikeouts the bull pined in this series WI a total of nine innings two hits no runs no walks and 10 strikeouts so just excellent pitching just an outstanding series just overall for these for these [Applause] Royals um that was just a terrible series from the [Applause] um from the Twins and even their manager is like oh that's an unprofessional series of baseball they played and that's all that he's got for him just a terrible manage series as well take accountability always great to have take accountability he should take a look at him take a look in at himself in the mirror maybe manage himself out of out of a job uh at the end of the season no manager should honestly I'd say be their priority just really a pathetic weekend how do you not go backwards was good pathetic series Royals only scored nine runs in this series it wasn't like their off wasn't that great but it didn't matter cuz the twins only scored two and buckon and karea I don't know if that will help the I mean that will help the offense but I don't if it'll help it that much be honest uh s Simon R Woods Richardson went 4.1 Innings three hits 200 runs three walks two strikeouts only two runs allowed pitched okay wasn't great but serviceable Cole SS 1.2 Innings one 1.2 Innings pitched One Hit N R walks one strike out Jorge alala one inning no hits n walks one stri and Scott BW it one inning two hits no AR runs no walks and one strike out so the pitching for the twins really wasn't the problem in this series it's just their offense look at their lineup here Edward Julian 0 for four Miranda 1 for four lck one for four walner 0 for two and one Lewis 0 for three Castro 0 for three Jeffers 0 for three Lee 0 for three Basque three for three he's been one of their best hitters in the lineup so I mean I would honestly move them up in the lineup if it was me the twins dropped to 76 and 67 here five total hits didn't score any runs even when they try to get rers on base double plays Kansas City six toets for two runs Pro 79 and 65 we'll go over there pitching here um we went over to Michael W walk seven Innings four hits and AR runs one walk seven Strikers Chris Buck they got two scor innings from the pin buck one inning no hits walk struck out one and Lucas one one hit nor walks and struck out one for the Royals hitting um Tommy fam over for toe to walks B Bobby wh one for four pz one for four in RBI dong 0 for two M Massie pinch hitting 0 for two rro one for four Melendez one for three and W for me Garcia reach one for three hson 0 for one in an RBI on a sack fly and Isbell pinch hitting 0 for one so Royals they're they're looking good right now almost at 80 wins and I think they're going to be in the playoffs this year just what a weekend from the starters from their Bullpen and they're going to be they're going to have a tough Series against the New York Yankees tomorrow so that's going to be a fun series to watch the royal or the twins they're going to be lucky to make the playoffs this year even if they do they're going to be a first round exit TI and they've lost their last four games in Kansas City the twins have and they've been out by uh by and they've lost them by combin score 22 to2 and shut out in three of them just I don't know their leadership isn't great even if they get C and buckon back I
