the crowd the people the cars L get gold is really something special welcome to V of Poland Lu G 2024 we are at the fotki an abandoned railway station with a lot of history and charm just like the cars that are coming and now we're going to convert it into a beautiful place to show over 200 Porsches on it lofa is about connecting the history of Porsche with the modern day to tell the story of where Porsche has come from it's about telling historic stories of people and cars but celebrating it with new modern ideas and creativity that's a little outside the box you take new people and introduce them to this love affair of Porsche having Porsche classic here and the Porsche Museum it's amazing they're supporting us with some of the most iconic race cars what you'll find here is one of the earliest 356s and then it continues through the F models G models the 964 the [Music] 993s the air cooled era was so defining we get to demonstrate that here showing every level every model every story along the way it's kind of amazing it's a huge celebration of all of these wonderful Air Cold machines that Porsche has made throughout the years it's like an open air museum and it's it's really cool as a Porsche owner I always wanted to have the Lu Gul event here in Poland so I invited Patrick and his team to come over mates and the team here at Porsche Poland they've been incredible anytime we Charter into a new region or a new market I'm always a little nervous how will it be received will people show up it's special to come to a place like this and bring a little bit of California culture into it and obviously this part of the world and in the EU we don't get a chance to come to very often and the venue is so spectacular it's kind of a blank canvas but it has the architecture and allows us to kind of fill in with all the art around it and the art for us is the cars the selection of cars the way they look the way they're positioned is just absolutely wonderful the special thing is that there's a very simple engineering and design DNA that sort of translate throughout the ages through the different models what I love personally is the sound the characteristic of the car that you have all the weight and the great noise in the back they are great fun to drive I love that they're simple mechanically they're reliable and that experience of driving them the way that the car moves the way that the mass over the rear axle of an early 911 that connected me to the driving that I remember as a a kid what I love about these cars it's the soul it's the connection with the car the history and not ownership but you are The Keeper of the car so maybe you'll move this car to the another owner in the future so we have to preserve them l g cold it's some kind of Christmas for me in here a lot of beautiful cars which I had on my shelf this is the first time when I see them uh alive in here so I feel like a like a little child you know it's very satisfying to see the kids and the youth here taking pictures uh getting close to the cars I chose to come out here to warclaw because I wanted to continue following the lult brand all over the world we're here we'll be in Copenhagen next one of the things that I love about these events are just watching the people interact around the cars and the smiles and like the stories that get told you know I have chills on my arm it's incredible people are smiling and that's what it's all about that's the best thing we could be doing for our fans we're super proud this is the perfect place for [Music] [Applause] lles I am creating the photos here that I want to take I just don't have time to take them it becomes highly Visual and it really is maybe showing what's going on in my head
